241  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: A Fools Gold on: December 31, 2022, 08:25:25 PM
There are many projects asking investors to stake their tokens for APY but they collapsed later for example Midas, they offered 17% APY on USDC, the token went from 38$ to 0 and their swap feature is shut down..

I am just trying to warn you about Centralised Finance tokens and platforms, avoid taking big risks with CeFi Platforms.

APY can be tempting at times, powerful enough to make you turn your back on the vital parts of the project, do not compare APY of a CeFi project with others especially when the project is not that popular.

Now that we are even in a bear market, any projects offering high yield is a big red flag, this is not the time to focus on earning rewards.
Indeed it becomes a risk when staking tokens on new sites. If they fail to sustain the project, they will eventually have to close the site. I think we can stake coins on trusted sites, Binance also provides a staking program. Even though the APY percentage is low, you are doing it on a site that has high trust.
So we shouldn't get stuck with the APY percentage offered by them. If a new project still has a high probability that the coin price of the project will drop, even the highest risk is the project dies.
242  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: High Profit Projects Are Prone To Scam on: December 31, 2022, 07:54:22 PM
With my little experience so far, I have come to realize that most crypto projects that promise Investors excessive returns on their Investment eventually turn out to be scam.

I once participated in a a certain project that was giving Investors about 5 times (5×) bonus during their presale. The team kept postponing the exchange listing date until everybody got tired of them and realized that, it was a scam project. When the complaints on the Telegram group became too much, the project team just abandoned the group, leaving Investors with bot.
1. So as a new trader,  it is always important to do your own research before any Investment with any upcoming crypto project.
2. Invest what you can afford to lose
3. Try to avoid some of these projects with that promise outrageous profits on investment, most of them are not realistic. How can you expect 300,000% annual percentage yield from a new project?
Many people ask to consider some of the things you mentioned, but scammers from a project generally occur in the middle of the presale or even at the end of the presale. The worst thing is when the project has made it through the presale period, with the target of raising funds having been reached, but they don't listing the coin on the exchange, and in the end they bring investors' money.
243  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 2022 Crypto Dead Projects List on: December 31, 2022, 07:30:16 PM
97 projects 2022-10-27
This collection presents a list of cryptocurrency projects that failed in 2022, including those that announced closure, entered bankruptcy, or had websites that had been inactive for a long time. 26 of these projects had funding in the amount of above $3.6 billion.
Many projects went bankrupt due to the collapse of Terra and FTX
Of the many crypto projects that died, how much effect did Terra and FTX have? The bankruptcy of FTX has been felt by the changes in crypto prices so far. Many investors experienced losses from the fraud committed by Terra which continued with the bankruptcy of FTX. If we calculate the average loss of $ 3.6 billion, then investors' losses amount to $ 93.6 billion. This is a very large number, close to USDT's market cap, plus USDC.
244  Economy / Speculation / Re: ELON sold his TSLA stock for $3.5billion. Will he re-buy BTC soon? on: December 18, 2022, 08:26:14 PM

What do you think? Is this time for BTC bullish again? Or Elon preventing from 2023 Global ressession by sold % of his TSLA stock?

Or... Will he buy dogecoin now?
Another question is, is the Tesla company in big trouble? Because another problem faced by Tesla company voters is regarding the Twitter platform. Reportedly there are resignations of several employees. Does this have anything to do with the sale of Tesla stock? Elon owns so much company that he seems to have lost control of what he owns.
245  Economy / Speculation / Re: How we know btc not going to 100$ ?? on: December 18, 2022, 08:21:59 PM
What guarantees we have btc not going very low like 100$ ??
Can btc go Even like 50$
Becouse everybody knows that Market Will crash hard soon very bearish out look now for btc
If today btc start falling what price is good to buy ?
It can fall to 1000$ or lower why not ? What's stop btc to fall down like 20$-50$ ?
There is no guarantee whatsoever with what you say, because the price you mentioned is below the reach of all current Bitcoin users. Everyone is talking about a Bitcoin price as low as $10k, or even as low as an estimated $5k. But you're talking about $100 dollars. So what can make someone give a guarantee at that price. Or you do not understand what you are talking about? Or we misunderstood what you meant?
246  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: US is targeting Binance on: December 18, 2022, 08:11:55 PM
After the FTX clampdown, the US Justice Department is going after Binance. According to Reuters, Binance is being hit hard and is now under investigation due to money laundering allegations. Amidst the news, customers are starting to withdraw their funds.
IMO this is all a plot to drive customers away from Binance and led them to Coinbase...

What do you guys think about this?

This is the work of the world financial mafia. They will go after all the world's platforms that are roughly not profitable for them under the pretext of breaking the law. When many exchanges are targeted, even exchanges that have been running for a long time, with the number one public trust in the world, but they say there is something violating the law, namely money laundering, of course this is the work of the mafia behind the law.
247  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: USDC is not safe on: December 18, 2022, 08:02:52 PM
Well, we all know Tether has issues and many people say that USDC is much safer than USDT which is not true according to this research.
Although this tweet is few months old but it is a moment of concern. All of these coins USDT, and USDC and even BUSD are not safe. The Algorithmic stable coins like Dai can also lose their peg against the dollar in a crisis situation.

In this situation, what can be the best way to store our stable coins  Huh
None of the current crypto is safe except Bitcoin. As long as the crypto is still changing both in terms of supply, from the PoW system to PoS and so on, then the crypto is not safe. This means that there is still a possibility to do something outside of our instincts, or there is still a possibility to be stopped by the running system. Likewise with the current stable coins that we consider safe with a value equivalent to Fiat. If the addition of the supply continues and suddenly they buy up most of the Bitcoin with the stable coins they are developing, then the price of Bitcoin will increase and the stable coins will drop because the amount of supply exceeds the needs of the exchange.
248  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: FIFA 2022 world cup on: December 18, 2022, 07:49:20 PM
It was a good final, so from the 75th minute onwards. Before that it was only Argentina who played well. France's substitutions were top, so Kolo Muani, Camavinga, Thuram and Coman were good changes in the game. Extra time was also great with two goals and the penalty shootout is a coin flip. Mbappe is the player of the match for me with 3 goals + penalty, nothing more is possible. He alone could not win the game.
Yes. Mbappe became one of the best players during the world cup final. And he was also one of the best players in the Qatar world cup. He became the top scorer with 8 goals, while Messi with 7 goals.
But unfortunately the other French players couldn't execute the penalty properly. Especially K. Coman and Tchouameni, both of them took a penalty kick without the right target. These two shattered the hopes of all the other players and crushed the hopes of the French fans.
And congratulations to Argentina, and congratulations also to Lionel Messi with the acquisition of a new title, namely the world cup title.
249  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin to hit $100k? on: December 17, 2022, 08:13:06 PM
At this time it might sound difficult and impossible to reach $ 100K, but anything can happen quickly, as happened a year ago when the price of dropping below $ 30k but can skyrocket up to $ 69k in November or it takes 5 months to rise More than 100%, of course we must be optimistic that the market will immediately rise and touch $ 100K.
The growing market must be based on certain moments. If we look at the current state of the global economy, I think it will be difficult for crypto prices to grow in this year or even the next year. It's not a bull run problem or anything, but the world is in trouble. The global economic crisis or the prediction of a recession in 2023 will hinder the growth of crypto prices.
250  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin price 2023 on: December 17, 2022, 08:06:17 PM
Hi folks and friends,

This is a quick question... do you think the bitocoin price will continue falling during the 2023, or we are actually seeing the bottom price? can you see bitcoin at $5,000 during 2023? $10,000 perhaps?

Thank you a lot, trying to make the right desitions...

Kind regards;
Chris
In my estimation, the Bitcoin price will decrease in 2023, or early 2023. However, the price can stay above $10k. Investors will keep the Bitcoin price above $10k to start a new bull run. That $5k price is surprisingly low considering the previous year's bullrun was $68k. However, if the price is forced to drop, of course many small investors will leave the stock market, because they will suffer huge losses.
251  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Best Crypto to buy for 2024 ? on: December 17, 2022, 07:57:59 PM
Every person who lives with cryptos know that cryptocurrencies will dump in 2023 and in 2024 we will more grow...
so in this topic, we discuss which coin is better to buy for more gains about 10X to 1000X!

my idea :

1- ETH---10X  Shocked
2- ADA---20X  Shocked
3- MATIC---10X   Shocked
4-SHIBA--100X  Shocked
5-NEAR---50X  Shocked
6-DOT--20X  Shocked

what's your idea? Cool
MATIC is one of the low value coins at the moment but has great potential going forward. If the bull run takes place of course this coin will grow rapidly because some of the current crypto also uses polygon chains. This is exactly the same as the previous growth of Ethereum and some other smart chains.
252  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: gambling techniques on: December 17, 2022, 07:53:39 PM
I would like to have you guys speaking about different gambling techniques so that we can exchange knowledge and improve our winning chances.

I'll leave my simple technique here and I'll hope you guys can leave some more!

I often use the stake doubling technique to several games. I normally do this with dice games and if it played correctly its profitable. What you have to do is simply start with a small stake and every time you lose you double your steak until you win. Once you win, you will recover all the amount you lost. This works if you have enough money to keep doubling your bet, so you should do your math and check with how much you should start. It is not infallible but it works.

Maybe we can do it this way if we have more capital during the game, or are still in the same room. If we have left the room, we will return to basics, or the same as when we just started the game.
In general, 10 minutes at the start of the game we will win, so we can make a bet with a larger amount, or adjust it so that there are enough rounds.
If we have been playing for a few minutes, but there are no signs of winning, then we leave to get another room game, but if there has been no change, it is better to leave the game until a few hours later. These are the ways that I often do in continuous betting.
253  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Qatar world cup Final Predictions on: December 17, 2022, 07:25:09 PM
They might win against France on Sunday, they are desperate, resilient and also have all what it takes.
Most of the predictions and support for the Qatar World Cup lead to Brazil, but Brazil left the gridiron faster after losing to Croatia. But for now, France and Argentina are playing in the final. Most predict that Argentina will win the match on the grounds of Argentina's star player, namely Lionel Messi. But we must not forget that in France there are also star players, even much younger than the Argentinian star. Even France can play well from the group stage to the final without Karim Benzema. So, I think this year's world cup final goes to the defending champion, namely France.

255  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Solana going Big??? on: November 06, 2022, 07:24:25 PM
Maybe this is the beginning of Solana's revival that will make blockchain mass adoption. As the current Ethereum blockchain has more users, and presents thousands of smart contracts. Solana is also a unique blockchain project. Within 24 hours, there may be more than 1 thousand validators active on the Solana blockchain. If Google cloud becomes part of Solana, of course it will have a positive impact on price changes.
256  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Best Tron wallets on: October 16, 2022, 07:54:31 PM
.....
I've never used a Hardware wallet. It seems very interesting. But for now I use Trust Wallet more often. Because Trust Wallet is very complete with the entire blockchain. In addition we do not need to change the RPC when there is a different token.
Trustwallet can also be a wallet to hold Tron. The advantage is that we can stake while holding it for the long term.
257  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Terra Luna Classic - Take profit or hold? on: October 16, 2022, 07:48:39 PM
I was stupid that I had invested over $5K during the Luna crash which is now worth $500 (approx). I never tried to sell or was not willing to. I just think I lost it forever, so just leave it and let it where want to go. I will be happy when I see the funds have recovered. I don't over-expect recovery. Lose is loss, $500 won't help anything and that's the reason I leave. Whether it will recover my initial investment or forget it. Probably I won't invest any coins in such as situation. One of my friends inspired me to invest and REKT.
I think it is very difficult to recover the amount of balance that has been lost. Considering Luna is not a good coin.
If the coin price drops, of course there is still hope for us as holders, but it's different from Luna. Luna commits a fraud by throwing all the coins down to the lowest price.
258  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why Token Swap? on: October 16, 2022, 07:38:32 PM
I did few airdrop when I was learning about crypto currency and what I discovered from the airdrops I did was that most of the Altcoins project carry out "token swap". They swap from their old contract to a new contract. Most times they only swap investors token but don't swap airdrop participants token. My question is why do some Altcoin project do Token Swap?

Of course the reason most often done by the team is to make changes so that the token price will increase. Though they are not able to control the number of coins that have been circulating. Maybe some investors who are active in the group will get the new token, while those who are not active will not get it. Once the circulation amount is controlled, they can pump up the token price on the new smart contract. If they did hand out the new tokens to holders on the previous smart contract, of course they could send it without having to ask to fill out a form, or so on.
259  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why Blockchain Bridge is Useless? on: October 09, 2022, 07:20:09 PM
The Blockchain bridge is Useless because there is a reason behind this. All types of bridges have common security flaw that turns Blockchain into vulnerability and hackers can attack easily.
https://imgur.com/a/Vkup30l
And also Blockchain bridge makes things more centralized. And currently BNB 600 million dollars hack indicates that we should stay away from this.
Yes. If we look at the BSC hack not at the source, it means not on the BSC blockchain. However, the hack occurred due to the blockchain bridge. This worries us in the use of Blockchain bridges, or generally used to convert coins from different blockchains.
260  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can we have a seperate BitcoinCash forum? on: October 09, 2022, 07:15:54 PM
I'm tired of reading BitcoinCash this, BitcoinCash that... BitcoinCash price, BitcoinCash future, transfer BitcoinCash, I lost my BitcoinCash, claim BitcoinCash...
~
ENOUGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It seems that you are not comfortable with Bitcoin Cash. But I'm also surprised by those of you who don't like the discussion of Bitcoin Cash but talk about Bitcoin Cash. When there are many topics that talk about Bitcoin Cash, and you don't like the discussion, it would be better if you don't make a topic about it, at least one topic has been reduced about discussing Bitcoin Cash.
