241  Local / Altcoins (Pilipinas) / Re: Nag Rug Pull Na Nang Inis Pa, Dev Abandon NFT games on: October 29, 2023, 07:27:54 PM

Therefore, di sila honest.
242  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022–23 PBA Commissioner's Cup on: October 29, 2023, 06:37:32 PM
Maverick Ahanmisi, the player who asked for a big salary from his former team Converge, seems like a legitimate star player who could really help Ginebra in their campaign. It appears that Ginebra keeps adding great players, and I'm sure Maverick Ahanmisi now has a chance to claim his first championship with the team. I find Maverick Ahanmisi to be a good replacement for Pringle, especially since the latter is getting older and Ginebra could use a younger version of him.

I don't consider Maverick Ahanmisi as a replacement for Pringle's position since Ginebra still has Scottie Thompson and Nards Pinto.

Instead, I consider him a good replacement for Jeremiah Gray who is currently injured and there's no ETA when he will fully recover. I don't think Coach Tim will assign Ahanmisi the same as what he used to play on the Converge. My worries too that Ahanmisi won't get enough playing time in Ginebra knowing Coach Tim's usual way and the fact that Ginebra has several players having the same position as Ahanmisi.

If Ahanmisi is assigned as PG or SG, still be limited playing time as there is Nards Pinto who was able to lead Ginebra and showed good performance during the PBA On-Tour where most of Ginebra's key players were out. He might be the next in line for Coach Tim to be one of the future regular starters for the team.

This is just my speculation though.
243  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: My $50,000 betting goal by 2024. Share Your Thoughts With Me. on: October 29, 2023, 02:38:54 PM
My goal for next year is to generate $50,000 through betting.

If I understood this right, the goal is to make a $50,000 "profit" right? Does that amount include the bankroll? Or simply, just to reach a $50,000 overall balance? Will you do sports betting only or also test your luck at casino games or whatever available gambling games you will encounter?

Anyway, that surely be a tough challenge within 365 days. I do expect that you have a decent bankroll to start as your goal is a decent amount too. You might be pressured to reach that goal instead of just being comfortable with your betting activity by keeping and sustaining your winning rate over your losing rate.

My advice is, well, just be on yourself as a bettor. Be wise in choosing odds and don't jump betting on the matches you are not familiar with.

Good luck mate.
244  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is the cash-out feature only available in sports bets? on: October 28, 2023, 11:59:02 PM
Hey Good day to you all, so i want to know if the cash-out feature is available with other games aside from sports bets.

What prompted me to ask is:

I have been gambling for some time, and I have gone far to a certain level that I know some of the features that are most appropriate for me to have fun and spend my time in the casino, ranging from in-house games to sorting books, but then I have managed to discover one very important feature that I think I will like to use while playing in house games, that feature is the cash-out feature.

This feature has been around for some time now and I would like to know if I can also use cash out on in-house games because I have used this feature a lot in sports and I would like to try it with in-house games too.

Technically speaking, the cashout feature is only available on sports betting.

I can't see a way to integrate the cashout feature in casino games, and it doesn't need to where in fact, you can just cashout simply anytime you want there as long as you are eligible to withdraw or reach the minimum amount. Aside from that don't get the idea that the cashout feature in sports betting is a real deal.

The cashout feature is still gambling as you need to decide whether to continue or not. It's tempting the bettors to cash out the money or not but if you are in the situation it's not an easy decision to make because you have a big chance to fully win that game and take home money better than the cashout money being offered.
245  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is it better to invest or trade Bitcoin? on: October 28, 2023, 11:47:00 PM
Whether you are an investor or a trader depends on your financial needs and investment goals. Investing is long-term and involves low risk, while trading is short-term and involves high risk. Both methods can be profitable if the right strategy is adopted.
Which one is better if I want to invest and trade bitcoins.

Which one is better depends on how far your level of knowledge about investing or trading bitcoin. We have our own preference on what's the better thing to do based on our comfort zone, the mentioned knowledge, skills, interests, and if we are really serious about pushing either investing or trading.

Either investing or trading:

- What are the things you consider doing or planning? Create a structure.
- How well is your knowledge about it? Study all the necessary things from basic to advanced.
- Are you serious about doing these or have you just seen someone make a profit big here? Be inspired.
246  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What's your nice hit to leave the casino. on: October 28, 2023, 11:32:03 PM
Depending on the initial capital determination, if it starts from $50, even if it has become a 2x multiplier to $100, sometimes I will leave the casino because that is more than enough, even if I am not satisfied with the game, I will continue, no matter how much I lose, even if I start. he had found a good multiplier.

As long as it was a good multiplier and continuously hitting it, I will surely continue to play.

Even for most gamblers, if they were able to achieve a lucky hit, why should they stop if luck is there?

We will continue to play more as long as we are winning and even if we start to feel that we didn't hit any good multipliers, we will still continue to challenge the risks expecting that good multipliers will come again as we roll that spin. Unfortunately, challenging the risks mostly ended in results we didn't want.

Gamblers' satisfaction has no limit.
247  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Jerwin Ancajas vs Takuma Inoue - Nov 15 on: October 28, 2023, 11:18:07 PM
I also read the news, and it's really disappointing. The same thing happened to his brother during his fight against Stephen Fulton; he also suffered an injury, so the fight was postponed.

@Baofeng  You're right; it looks like it won't happen this year, probably early next year. Since it's a championship fight, Jerwin has no choice but to wait until it finally takes place. But don't worry, guys, there's still a fight between Inoue and Tapales before the year ends, so that should be enough to entertain us in the last month of the year.

I don't understand though that they are so sloppy to let this happen, I mean it's only sparring, and why his sparring partner targeted his body that much to cause any injury? Doesn't make sense. Of course, they train hard 100% every day in the gym, but if this kind of injuries can be avoided in preparation of the fight, the better.

I can't call that "ONLY" sparring and being sloppy. Didn't you know that in Japan, boxers are giving their very best even at sparring or just a simple day workout so that in the actual boxing, their body will only be used to moving the way they used to be in training and even more boost? The fact that they got injured while sparring means they are actually taking that sparring seriously and not taking it lightly.

That's the reason why even Takuma's brother, Naoya Inoue, also got injured during his preparation against Stephen Fulton.

As per the report, it's a rib injury therefore he might push his body aggressively on that training and not just he just want to test his endurance. It's an advantage for Jerwin Ancajas too to fully prepared for the fight. He should be much in condition on the day of the fight unlike Takuma who came from injury even after several weeks or months of recovery period.
248  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Greed or risk on: October 28, 2023, 10:52:50 PM
The debate didn't end well, so I decided to bring this up here to see the responses from experienced gamblers.

Why consider having a debate with your friend about that? What are you trying to achieve? Simply, if they want to push it until the end for a much higher reward, then let them be. You can't push your own preference to others as in the first place, it's not your money at stake.

You were just able to choose that you want to cash out as you see the amount of money. But if you are the one who actually places that bet, you will feel the real pressure and you won't even be able to decide easily if you will push through or risk, after all you choose that bet thinking you will win it all with that odds.

Now to answer that if it happened in my case,  I can't even tell you what should I do. I really need to watch the game live before deciding.
249  Local / Altcoins (Pilipinas) / Re: Nag Rug Pull Na Nang Inis Pa, Dev Abandon NFT games on: October 28, 2023, 10:35:13 PM

250  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Anti-Gambling Tools on: October 28, 2023, 10:23:15 PM
I know I've got an issue, and I've accepted that. Now, my goal is to manage it better and avoid any unnecessary damage to my finances.

I'm curious if any of you have faced a similar situation and if there are tools or methods you've found effective in controlling crypto gambling. It feels like most platforms lack daily limits or deposit controls, making it a bit challenging to stay on track.

Would really appreciate any advice or recommendations from those who've been through something similar.

The fact that you were able to post that concern of yours here...
The fact that you understood what going on to yourself...
The fact that you were able to understand that you have an issue with gambling...
The fact that you accept there's something wrong...
And lastly, the fact that you set a goal to manage a better self...

You don't need any tools. You can't say what I've mentioned if you are dealing with difficulty managing your gambling problems.

The only thing you need is to continue dedicating to yourself that you will control yourself and be responsible as much as you can.
251  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Are no KYC casinos taking risks? on: October 28, 2023, 10:03:27 PM
That's why we have to be careful if we want to use a new casino and check it first before we register. New casinos may easily change their rules and not tell all their customers because some casinos really want to cheat their customers. Even if the customer manages to win some money, the casino will make it difficult for the customer to withdraw the money because the casino asks the customer to do KYC first before the casino processes the withdrawal.

Aside from being users need to be careful when choosing a new casino, it's good to make it a habit for now that if trying a new casino, always expect that KYC might be a big concern when it comes to withdrawal. If possible, aside from reading the Terms and Service regarding KYCs, users can also contact the support for a clear answer about that.

We can't generalize that all new casinos want to cheat their customers through KYC once there is an attempt to withdraw a big amount.
252  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do Not Lose Everything Youve Gained in One day, or One Trade on: October 27, 2023, 10:35:27 PM
As one of the famous lines says, "even the high priest messed up". Shit happened even for professional traders.

Saying do not lose everything in a single day sounds simple to say but it's hard to cope up on any advice once on the situation. We are able to say that advice because in most cases, it resulted in the worst but what if the other way happened?

Let's just charge that worst experience into a useful reference and try our best to improve our future strategies.
253  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Not a casual fan but want to participate in sportsbetting on: October 27, 2023, 09:49:03 PM

Given that OP seems lazy to do some reading stuff, I doubt he will survive the discussion in the NBA discussion thread. He might also have a hard time understanding some of the discussions there as it was a general discussion. If only OP seems to be serious, I will definitely advise that thread on my first response. Smiley

Nothing really different from playing gambling games that require pure luck.

But the second thread given might help OP as he only needs to pick from those users' bet lists as a reference for his future bet.

Another suggestion, if OP really wants to do sports betting, choose the league that he really knows, not as a casual fan.
254  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How safe do you feel with casinos that ask you to input your log detail. on: October 27, 2023, 09:01:02 PM
I don't mind whether my account will remain logged in or out after I exit the browser as long as the session is done on my own personal device.

If remain logged in after opening the site again, it saves time for me to log in again. On the other hand, if the session were automatically out after exiting the browser, it just takes a few seconds to log in. Besides, I am already used to both situations since all the gambling applications I used and installed on my phone (local online gambling sites) log out after exiting a session.

Most browsers save data, cache, and logging sessions that's why even after exiting the browser, the account remains logged in. While on the application, the only thing it saves are the username and password if allowed by the user thru "Remember Me" option.

Talking about security and safety, let's say a stranger able to land or access our account, I don't think how can they even take advantage of the account. First of all, to withdraw funds, most gambling sites are asking for verification not unless these scammers know some trick to bypass that but that is a low chance. The only worst thing they can do is, to intentionally lose all the available balance there.
255  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Not a casual fan but want to participate in sportsbetting on: October 27, 2023, 07:01:41 PM
once an NBA fan somewhat like a casual fan of NBA and wants to bet on matches.

being a fan but not going to do some research about the players and team conditions, how am i going to participate in sports betting specifically on the NBA?
i wouldn't want to just keep following based on the odds. seemingly as a bettor, it requires ramping up on lots of updates and knowledge of the sport and how the team players are doing. how am i to do it?

To answer that directly, you can:

- Flip the coin and rely on your luck
- Follow some NBA tipsters, either from experienced or just a wannabee
- Follow some advice from your friend that knowledgeable about that league
- Refer to some sports website analyzer that gives information on the specific match

It's difficult to place a bet on something you didn't even understand. In sports betting, you don't actually need to do some hard and deep research but to be able to form a self-analysis, you really need to interact with that league regularly. But if you are really lazy doing that, you can choose the last one I mentioned to give you some reference.
256  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Exchanges allowing fixed monthly investment in BItcoin on: October 27, 2023, 06:40:34 PM
What are some good exchanges allowing fixed monthly investment in BItcoin?

I need options where my funds will be secure.

The two statements you have mentioned are against and contradict each other. What do I mean here?

First of all, once you send money in an exchange, for whatever purpose, it's like you share the authorization of your funds with a third party. Therefore, if some epic failed shit happened on that exchange, your money will also be doomed and the worst, you won't now be able to ever touch your funds for good.

If you fully understand the risks, you can consider checking the Binance Earn feature as it might be close to what you are looking for. But before you proceed, I told you that exchange for education and feeding your mind purpose. Some additional knowledge on what can you expect once you push that idea and I hope you can realize and understand if it's worth trying or not.
257  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Spirituality and Betting - Do they Have any Connection? on: October 27, 2023, 06:20:17 PM
Now, my question is, does God play a part in our gambling activities? Do you think how much faith or not, we have in God (or whatever we serve as a God) has anything to do with how much we win or lose in sports betting and gambling in general?

Something like that shouldn't be a topic in the first place. Spirituality or anything about religious activities is an endless cycle of argument. There will be no accurate and even close response to that kind of question as we can't generalize that.

We obviously know that there's no such thing as faith or whatever takes part in our gambling activities.

However, if there's a gambler who applied their religious faith in gambling, just let them be like that. Maybe that's effective to them so be it.
258  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Delisted/Inactive Coins from Exchange on: October 26, 2023, 10:12:05 PM
It's kinda showing that the more we are in a bear market year, the more pairs are being delisted.
What are your thoughts?

Not a thing to worry about in the first place. It does mean that those coins can't stand the bear market. We should be grateful that at least, only those coins that established good support from the community will remain on the scene. If these coins can't handle the bear market, there is no room for them to be circulated on the crypto market.

Aside from that, it will be beneficial for newbie traders to not easily get dragged at these coins where at the end, bound to have a low volume to dead.

Good for these coins to be delisted rather than to continue flowing in the market.
259  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Live Sports Betting vs virtual Games Betting on: October 26, 2023, 09:02:17 PM
So, I'm throwing the question out to all of you. Which type of sports betting gets your heart racing and your wallets fattening up? Do you have a preference, and if so, why?

End up depending on how far you know how to play both the usual sports betting and virtual games. If you don't know the other one, of course, you will select the other as your own preference.  If a bettor knows how that game works, both will be entertaining and amusing to them.

Since I'm not a fan of virtual game betting, therefore my preference will be the usual sports betting.

It's just that I have been doing sports betting for a long now compared to virtual games betting that I rarely touched, simple as that.
260  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Maybe I should have taken this risk earlier. on: October 26, 2023, 08:31:32 PM
Risks won't be called risks if we can determine already what exactly will happen in the future.

Rather than keep yourself confused, in doubt, and regrets, why not turn your experience into a recipe to plan what's the best thing to do from now on? Analyze all the considered loopholes you weren't able to cover and make a good plan out of it.

Ask yourself, what made you believe that Bitcoin will reach your dream price? Support your future analysis then start your progress.
