You would already be supporting the Burst network by so much if you run your node while using your computer at the same time, if it doesnt slows your computer down. Which after being synced, most of the time it shouldnt.

 Burst can now be opted in on Generalbytes cryptocurrency ATMs, joining BTC, LTC, DASH and more altcoins. Great job by nixops. Its not big news but these are parts of the whole infrastructure that cant be taken for granted. Ty nixops and the PoCC! |

My qbundle doesn't sync neither. I upgraded it to 2.2.1 version and rolled back the chain for 100 block and it still stops at the 501999th block. I know the fork happened at 502000. block. Why doesn't it sync further?
Are you using the H2 database or the MariaDB? I never had problems on my MariaDB node, but I had that problem in my other node that uses H2 only once. I use Linux for both of my nodes. The solution was I grabbed a copy of an older H2 database from my backups and synced that without further problems ever since. What is a H2 db and MariaDB? How do I know which one is I got? Settings in qbundle? And what if I have the wrong db? I don't have any backups. I guess I'll need to start downloading everything again... meh edit: yeah I found it. Mine is definitely H2 db yet it still doesn't sync. :/ Converting it to MariaDB now. Good. Are you running a public node or do you use Burst as a wallet that goes online for a few minutes a day? We need more nodes running to support the Burst network. If you can run it for at least a few hours a day that would be already good. Ty. |

Technically its a hard forked shitcoin lol. Anyhow, CryptyMike. I think you should organize the level of shittiness from, altcoins with no premine and ICO as not that shitty to ICOs and the premines to the most shitty. Right? We are actually working on a more dynamic 'shittiness' algo. This will be somewhat of an iterative process, because there are variables like you mentioned (no premine, ICO or not) in addition to Github metrics, quality of team, and more. These are manual, and cannot easily be automated. To start, we will have different market metric variable and delta's, in addition to DoIOwnAShitcoin sentiment of # of searches, and plan to roll out Twitter sentiment for all 1,600+ coins  Over time, we can add more metrics and variables to make it more robust, but we are working on a good start. Thanks, Mike How would you rate the quality of a project's team? Will you look at each merged pull requests in Github? That would be very hard to do on all 1600+ coins. What if the team is anonymous? For easier ratings, my suggestion would be to drop the coins outside of the top500 for now. |

Burstnation is out of Burst. They did not follow the developers and the community in support of the hard fork to the Dymaxion upgrades. They wanted everything to stay the same when Burst was buggy and very much insecure.
For Burst communities, there is burstforum.net, forums.getburst.net, and /r/burstcoin in Reddit.
If you want your site announced in burstcoin.ist, you should contact the admin of that site directly.
So BurstNation and Bitcoinstacks will never come back is it? I have announced already in burstforum.net and forums.getburst.net (But both the communities do not have much of active members. The community is not active as this community. Very rarely people reply there on those communities.) Anyway thanks for your response. I tried to contact the admin of burstcoin.is but their contact form does not work. There seems to be a bug. When i fill the info and send, it doesn't go through. The contact form is not working. So, i am wondering how to contact him... Burstnation will come back, but as Bitcoinstack. They will not "market" Burst anymore which is good because they have never done developmental work for Burst but try to pretend that they did. This is from the latest Weekly Burst Report! But I have not payed attention very closely. What were the other two hackathons? I tried searching the internet, but I have found nothing. Were they also kept in secret too? - Something is brewing behind the scenes, but what is it? The PoC Consortium is currently doing a secret hackathon. This is the third one since they joined Burst, and it’s no secret that the other two have been very productive. Unfortunately, what the developers are working on cannot be revealed yet. Our guess: it will stay a secret until it’s ready.

What is going on? I sent now from bittrex to my burstnation wallet and nothing has arrived it says 0 confirmations so those old bursnation wallets don't work?
Does that mean I have lost my bursts? Also what happens if I am runnign an asset on the burstnation side does that mean now we have to re do the assets as well? I am very confused. Can someone help me here please and are there any new online wallets I shoudl be using instead?
This is the address of my asset I wanted to payout a dividend but althoguh Bittrex says it has sent my burst there, I see nothign in the wallet.

Burstnation is out and have not upgraded their nodes to the Burst Reference Software 2.2.1 coded by the PoCC. Your coins and assets are safe. But you have to use the lastest OFFICIAL software, not Burstnation's software. Go to /r/burstcoin in Reddit if you have more questions. |

Aside from deposits, there are withdrawals that will sometimes have the "complete:error" problem and will have your coins trapped in the exchange for weeks. Some complainants have said they waited up to more than 2 weeks before customer support could accommodate them. Unprofessional. Use Bittrex.

Message dan_dares directly. Hes one of the more lenient moderators in /r/burstcoin. Tell him that you only want to make a thread to show the Burst community your site. Show him the link to the site also and let him try it if he wants to check it out.
I dont know why /r/burstcoin has become so quick to censor people who want to help the project. You can also message rico666 in this forum or therico666 in Reddit. Hes one of the developers of Burst.

Anyhow, it would help if you stop using the old logo and start using the logos and materials found in this repository https://github.com/PoC-Consortium/Marketing_ResourcesTy. That might help you get more supporters. That old logo is what Burstnation likes to use and might leave a bad taste in the mouth for some people in the community. |
