241  Economy / Securities / Re: [CLOSED] S.DICE - SatoshiDICE 100% Dividend-Paying Asset on MPEx on: July 23, 2013, 11:56:54 AM
Regarding the Gamma SatoshiDICE Pass Through (G.SDICE)

Please note that due to my vacation in Spain, the payout and buy back of the S.DICE shares will not happen until the 28th.
I am sorry for this but I do not have my gpg key and such on my laptop they are on a dedicated computer of which I currently do not have access to.
Best Regards
DeaDTerra

So basically he is on holiday so cannot do the buyback just yet.
Once I get back to my dedicated computer, I will do the buyback Smiley
Terrible sorry for the delay but it was an unexpected event.

This happened a couple of days ago,
I told Ukyo and he basicly reset a thing and then it worked like a charm, my guess it has to do with GA.
Should be fixed soon Smiley

When you pay out, are you going to pay out 100% or 95% of the buyback price?

Thanks!

IMHO should pay 100%; it's not a dividend and 5% from the whole asset value is a bit too much, that's like maybe dividends sum for 2 years.
I don't want to fuck anyone over.
I will see how it is done on MPEX, if it is indeed not a dividend then I won't take anything if it is, I will probably take a small portion and no where near 5% that would be to much.
//DeaDTerra
I don't understand what you are trying to weasel around here. Technically speaking, on MPEx it was paid out as a dividend, split into 28 payments and you can thus claim 5%. But there was a contract on MPEx that got fullfilled and that clearly says this payout is not a dividend regardless of technical means how it was done!
Please do not assume things of which I have not stated Smiley
I have yet to make a decision on this,
But if it was indeed not a dividend but an actual buy back then I won't take a % as I have said I am not looking to fuck anyone over, the PTs have never been a way for me to make a quick buck but a service to the community.

247  Economy / Auctions / Re: KNCMiner Jupiter - Top 500 Queue on: July 16, 2013, 04:22:14 PM
sorry missed the total.
wow that makes it $1748.75 VAT per Jupiter

If KnC agree to refund of VAT amount, then I will start bidding.

I hope KnC don't take to long to reply.

Thanks
My guess is that they won't.
But you can always hope.

248  Economy / Auctions / Re: KNCMiner Jupiter - Top 500 Queue on: July 16, 2013, 03:25:21 PM
ok, thanks.

how would that apply to someone not paying for VAT.
eg. I'm in Australia and there is no VAT.
We have GST (@10%) but is usually handled by Australian customs.

I wonder if KnC would refund VAT, could you or DeaDTerra ask if transferred to Australian customer what would happen with VAT.

BTW, the image of the paid order #1180 doesn't indicate VAT amount

I could ask Smiley
Take the amount it says the units cost and compare it to total.

249  Economy / Auctions / Re: KNCMiner Jupiter - Top 500 Queue on: July 16, 2013, 03:06:47 PM
will you accept payment via Paypal?

will you accept a lower bid than $8500 USD LoweryCBS?

Like $7167 USD (current price including shipping), I would offer that plus $500 USD = $7667 USD

Sorry, but I have to try and haggle price down.  Grin
The reason why the price is lower is two fold.
1, it is a great spot in the queue which guarantees early shipping.
2, I paid for them with VAT hence the price is higher then if you would buy as company etc.

KNCMiners Jupiter: Order slot 1180, guaranteed top 500 queue place.

I have paid for & own one of DeaDTerra's 5 Jupiter units here: http://imgur.com/mcEyJ7B

(DeaDTerra will confirm below, and accommodate transfer upon delivery)

Auction ends no later than Sunday 2013-07-21 at noon UTC (12:00 GMT) (or earlier if a bid is accepted, see below)

Minimum bid US$8,500.00 (payable in BTC equivalent @ Bitstamp last price at end of auction)

Minimum increase US$100.00   --   Additional bids extend the auction by 1 hour.

(recently registered &newbie users can participate if cleared via pm)

I reserve the right to end this auction early upon the receipt of an acceptable bid from an acceptable bidder, so bid early and bid often Wink

I confirm that LoweryCBS has bought a Jupiter from me and hence via proxy owns it.
I will either contact KNCMiner and get them to ship it to your address or I will pick it up and send it to you myself.
You can also chose to host it with KNCMiner here in Sweden if you so chose.

I'm very frustrated. I made two orders one 5 x 1 BTC coin, and one 6 x 0.5 BTC coin. I paid for my 5 x 1 BTC coin order with BTC on http://physicalbitcoins.openbtcshop.com/. After that I talked with deadterra over Skype and decided to pay for the 6 x 0.5 BTC order with banking transfer and not BTC.

Yesterday I recieved the 5 x 1 BTC coins, but I'm missing a shipment of 6 x 0.5 BTC.

Deadterra is not even bothering to answering my calls, messages here on bitcointalk or skype.

I'm sure We can sort that out. Will pm you
I had taken the weekend off Smiley
I will look over it now, it is possible I forgot to add your order.

So what comes around with teramining? Hell, can we expect additional payout(s)?
We have yet to be upgraded with the free teramining upgrade.
It is possible that it will be enough for a final payment.
//DeaDTerra

I thought we got the paid upgrade.   Huh

I have talked to James and we should be fine with the upgrade even though we did not make the deadline.
//DeaDTerra

Please clarify.

BTW, Cognitive is hitting all time highs today!   Grin   Cool    Grin
No,
I didn't see a point in spending money when the fund was shutting down instead I used the money for payouts.
Also I don't think it would have been such a good deal, I am happy with the free upgrade.

He put up a deadline, we missed it by a couple of days. We were still okay to get the free upgrade.
