Something interesting is happening at the moment I think. Gox remove their tweets, relocate their office and that link few pages back saying "light at the end of the tunnel for gox customers". Maybe the exchange really is being sold to some more competent people? We'll see, we'll see.
Indeed, lot of stuff happened in few hours. Resignation from Bitcoin FOundation, tweets deleted, something's going on. Mark really throwing his toys out of the pram. They've been acting dodgy for the past month and now everyone thinks something is wrong? I cannot believe people have wired money to them!

Guys... Transaction malleability is to blame for MtGox losing track of their tweets. Obviously.
Yes, apparently it's a flaw in the bitcoin protocol that deleted all the mtgox tweets. That's why mark quit the foundation. He's simply tired of their incompetence. First his gox coins now his tweets. Bitcoin is responsible for all. But don't worry, I'm sure they are working on a fix. And you will get your tweets and gox coins soon!

I do not think they will resume anytime soon!
Why? I feel there are deeper issues than what they are revealing since they always seem to have an excuse to prolong the process of fixing the problem. And the fact that they are putting blame on others shows that they are trying to hide the obvious by trying to focus the attention elsewhere.

Ok we have seen the reaction on the rumor that Mt.Gox enables withdrawals now. This confirms my thoughts that we will see a bit of a "silkroadcrash affect" when they actually really succeed to resume withdrawals. The price will violently shoot up then. This will be the start sign of a new really to new highs. If however Mt.gox doesn't succeed in fixing their problems, we will have a slow slide down on the exchanges to maybe the 300 - 400 area.
I do not think they will resume anytime soon!

People are rallying because of this?http://www.reddit.com/r/Bitcoin/comments/1ymb4r/some_light_on_the_horizon_for_gox/
Unbelievable, anything to get the party started.
Massive bull trap.

Someone is taking the piss!

Any news on when mark will announce his news?

|

50? You forgot the 1 on the front; then 2, then 3, then 4, then 5, on back up to 9, where we were at equilibrium for months. Remember, none of those USD's left gox yet so there is plenty of ammunition to make that happen; not to mention the added ammo coming in from the opportunists ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) . Gox is a bad investment choice. And appareently people are keeping their money in Fiat as to be able to get it back when gox goes bust. Either that or gox is playing a dangerous game.

Go spend your money on satoshi dice instead.
No sensible human being would gamble their money on mtgox right now.
Even your investment on bitcoin should be money you can afford to lose.

So whens MTgox releasing their great news!
|
|
|
So it goes to 91 and back up ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif) What the hell is this! Why would anyone buy??? I believe mtgox is pushing the price back up! MTGOX, the biggest con in bitcoin history.

Yes but mtgox price is meaningless.
Unfortunately other exchanges are following the downtrend!
