Maybe it's a tricky fix because the litecoin withdraw still says pending.
I'm trying so hard to be patient but I'm getting sad that my withdraw is still pending after over 24 hours and that I've deposited so much more than the $15 I am now trying to withdraw.
Sorry for your bad experience on this site but nothing you can do except waiting and waiting. Hope you'll get your money soon and hopefully you get a small compensation for this incovenience because it is not your own fault. Thanks but it's no big deal. I just don't have any other crypto that I want to spend right now and was waiting to use it. I'll survive I guess. It's burning a hole in my pocket.  |

I have two withdraws that were pending verification but now just say pending. They are both for $10. I think I've deposited a decent amount I believe.

I really like your site but I'm having a random issue with roulette where my bet resets to zero for no apparent reason and it's a bummer. For some reason my bet amount will reset to zero even though my chip is still on the table, I haven't changed my bet, cleared the table or changed the amount I'm betting. I have some screen shots of my bet history and the table when it happened last. I lost 0.00006200 the last time it happened.   Thanks for your help. Do you have a bug bounty program? |

Investigating plays from yesterday, we have reasons to believe that there might have been something bugged or exploited, and requires our programmers to investigate the issue thoroughly to verify the authenticity of the plays. This is a standard procedure in cases of "big wins/lucky streaks" to ensure that our games are safe and function properly in all aspects. We are not accusing anyone of anything, but it is a procedure we must go through in such cases to ensure our games are running properly and we do not become a victim of bugs or exploits. It is something we went through the person who won +$12k the other day via an abnormal winning streak/luck, and ended up confirming legitimacy of those plays. So just a standard procedure, for which we do apologize for any inconvenience caused, especially since it's the weekend and availability and response time of our programmers is impacted. If there is indeed nothing wrong with the plays made, your cashouts will be normally paid as soon as possible, that is always our goal! That is all very reasonable and makes good sense.
