241  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Is Advertising through bounty profitable? on: March 16, 2018, 08:22:53 AM
People are being paid to advertise their bounties based on the signature on the bottom of your profile. So for as long as you are contributing to the bitcointalk forum community and you are wearing the signature assigned to you when you join in a bounty, you are fairly given a reward according to your rank and if you have submitted the requirements asked in the bounty campaign.
242  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is Ethereum a good investment? on: March 15, 2018, 02:03:23 PM
Yes Ethereum is actually a good investment and I am investing this coin for long term because I do believe in time it will be one of the most in demand and stable digital coin next to bitcoin. Although it is progressing slowly but a lot of investors actually prefer using this coin and its blockchain like the ones investing on ICO's.
243  Economy / Speculation / Re: Should I invest in BITCOIN ???? on: March 15, 2018, 12:30:58 PM
The only person that could answer your question is you yourself. You have to make a decision by yourself if you want to invest in bitcoin despite of all the news you've read about it. Because you are the one who has control over the money and coins you want to invest in too. Gather more information about bitcoin, then decide on what you really want to do with bitcoin. If you want to invest on it then go for it, but if you are hesitant then I would suggest for you to make up your mind or you might regret it afterwards. Always remember that the profits you gain from investing in bitcoin is not an everyday thing.
244  Economy / Economics / Re: Why do people buy high and sell low on: March 14, 2018, 02:07:34 PM
I don’t know why people buy coins at a high price and sell them at its lowest when it is the other way ‘round? Think about it, how can you profit something when you buy them at a high price. You can’t gain something if you sell them at a low price, you should sell them when its price is at least 10% of the amount you bought them in.
245  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: stop listening to false news on: March 13, 2018, 12:56:28 PM
What the OP said is true and the problem is that a lot of people believe in these fake news and keeps on spreading them making some believe it is true. That's why before I react to anything and wake up the next day and see my portfolio all in red, I usually check and find time to read news and compare them if these really are the reasons why the market is down. And everyone should practice that if they are trying to be a good trader too.
246  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Why almost everybody suggest to hold? on: March 13, 2018, 11:13:56 AM
Mainly because the market now looks ugly and bad, so people would suggest to just hold your coins because you get lesser chances of loss than buying and selling. The longer you wait, the less chance you get to lose your coins but has possibilities for you to gain profit instead without you doing anything other than waiting and holding.
247  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: I need to double 4,000 USD in 2 weeks on: March 12, 2018, 03:27:20 PM
No one can predict which coin will double up in 2 weeks, that's insane! Maybe you could just try to play it in a casino gambling site instead and you might be lucky to double up your money. I think that would be your only option to increase your money in my opinion.
248  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin as your main income? on: March 12, 2018, 01:32:22 PM
I don't think Bitcoin can be a source of you main income because Bitcoin is not stable and is constantly fluctuating so it would not be a great idea to make it as a source of income however you can make it as a passive income through trading. And I also read a lot of people saying it could be a source of your main income through joining campaigns but what if these campaigns will be gone for good? How can it be your main income if it would be diminished?
249  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can newbie able to apply facebook bounty campaign? on: March 11, 2018, 06:22:39 AM
There are some bounties that accepts newbies and there are some who does not, so the best thing you should do is read the bounty campaign and read the rules and regulations of the bounty then your question will be answered.
250  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: For how long will bitcoin exist on: March 10, 2018, 03:48:38 PM
Bitcoin will last until it still has supporters and if people will use it the way it was created for. And of course once Bitcoin has all been mined already, the supply of bitcoin will have scarcity because there will be some people who will just hold them instead of using them the right way.
251  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BitCoin Is Too Complicated for Average People! on: March 10, 2018, 02:14:19 PM
I think it depends on your level of willingness to learn about it. Because if you really are not interested about bitcoin then it would be hard for you to understand it. I remembered a saying my grandma told me when I asked her if she wants to learn how to use a cellphone, she said about you can’t teach an old dog new tricks and that’s what it is for people hesitant to learn about bitcoin.
252  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Bounty Rewards: Sell immediately or HODL? on: March 10, 2018, 02:11:04 AM
I would most likely hold half of it and sell half of it but I won’t just sell them right away. But the other half is hodled for long term because you’ll never know that this coin might grow and cam potentially be successful in the future too.
253  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: new holder of panic on: March 09, 2018, 12:52:08 PM
For me the best way to deal with coins like that is to just hold them for a year and see if it is profiting within that timeframe. Once I reach that goal, whatever the profit I get I will have to decide if I have to sell it or continue to keep it for a much longer term kind of investment.
254  Economy / Economics / Re: Is your bitcoin earnings enough for you to start a business? on: March 08, 2018, 08:25:22 AM
How much are you earning in btc by the way OP? If you think your earnings are enough to start a business then why not? Everyone wants to be their own boss, that’s a fact everyone would want to achieve in their life. But I would prefer to keep the job first while your business has just started though in my opinion because that’s what I did before starting a small business.
255  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: In this down market how your doing? on: March 07, 2018, 12:58:57 PM
I always hold my coins especially when the market gets ugly. I don’t want to sell my coins and on the next month regretted why I ever sold my coins. I went through that whole experience and up until now it would still haunt me.
256  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: BTCP Bitcoin Private is the real Bitcoin on: March 06, 2018, 10:27:34 AM
I'd have to disagree with you OP, bitcoin private is not the real bitcoin. There is only one real bitcoin and thats just bitcoin along, not bitcoin cash, bitcoin gold nor bitcoin private can compare the original one. It may be anonymous but can still be traced through the blockchain. It will be the same as other pump and dump altcoins created.
257  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Ripple the currency of the future? on: March 05, 2018, 08:31:28 AM
Honestly at first I thought Ripple would be the cryptocurrency of the future, I mean I like its innovation and all but there was a time I got disappointed with Ripple. Its price went down and it got to a point wherein a lot of traders pulled out their money because it dropped half of its value. But good thing now it is recovering and it is returning with a comeback. Hopefully it will be the one of the currency of the future.
258  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading sucks, I'll just hold my coins on: March 04, 2018, 03:23:23 PM
Trading is really not for everyone, not everyone has patience and not everyone takes risks on spending a huge amount of money for trading; and of course the more you invest most of them say the more you also get profits. But sad to say it is really not for everyone, including me and that's why I opted out to holding my coins instead of doing trading. It's easier and less to understand (just being honest).
259  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: i hav 0.5 btc ... on: March 04, 2018, 12:13:17 PM
I am surprised where you got your 0.5btc from and don’t know what to do with it.

But if I were you since I am assuming you are a newbie or something like that, read and do your own research about cryptocurrencies and bitcoin. And for your choice of coin or token to invest in; go to coinmarketcap.com and check the top 20 coins and you can choose from there.
260  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Bitcoin or Ethereum? on: March 03, 2018, 12:45:36 PM
Yes Ethereum would be one of the best option to invest in other than Bitcoin because its value is still low and a lot of investors are using this coin. So maybe if you invest in Ethereum for long term it would reach the same amount of Bitcoin; the same amount as of today in a few more years.
