241  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What's stopping people from using bitcoin? on: August 02, 2016, 08:39:35 PM
The bitcoin transaction confirmation is too slow at the moment. I would prefer the litecoin or Ethereum.
well it definitely does not stop people from using it, and where would you spend those litecoins and eth? it is nearly nowhere accepted, i think that would be dumb

243  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The future of Bitcoin on: July 25, 2016, 10:06:03 PM
I think that the future of Bitcoin is bright because Bitcoin has allot of potential and becomes more popular by day because of that.
With Bitcoin you will never know what is going to happen so I might be wrong.

I'm not too worried about the future of bitcoin, if the user continues to grow of course the future of bitcoin will be nice and seemed adoption went well for now
im not worried about the future of the bitcoin too, in my opinion its price is going to grow a lot and it will be safe for centuries and make us all good money

Yeah and bitcoin will be much stronger as an currency in future and I am sure it will replace all payment systems and people will prefer to use only bitcoin for their transactions.

I hope so, the future of bitcoin would be a payment system in the world and all the merchants accepted payment bitcoin like ebay, amazon and other online shop.

yeah, the future is that bitcoin will be used as regular money by a lot of people, in my opinion in this way it will be a really bright future for bitcoins
244  Other / Off-topic / Re: If i give you 10 BTC what will you do? on: July 25, 2016, 10:05:20 PM
if i have 10 btc i will hold it in a cold wallet for the coming two years because some members speculate that bitcoin price will jump over 1000 $ in 2017+
i would also hold it in a cold storage, in my opinion its price is going to grow a lot inn the near future and make me good money, i would definitely not spend it
245  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: WHAT CAN I DO WITH 0.1 BTC ?? on: July 24, 2016, 04:54:08 PM
Don't expect doubling overnight. "In real life" investments produce a few percent per year on average, and the higher the return, the higher the risk.
On average the value of Bitcoin itself has been growing a lot faster, so "buy and hold" has been a good strategy.

Exactly collecting and saving for the future is the best thing that you can do with it at a moment as investing it anywhere has become risky nowadays.
yeah, im getting as much bitcoins right now as possible and im planning to save it for a really long time, i hope i will be successful and in the future bitcoin will make me rich
246  Other / Off-topic / Re: bitcoin affects life a lot on: July 24, 2016, 04:53:13 PM
Bitcoin as an advanced development in the currency usage have made lots and lots of change in most users life in terms of earning as well making an worthy investment for the future.
thats true, bitcoin plays a huge role in my life and i think the role will be only higher in the future because i will most probably use it more and more on buying stuff
247  Other / Off-topic / Re: What value does Bitcoin bring to you? on: July 24, 2016, 04:52:02 PM
Bitcoin gives me the ability to buy digital goods without giving my name.
That's cool!
yeah, it is kinda like anonymous shoppings online if you want something digital, in my opinion bitcoin is really easy to use and i really like spending it
248  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Looking for a Bitcoin wallet on: July 24, 2016, 04:51:08 PM
if i were you i would most probably go with the simple blockchain.info wallet because in my opinion it is really easy to use, besides that i have never had any problems with it
249  Other / Off-topic / Re: What % of your Assets is Bitcoin? on: July 24, 2016, 04:50:22 PM
i think i have like 10 per cent of all my assets put in into bitcoin, i believe that it will allow me to make some easy money in the future so im planning putting even more
250  Economy / Speculation / Re: BUY or SELL bitcoins ? What you prefer ? on: July 23, 2016, 06:16:55 PM
i always prefer buying my bitcoins to be honest no matter what situation we have because i honestly believe that selling will only dump the price down and not allow us to make any money
i also really like to buy a lot of bitcoins, i like to see more bitcoins in my wallet because i believe that it is the currency of the future
251  Economy / Speculation / Re: What is happening? on: July 23, 2016, 06:16:22 PM
nothing big is happening to bitcoin price right now, i think that the price of the bitcoin is definitely going to go up soon because people will expect to make money so they will buy
252  Economy / Speculation / Re: How long will bitcoin survive? on: July 23, 2016, 06:14:55 PM
2020 is not far from now on so i think it will survive till then and much more longer than that.
I just hope i lasts forever.
of course bitcoin will survive till then, in my opinion it will go o n for a couple of centuries because it is a really great technology that people will use
253  Economy / Speculation / Re: We'll be at 10,000+ by 2026 on: July 23, 2016, 06:13:50 PM
bitcoin is a netscape of digital currencies. there will be more advanced central bank coin in the future with regular people mass adoption which you can actually use at grocery store

IMO that is practically irrelevant.

Gold exists and it's not an accepted form of money, but almost exclusively used as a safe haven asset. There is $8 TRILLION invested in Gold.

If people use FiatCoin in the future there is still a case for an alternative safe haven crypto asset (BTC). If BTC reaches 2% of Gold market cap then we're at $10,000 BTC.

If 1 bitcoin is worth $10k, it will cost (1800 bitcoins mined per day) x ($10,000 per bitcoin) = $18 million per day to secure the bitcoin network at current level.

Eighteen million dollars every day, six billion five hundred seventy million dollars per year, forever and all time. Doesn't seem practical Undecided

Seems like a large amount I agree, but in the grand scheme it's still a drop in the bucket.

For a global payments system and store of value that 8 Billion people can potentially benefit from? I think money has been spent in far worse ways.

Didn't you say FiatCoin will be the global payment system, with BTC being an "alternative safe haven crypto asset"?
Bitcoin makes a pretty poor "global payments system," it can process 7 transactions per second max. That's enough for maybe two US shopping malls. On a slow day.
The reason bitcoin is developing is because to fix the issues we're facing like slow transactions.. Soon this things will be fix and there will be no reason as bitcoin won't be good payment system globally.
the transactions themselves are really fast because it is nearly instant, the confirmations what takes a really long time to happen unfortunately
254  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin to 2000 $ possible ? on: July 23, 2016, 06:13:02 PM
yes surely bitcoin can reach that 2000$ mark. I think it will reach 1000$ at the starting of 2017 and so till mid 2018 we may see btc price to reach that 2000$ mark
well it will surely happen it only depends on time when, because the price of the bitcoin has a lot of potential to grow when all people buy
255  Other / Off-topic / Re: what you like best in Bitcoin ? on: July 20, 2016, 08:39:31 PM
The safety and facility to store and transfer money.
yeah i also really like that it is safe, i think that the possibility to grow a lot is also a really great thing
256  Other / Off-topic / Re: What is your plan to get rich with Bitcoin? on: July 20, 2016, 08:38:58 PM
i dont have any plans besides getting as much bitcoins as possible right now and then holding it all for the future
257  Other / Off-topic / Re: Will you accept bitcoin as your salary? on: July 20, 2016, 08:38:21 PM
es I will but only if my bank accepts it. Because I don't want to have bitcoin in my wallet with which I cannot buy groceries... what's the point then?
So if it is accepted by the bank, I would accept it... I know its a risk but maybe a risk worth it because it can pay off too.  Or maybe 20-80 Bitcoin and Fiat payment salary; that would be nice
the same for me, it would be really cool to receive my salary in bitcoins to be honest because i really like it
258  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What are your plans(besides buying things)if bitcoin price skyrockets and... on: July 20, 2016, 08:37:48 PM
i think i would still hold my bitcoins even more because i think that the price would have more potential to grow
259  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Have you ever paid more than $700/BTC for any amount of Bitcoin? on: July 20, 2016, 08:36:07 PM
what is wrong with buying for +$700? If you want to the moon this is still cheap.
of course it is better to buy right now the price is definitely be higher than 700 dollars pretty soon
260  Other / Off-topic / Re: Is Bitcoin designed to last forever? on: July 12, 2016, 08:38:05 PM
of course bitcoin is not designed to last forever, in my opinion bitcoin will go on for about 500 years until it will be replaced by some kind of a better currency, thats my guess for it
