DESICO was for me a great experience that STO doesn´t mean a guaranteed success. STO only means more regulation for team and token sale investors, nothing more.

I do not know much about IOST, but IOST was mainly hyped due to high staking rewards that are 15% per year. People are now earning "free" IOST and selling them.

After 5 days Bitcoin lost around 3000USD from its value. I do not think that was all. Next target is around 8k and then 6k - the strongest BTC support line ever, hope that will last long 

Bear market is the best time for buying more, do not care about short term value of your portfolio, but think about possible long term value.
For example now ADA is trading for 0.05USD and the highest price was 1USD! 20 times possible return! 

I think that the best words for the situation on ICO market is: the end of ICO hype.
It is good? Probably yes, only promising projects will be supported by angel investors.

This is true! We deserve a good deal and pay for our hard work and not being called as dumpers and freeloaders. They will soon realize the power of bounty hunters when bounty hunters stop working due to no profits.

Hard decision, Bitcoin is dropping so fast, hope that will not go back to 6k level, I can't even imagine what would it do with altcoins.

Not only exchanges robbed people for millions of dollars but also ICOs and other custody services. Is this really what we need for mass adoption? Investors are scammed on every corner. 

Beause currently it seems that only exchange and gambling dapps need tokens. Other tokens have fictional use case in most cases.

Many of these projects do not need our support to collect money. Because ICO funds are for development and team could really enjoy this money. But after that they do not care about the price on exchange - because these money are not exactly their.

Nothing from the list. No more centralized coins, that can´t be considered as a cryptocurrency. Libra doesn´t even have a blockchain, so the word: cryptocurrency is only for marketing purposes.

Still you can find someone who trades with you on OTC market or find people here or on telegram that will exchange it with you. But this is very risky cause noone guarantees you a successful deal and you will find many scammers.

If you go to coinmarketcap you will find 2000 cryptocurrencies that are "better" in specifications. But, that doesn´t matter.
Ethereum was created in 2015, it is easy to create better solution today, but community now care more about stability and security.
And Ethereum claims to beat every competitor with the new upcoming update Ethereum 2.0.

Siacoin? I thought that this decentralized storages are not cool.
But investing into top 100 you shouldn´t make a mistake. These coins are supported by a lot of investors that know more than you.

This question can't be answered, it depends on the alrcoin or ICO that are you thinking about. For example upcoming TON promises a lot of cool features and who know how can be profitable? 

Market situation is not currently good for altcoins. While Bitcoin is slowly recovery, there is no sign of recovery for altcoins. When do you predict the altcoin season? Again in  November?

It is smart-contract platform, but I think that developers will have a problem with the freedom that can´t be offered by Libra. On Ethereum you are free, not regulated and so on. 

I do not see any reason why Binance Coin should fall. Finally they bring a real value to this coin - utility token for Binance Chain. Who wants to use Binance Chain needs Binance Coin. 

It depends on you, in which platform you more believe? Do you believe in a super virtual computer running dapps and smartcontracts? Or in something that can be used in everyday payments?

Be careful, BNB is the only altcoin that is at ATH price. Why not to invest into coins that are still in huge loss? Like -90% since ATH? Isn´t it a better strategy?
