If person has a small budged, why should he/she buy waves or bytecoin?
These coins are quite big already, it is better to buy something new, small but perspective, because it can bring much more money.
Author, look at Remme, nice project, which can be really used in the future for authoresation in different online services.

It depands on your aims.
If you want to hold this crypto for years, then it is better to hold coins from top 10 (btc mostly).
But if you want to get fast money in a couple of mounths, then holding small altcoins is a good option.
But the best way to hold both, cos holding alts it riscky, and big currencies is a kind of garand.

WE saw just a correction, and now we will fall even more.

It i sgod option to invest, if you know, that project is good and it is going to be developed future after ICO.
In this case, it is even better to buy this way, even buying during ico, as price can be lower, then ICO price due ti bounty hanters, etc.
But remevber, you have to analyse project good.

Actually, now world can love without blockchain, the only thing, which it brings is a new level of trust.

What do you mean by customization?
I personally use Blockfolio on Android, it is quite confident, as i can track not just average market price, like on CMC, but on certain exchanges which I use.
And moreover I put there the amount of tokens, which I've bought and it shows the current price of my portfolio.

It seems, that this year is going to be difficylt for all crypto world.

You are right. But better use some hardware wallet like a Ledger Nano S.
You can use it with MyEtherWallet, where you can keep youe erc-20 tokens.
This is the safest way of keeping your alts from hackers and some other threats.

I can agree with you concerning ETH, but not so sure about Monero, as there was a hard fork, where we saw new coins, so I personally do not know what to expect out of it.

But I personally prefer undervalued tokens, as an example, we all saw how VeChain grew from November to now.
That is why I believe in Remme. This coin is now on 500+ position CMC, and in my opinion really undervalued.
This project solves one of the most important problem now, the problem of securness of authorization into different sources.

The reason for it is the following. Ethereum is the main platform for token creation and it is possible to create token with almost any specific functions.
While functionality of Waves tokens are limited and it cannot be used so broadly.
But nevertheless, it will have a certain category of customers, foe whot such functionality it will be enough, that is why Waves will maintain in top-100.

I can tell you the small summarize of the project idea.
The project rebuilds the system of authorization, where you should not remember passwords, login names, etc.
For logging in you just need to push the button and server will get all information from blockchain, what ensures secureness and simplification of all this procedure to users.

I understand, that now is not March, but situation did not change drammaticaly.
You have to buy alts depending on your targets.
If you want to choose safe way of investment you can buy big coins such as ETH or VeChain and hold them, it will bring you something in the future.
But the second way is to buy undervalued coin, which can bring you much more profit, for example Remme. Very interesting technology, which makes sence now, as everybody uses computer and this project rebuilds authorization (login) system and makes it secure and easy to use. Moreover, this coin now really undervalued and it is on 500+ place of coinmarketcap.

In my opinion there are three the best ICO ratings: ICODrops, ICOrating and ICOBench.

I cannot agree with you here.
We see, how all market has a really big correction compearing with January, but still, it is just correction.
And inspite of this market depression, we see , that new alts are being created, and crypto world becomes bigger and bigger.
I would say, that new projects borning now, not dying.
