I registered on the 5th of february and made a 400mbtc deposit. I played just a couple of games and then left most of my funds in my account. When i came back the next day i cannot log into my account. I have contacted support but at first they say there is no account with my email, but i have my registration email and account is approved so this is impossible.
Afterwards they say the security team is looking in to the account and will email me tomorrow but they do not send any email at all. I have sent 3 emails to them since but they just do not respond to my messages!
If you do not want me as a customer then just refund my deposit!
I deposited, played and won with my own funds (no bonus) and they locked my account saying I had multiple accounts and refuses to payout my winnings and deposits. I have manage to locate their physical address and a number of workers that work for them. I will be filing charges if my winnings and/or deposits (All of them) aren't returned! If you won with your own money then FJ should pay you and close your account(s). I would withhold contacting authorities until there is no other options left... So you are basically saying that FJ should just walk away from their Tos? You do know that when people sign up to a service, any service, and they break the terms of that service they are not entitled to anything. Does not matter how much money is at stake since you accepted the terms when you signed up. YOU CAN NOT STEAL ANYONE MONEY, MAN WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH YOU? GET A LIFE!!! If they come back, people will indeed continue to trade there, but it will be purely based on greed. I don't think that's the case. CM has been really good to a lot of DEVs by allowing them to cheaply list their coins. While other places began to become a ripoff by charging an arm and a leg to do so. CM has always been fair, and gained a lot of trusts and started to take market shares away from a lot of the bigger guys. It's just sad they didn't have a real tech team in place for the boom they were about to receive. But as long as they stay true and don't do a runner I think CM will bounce back over night. |
