legit amount, wallet synced and unlocked...

Hi sasha,
i´m a bit shocked at the moment. I am using the waves lite client without problems till today. I also uses thic client to recieve tokens and free waves from sites like wavesdrop. Because of the mobilego ico i am expecting a sharp rise in INCENT, so i transfered 10 minutes ago all my 1900 INCNT to my legit cryptopia address. I used a fee of 0.003 waves, more than recommended. I saw the transaction blinking for some moments and than disappearing. It is not shown in my latest transactions nor pending in my cryptopia account. After that i made a small transfer of 1 waves to my cryptopia address also. Here happened the same thing. Now i can see my Waves transfer pending, but no INCNT at all. In past transactions i can get a TX ID but not here. I am not that technical because to check if something and when yes what went wrong with transfers. I am very confused cause my INCNT investment is from the first hour and BIG for my circumstances. If there is no other solution i would also be ready to give u access to my wallet over my seed that u can check it directly.
Appreciate an answer and kind regards
Maybe some other pros can give me an advice what i can do. Waves recieved, INCNT not even shown (and i have no hash or something else). Was the fee too low? I´m curious.... |

Again: server update @Mercatox takes a very long time for me...hope we will see the site again...a lot of coins laying there i bought but not able to withdraw due to wallet maintenance

@cannabanana: is it possible to withdraw from the ICO account directly to an exchange wallet? The option is given in my ICO account, just asking because because in most other ICOs they told NOT to do because losing coins. THX!

@EWBF_: hi, updated yesterday my NVidia GeForce Game Ready Driver to Ver. 378.92. Mining with 0.3.2 now brings only 245 sols against 290-300 sols before the update. The good thing is temperature is steady betwenn 50-55 degree, much healthier for the hardware. Tested mining also with other coins, e.g. XRE with ccminer. 8500 kH/s before update, now 6800 kH/s. Maybe some others here make the same experience and it can be considered in further versions.

By the way: After changing my ETH address with your help is it necessary to write Ahmed another mail with my stats. I told him my mailaddress and my ETH address. You should send your email to Ahmed only. You should add and confirm the Ethereum address to your Chronobank dashboard. You should not use the Ethereum address that was used before to purchase TIME tokens during Chronobank ICO. @support2_chronobank: You are writing we should not use the same ETH address we used for buying TIME. I bought TIME with BTC, but now using the same ETH address i used in my ICO dashboard to recieve TIME tokens after release. Is this a problem or just fine? |

@Godson_Mansa: I had some weeks ago a similar problem with my runtime environment, i fixed it with this: http://www.chip.de/downloads/All-in-One-Runtimes_37449838.htmlIts virus prooved from a very prominet german tech site (i am from german) so i can recommend it. After installing and starting it will automatically scan our machine for the latest update, uninstall old versions and reinstall new or missing versions. Maybe this will solve the problem. |

also on board since second ICO.....at this moment my worst coin and still in downtrend while everything atound me is "exploding". For me a sleeper with big potential, i think the "chinese" malus is still sticking on this coin. good dev is one side, marketing the other....there is a lot of potential here. @EWBF_: treid mining with the new 0.3.2b version and reaching with my 1060GTX 6 GB card about 300 sols. But the shown temeperatur of my graphic card is getting from about 60 degree to now 70-75 degree, and this right from the beginning. I didn´t changed anything on my GPU settings, so its not overclocked or something, just the preset settzings i got from the beginning. Is there anything i can do to reduce temeperature or juts switch to a previous version? Thanks for support!

As i am a investor from the "first hour" and bought a lot of more between price range from 5000-3000 satoshis i am interested in how, beside the business itsself, you are in contact with bigger exchanges to make Incent more "pupular" to a broader audience. Nothing against cryptopia, its the beginning, but even there the daily volumne is about just 10 BTC, the spreads for buying and selling are way too big (right about now its nearly 30%!!!). Maybe another try with BITTREX would not the worst idea of all.

What is the surprise token? thats seem is a faucet. just put your waves address to claim it and you can receive up to 0.1 waves every 1 hours sry m8, thx for your answer, i see that its a faucet but i wanna know whats the surprise token is that landed in my wallet, its called "FreeCoin".
