241  Other / Off-topic / Re: Earning a living with bitcoin? on: July 31, 2016, 01:40:26 PM
One must be brave to rely on Bitcoin for subsistence. You know, you never know where the price will go and the adoptable for the near future, things may be go bad and you may find yourself in a bad situation

That is why it is not advisable to earn a living with bitcoin, there will always be a downside, there will always come a time that you have to worry about your day to day living when you are earning it in bitcoin... Having a big ballz to earn a living with bitcoin and quit job without a savings, will result to a ruin life if you are getting short budget and interests from your debt will continue to pile up.
then i think it would be better to just transfer it all to an exchange and take out fiat if you are so afraid of those losses
242  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin can disappear? on: July 31, 2016, 01:37:32 PM
I don't think bitcoin is a scam, but we don't yet know if it will succeed. It could be a failed technology like many others. However, those of us that have invested time and money into it think it will catch on and be successful.
of course bitcoin is not a scam at all, in my opinion the price of it is going to grow only in the future and allow me to make profit hopefully
243  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Big Banks are researching the usage of private Block Chains, and not Ethereum's on: July 31, 2016, 01:36:21 PM
The technology is brilliant and it's a surprise that banks haven't checked out blockchain technology long before this.
yeah the technology of most of the cryptocurrencies are really great, i think that bitcoin and ethereum will be better and better in the future
244  Economy / Speculation / Re: If bitcoin dropped to $1, what you do? on: July 31, 2016, 01:35:14 PM
I'd continue to use it unless there was a fundamental flaw with Bitcoin, although if it did reach that it would likely be due to an unrecoverable flaw.
the same for me, bitcoin is definitely a great technology and it will have great future i think thats why i would definitely use it all the time
245  Other / Off-topic / Re: What % of your Assets is Bitcoin? on: July 31, 2016, 01:33:43 PM
I am very interested in gradually increase my investment in bitcoin, but these days my assets in this coin are lower than 10%, and I have to admit that I am not mentally prepared to increase my worth of bitcoin because of its great volatility.
i also invest more and more of my fiat to bitcoins in order to make some good money, i think that i will benefit a lot in the future

How rich are you if 0.00000001 ฿ is equal to 1 Dollar. And what will you do with the money you have now?

it would be better for you to ask how many bitcoins we have,  and i wouldn't be rich, i would have like 100k$ only because i spent my bitcoins
249  Other / Off-topic / Re: who is the best football player? on: July 26, 2016, 09:59:25 AM
Andres Iniesta is the best I think. It doesn't matter if Ronaldo has won UCL just when I watch them I like the way Iniesta playing football more than ronaldo or someone else.

i like iniesta too but he is best midfielder only, and usually by best football player people mean strikes which is sad sometimes, i also pretty like rooney even if he's old now

And its fucking hot out. All the local stores are already closed and I need to wait till tomorrow to go buy a new AC unit. It's so bad I'm thinking about renting an hotel for the night.

Has anyone ever been in this situation before.

253  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Seeking some advice. How does one start to become an escrower. on: July 25, 2016, 10:12:45 AM
Hi guys.

I want start another adventure here at Bitcointalk.  If you don't know, the first one was asking how to get in a good signature campaign as I posted here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1498626.0

It wasn't easy at first, and I had to prove to the managers that I am worthy enough to get in.  And thankfully, I got in very good signature campaign.  Ros of Betcoin is really great.  Props to him.

Now I am seeking advice on how I can become an escrower.  Where do I start and how do I gain the people's trust?

I'm also hoping this thread will be helpful not just to me, but for the other readers as well.  Thanks.

to be escrow you have to be clean, without any bad history like scams, and to have positive trust in this forum, if you have neutral nobody will trust you

256  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Want to start online store to sell rare meteorites? on: July 25, 2016, 10:05:42 AM
I've been looking at a thread about a guy who was looking to start his own bitcoin store and was looking for ideas on stuff to sell, one thing I could think of was meteorites, I don't think you can buy meteorites for bitcoin yet unless someone is already doing that, is someone already doing that?

What do you think, would it be a good idea to open this kind of store? would you buy meteorites for bitcoin?

well that it very weird thing to sell/buy but also people will be interested to buy them so yeah i think it is pretty good idea, to sell mereorites

258  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why is gambling so addicting? on: July 24, 2016, 01:07:44 PM
I don't know why but I always get a feeling to gamble, after then losing my money, I quit for some time and then continue, but I know I will lose my btc Sad

Why is it so addictive?
gambling is addicting because you can win a lot so people that gambles want's more and more money so they play more and more till they lose everything
259  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How much can u lose with gambling? on: July 24, 2016, 01:05:48 PM
This is opposite from topic "How much can u win with gambling?". Well I`m on zero again, I`m looking how much I can win with gambling but actually I`m tryin to calculate how much can i lose. It`s always small amout`s but after many times this several small amount`s becoming one big one. There is some crazy stories on internet about people that have it all in one moment...
http://www.telegraph.co.uk/men/active/mens-health/10976770/Online-gambling-how-I-lost-my-wife-children-and-750000.html
And this guy started  with almost nothing and made almost $500,000 gambling with Bitcoin, then he lost it all in about 60 seconds. https://www.reddit.com/r/IAmA/comments/1ch7wb/

So pretty simple question, how much can YOU lose with gambling?

that is weird question, i think that you can lose everything with gambling and of course you can win a lot from it, but if you don't have luck you can lose a lot
260  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you believe that win in gambling is depending on your luck ? on: July 24, 2016, 01:02:59 PM
how many people are lucky but lose,How else have no relation with luck but uses several strategy that allows them to make earnings, and also how many people have no experience in games but who make big pot, and others who uses the same strategy that worked for other people but does not work for them.
So; do you believe that earnings in gambling is depending on luck?  Huh

yes i actually think that people win only because they are very lucky and all gambling is about luck, if you win it is because you got lucky actually
