I've seen the above behavior also. Where CAT tried to buy a large amount of coin at a really low price. It's when Cryptsy API return is bad or unsorted. Sampey has been working on sorting the API return upon it's return to avoid such a case and should be fixed in this version.
Please correct me if I'm wrong.

Hey Sampey could you add an indicator that informs you if one of your market with open ping.pong orders hasn't made in trade in xminutes?
I was just thinking of writing a script to notify me by email/txt if the market log files last modified date/time was not in the lase x min. I'd also like to put in a notification when the market gain log file is updated. Both would be a nice addition to CAT.

I'd like to see an option to have the balances exported to a log file. This would be helpful in keeping track of how many coins you have on what date and include the estimated BTC value. It could also be scheduled to update the log every x hours.
The log could then be imported/graphed into Excel.
BTW, CAT has been making me gains. Has not ROI'd yet, but ....

Great news, Can't wait to try the new version.
Thanks Sampey.

I am yet to hear a valid reason for why pool luck cannot be verified + pool does not provide luck statistics for a user selectable length of time even if it is in a form of rough data, that can be easily copied into a spreadsheet. It doesn't even have to be extra work for the server. It is already there in the luck graph. A simple table with the values will suffice.
Then, can you not just scrape the page source? series: [{ name: 'Pool Luck', turboThreshold: 100, data: [ [Date.UTC(2013,9,05,01,17),117.8300],[Date.UTC(2013,9,05,01,56),105.3600],[Date.UTC(2013,9,05,02,35),99.2500],[Date.UTC(2013,9,05,03,14),105.4600],[Date.UTC(2013,9,05,03,53),86.7500],[Date.UTC(2013,9,05,04,32),105.4200],[Date.UTC(2013,9,05,05,11),99.1800],[Date.UTC(2013,9,05,05,50),111.6800],[Date.UTC(2013,9,05,06,29),111.7300],[Date.UTC(2013,9,05,07,09),105.4000],[Date.UTC(2013,9,05,07,48),111.6200],[Date.UTC(2013,9,05,08,27),99.1800],[Date.UTC(2013,9,05,09,06),92.8800],[Date.UTC(2013,9,05,09,45),99.1100],[Date.UTC(2013,9,05,10,25),92.8800],[Date.UTC(2013,9,05,11,04),80.4200],[Date.UTC(2013,9,05,11,44),92.8900],[Date.UTC(2013,9,05,12,23),86.5900],[Date.UTC(2013,9,05,13,03),92.7300],[Date.UTC(2013,9,05,13,42),92.7400],[Date.UTC(2013,9,05,14,21),86.5300],[Date.UTC(2013,9,05,15,00),86.5300],[Date.UTC(2013,9,05,15,40),92.7300], . .
Thank you kind sir. That is actually a worthy post. Do you have any idea how to insert specific parts of this code into excel into appropriate columns? I assume that is in some specific format - csv, json? Open the PPLNS page in your favorite browser then view the page source. Copy the luck data into the clipboard then into a text file. I'd then edit the text file and massage the data with a good text editor the following way ... 1) Find ],[ and replace it with ],\n[ (adding a new line between plot points) This will produce a list of the data. You can bring this into excel, use text to columns and massage further.... 2) text to column on [ 3) text to column on ] 4) text to column on ( 5) text to column on ) For the Date/time ... convert 2013,9,05,01,17 to 2013-9-05 1:17 For the date, change the commas with a dash (2013-9-05) The next comma with a space for the time, change the comma with a colon (1:17)

Are you mad? This error:"WARNING: Checkpoint is too old. Download a newer client version." don't allow the client to synchronise which simply means: -can't send coins -can't receive coins -can't SOLO MINE The coin is useless this way. Version 1.3 reports that it is v.0.5.0.0. Also how can you monitor anything without a synched wallet?
No one is angry .... You CAN do those things with the warning....

I'm really itching to purchase but the thing that is holding me back is Cryptsy and their problems. Do you have any kind of relationship with them? I assume your at their mercy like the rest of us? Whereas, If they change the API this breaks and we have no recourse but to wait for the next version.
If it worked with other exchanges, I would purchase now but with the problems at Cryptsy .... I just don't know....
Anything to ease my mind?
No relationship with then, same problems on my account (my problem is Cryptsy Poing) but i have got a mail exchange during the creation of CAT and i don't think they will change the API without wait for my new interface. It's not good for them to loose a lot of fees because CAT wont work. In the near future i will try to interface with Coins-e (actually i'm in contact with the site dev). Good point and good to know. The itch has turned into a twitch ....

I have 15 hpm on all my comp. I mine 2 day. Today i found my first block on comp with 1 hpm. Computer with 10 hpm blocks until he found.
I mined from the start of the coin for 96 hours with 16.5 hpm...0 blocks...than I got depressed BUT THEN...I received 1 MMC from some really nice guy here (thanks again) and I was like (yeah I know, 96h at 16.5hpm and 0 coins...that sucks...but that 1 MMC made me happy the same way as finding a block because...cause it's really nice knowing there are still people who find some joy in making a complete stranger a bit happier than before). So I would like to send 0.1 MMC to the first 3 people who quote my message (and please, only people with 0 coins. Don't be greedy and create a new adress just to receive 0.1 MMC...let other people enjoy this really small gift - yeah sorry, don't have much ) My MMC adress is: MBMKm9teYENTfaxYkeAAdMpb9BP33254c6 I wirte it down, but in case you feel generous and want to send some coins, consider that I received 1MMC and maybe someone out there has not yet MDQhrmhc2wTTDFS1NiqEjkbirZgRqFXtch If the offer is still valid, Thanks. My empty wallet thanks you. Thank you.
