40 hours, there is no POS,Why?
Hi,
Why do I still have network weight of 0? And expected time to earn reward is 0 second(s)?
Because staking will not start til after block 6000 , probably tomorrow another 24 hours current block is 5706 This question is asked repeatedly, here is what has been said so far on here.. backup ur wallet and encrypt it. update to newest wallet because of the soft fork coming at block 6k. unlock newest wallet for staking. 8% daily staking begins after block 6k. if all goes as planned watch as the magic occurs. after 21 days of hard core staking action, things will slow down like a marriage and go to 8% annual staking. not as hot and heavy as when things first started but hey at least youll still be getting some right?

I dont have a mac, nor have i ever built a wallet for mac but this may help you build your own. just change references from bitcoin to emoney and use the emoney github. https://github.com/bitcoin/bitcoin/blob/master/doc/build-osx.md

I think you all made your point now, just sell your coins and leave ![Huh](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/huh.gif) Exactly. Its hard to separate the wheat from the chaff with all the sh1t flinging going on. what does that even mean dude , lol please explain : > Explanation from my point of view... Its hard to separate the Wheat Definition- Cereal grain Wheat is a cereal grain, originally from the Levant region of the Near East but now cultivated worldwide. In 2013, world production of wheat was 713 million tons, making it the third most-produced cereal after maize and rice. from the Chaff Definition- Chaff is the dry, scaly protective casings of the seeds of cereal grain, or similar fine, dry, scaly plant material such as scaly parts of flowers, or finely chopped straw. with all the Shit Definition- Shit is an English word that is usually considered vulgar and profane in Modern English. As a noun it refers to fecal matter (excrement) and as a verb it means to defecate or defecate in; in the plural ("the shits") it means diarrhea flinging going on. I think Diablo is referring to all the FUDding and BS in the thread. Like "i lost 40BTC on this coin!!' and "No, i didnt lose 40BTC because that would make me look like a tard!" or "Dev you have 60 min to respond or I am gonna post another idle threat" etc. lolz

Can anyone help me?
Is there a new wallet or not?
Will we see staking any time soon?
There is so much crap on this thread it's very hard to see whats right and what's wrong.
heres the links https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=966590.msg10605496#msg10605496 Github https://github.com/emoneydev/emoney/commit/1efe67917cd06022e5f5642b54f59a0bab2447c9
Windows Wallet emoney-qt(2).zip 8.3 MB https://mega.co.nz/#!hwBhWCKQ!w2dsSpEdvUr25xF8OxnsAaQzzvbtPNDF6rwhTijNhuY Once POW ends we should start to see 8% daily staking for 21 days. POW will most likely end Sunday and should be at block 6K. we are currently at block 4753. im nobody here just a miner, this is all info I have gathered from here.

Only 4 btc to back at 7000 satoshi level - you know what to do guys buy cheap now I say, then stake for a long time, wait for more development, then hopefully celebrate! Accumulating more. Dev sent premine to OCminer. Lead guy of IPOminer indicated staking issue likely just needs more mature coins and weight, if not, premine is secure and devs have incentive to make this work. Looking a lot safer now to me. I sent some coins to qt wallet. How do I make sure I'm set up for and am in fact staking? Thanks for helping the newbie First you need to back up your wallet just in case since you already have coins there, then come up with a secure password and encrypt your wallet. after you restart your wallet, open it and unlock it for staking only, then back up your wallet again. do not loose your password, do not loose your wallet.dat file. leave the wallet open for staking only and you should be good. coins will have to mature before the actual staking process begins so it will take time.

So after fully syncing the CTM windows wallet Ver 0.9.0.3 beta a few features on it dont work, the block explorer tab allows you to input an address, tx, or hash but doesnt do anything, most likely due to it pointing to an old block explorer url and the trading tab doesnt do anything probably due to it also pointing to a bad url. everything else works and im able to solo mine it with a few old ant u2's i had collecting dust and yes, I have found a few blocks with them.

|
|
Looks like a possible CTM rescue effort Amarian12, which wallet are you using? So for those of you that dont know, current block reward is 128CTM

Not sure if anyone cares at this point, but i was going through all of my old wallets and found my CTM wallet hidden away in my downloads folder. I have 2 different versions, both work and are currently syncing on 2 different computers, and a good continuumcoin.conf file. The wallet is showing 8 active connections currently, sometimes less, and there is actually a network hashrate still after all this time. I also found a working block explorer. The main site is down and I doubt there is any support at this time but maybe someone want this info for other purposes. Here are the links and the info to all. blockexplorer: http://ctminsight.buddylabsapps.com/ continuumcoin.conf rpcuser=username rpcpassword=password rpcallowip=127.0.0.1 rpcport=25536 port=25535 gen=0 listen=1 server=1 addnode=continuumcoin.securepayment.cc:3354 addnode=securepayment.cc addnode=cryptsy.com addnode=ctm.ispace.co.uk addnode=ispace.co.uk addnode=coin-swap.net addnode=p2pool.e-pool.net:8936 addnode=coinex.pw addnode=ctm.cryptopools.com addnode=emiko.dyndns.info addnode=ctminsight.buddylabsapps.com Windows wallet Ver 0.9.0.3 beta.. I just uploaded it so link should be valid. https://drive.google.com/file/d/0ByI2HeVn6QWEcFlkclE0SFpwYU0/view?usp=sharing Windows wallet Ver 0.9.0.1 beta.. i just uploaded it so link should be valid. https://drive.google.com/file/d/0ByI2HeVn6QWEZUNjdnBJV0tqXzA/view?usp=sharing

the new wallet, version 2.0.0.9, how do you stake? ver 1.3 had a button to unlock the wallet and i could hit for staking only, where is the unlock wallet for 2.0.0.9? do I need to do something before or after importing wallet.dat to 2.0.0.9? It shows I have my coins in the new wallet, i even tried changing my passphrase, but no luck. Ill try d/l it all again and reinstalling i guess. thanks.

Uhh it seems like an absolute mission to get solo mining working with independent miners.
to mine coins solo is not so difficult. there are many tools helping doing that. unfortunatelly the reason for doing it is what is the problem. if amount of coins You can get soon is near to zero than it does not make any sense. if the whole bitcoin network hashpower is 300 PHs and amount of blocks mined per day is 144, then to get atleast 1 block per day to see it works You would need to have Your own 2 PHs. if You want to mine solo with 4 THs to see coins falling quickly into wallet mine solo asiccoin for example to learn. i think the op, and every other person that visits this thread is trying to get their antminers1 to solo, not mine at a solo pool or hear how impossible it is. you read that crap every where. i have tried repeatedly to get my ants to solo to no avail, I have had it get work but it ends up rejecting work sent to the wallet even when trying to mine a super low difficulty coin. The best solo mining info for the AntS1 is here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=863242.0 and isnt the point of bitcoin decentralization? wouldnt solo mining contribute to decentralization more so than pooled mining?

i m not really interested in OSC, but i see Cryptsy wallet is still broken, i imagine it has to do with the fact there is no block explorer working, no devs available, and a general lack of interest in this coin. Im not a blockexplorer guy, i dont have any affiliation to cryptsy, nor do i have any OSC, but if one of you wants this coin to possibly come back to life, and has the means to do it, you could always get blockexperts to do a block explorer, or have a temporary one done by multifaucet through this link https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=639879.0 until you can get things rolling again. I think they are both fairly reasonable but I do believe you'd have to come up with a working wallet to start. It'd probably be better to fork it and make a "new and improved" wallet, generate some interest in this coin again. just my thoughts. good luck to you guys.

Ok, so i got impatient and figured I'd try on my least productive AntS1.. updated Base files, dropbear, and busybox. during the updates, some errors occurred while installing dropbear and busybox and it was regarding config files. It said it relocated a few of the new ones. now i am unable to SSH into it using putty. The new basefiles, version 156-r42625, deletes the password, you change it and then you can ssh into the AntS1. I think dropbear is what has caused my issue. I may have to roll it all back by resetting and installing bitmains official firmware... bitmain, you should really update your firmware.
Reflashed my AntS1 without keeping configs to gain ssh access again. Dropbear is what did it. So, any suggestions besides leave it alone? lol

the newest official AntS1 software is here: https://bitmaintech.com/files/download/antMiner_openwrt20140207.bin the newest "unofficial" cgminer for the AntS1 is here: https://www.nicehash.com/index.jsp?p=software#cgminer There is a few other things though I was/ am curious about. but no one here seems to be responding so i am messing around with it. Dont update dropbear, you will lose ssh access as far as i can tell.
