241  Economy / Economics / Re: Government+cryptocurrencies on: August 08, 2020, 10:09:52 PM
for me the government will only interfere in the field of crypto currency, because the government tends to control and regulate the economy with the aim of not harming the government's finances itself,

We know that crypto has a decentralist nature, it cannot be controlled by a person or group of people, while the government tends to be the opposite.

It's how you said it Shreek! These two are contradictory, and people will have to choose what will they use, if there's a choice,
governments can find a way to force people to use their crypto-currency!
We will have to choose will we obey to their rules, or we will follow a decentralized way of thinking. I am for decentralization,
but that means that we will have to make some big changes in this world.
242  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: what's your favourite coin and token ? on: August 08, 2020, 09:07:18 PM
I hold several coins for now, among them, ETH, BCH, XRP, and ETC, the reason I keep these coins is that many claims these coins have good prospects for short and long term investment.

Rajakulum I wish you luck with your coins, I have some of them as well. I hold many more coins, I started with Bitcoin and
Ethereum, but later I added many more alt-coins in my portfolio. These coins are for long-term holding, except XRP, I lose hope
for this coin, my only regret in crypto-investing.
I don't have favorites, I believe that entire crypto-market will rise with time, and I hope that coins and tokens I hold will be
profitable.
243  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Which Coins are a great LONG-TERM investment ???? on: August 08, 2020, 07:06:52 PM
Don't hesitate to save ETH, because now who doesn't know ETH, the coin has always had a good position and is also in high demand since several years back. so I thought maybe ETH could be used as one of the long-term preferred coin options

Ethereum is one of the great projects, and everyone involved in crypto-currencies should have some Ethereums. It's the good
start for newbies, Bitcoin or Ethereum. But that's just a start. After that you can diversify every investment in these two and to
add some new alt-coins to your portfolio.
244  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: You have to prove that you can take the loss on: August 08, 2020, 05:23:19 PM
It's not a good idea to regulate online gambling, because if it comes to regulation, it definitely requires KYC procedures.
And limiting losses is not a profitable action for online casino, if it is realized it will reduce online casino income. Then it is
also possible that many gambling sites will go bankrupt.

Wawa2013 these regulations have a goal to control people, it's not about online casinos profit, it's for people to spend
less money on gambling. This will hurt online gambling industry!
I don't know can use VPN and crypto gambling sites help UK citizens. I would like to hear someone from there to
comment this, it will help us to better understand situation there.
245  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Exchange security questions on: August 08, 2020, 03:26:53 PM
I use 2FA and in feel secured. I am not a trader, and I don't like to keep my funds
on any exchange. I use exchanges to deposit, to buy what I want and after I'm withdrawing.
I know that exchanges hacks don't happen all the time, but I don't Luke to keep
coins there, I have hardware wallets for that purpose.
246  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: It's ok if your profits are less on: August 08, 2020, 12:07:38 PM
Knowing when is enough is one of the qualities of successful traders. alertness and wisdom, knowing the market in stages is a very difficult skill to acquire. Therefore, we should not bring greed when dealing, instead have a cold head and analyze the market in many directions to have more plans to deal with it. Be flexible and we will make a lot of money in every financial market.

I agree with you Mnporter2001, knowing when is in if makes propel successful
in long-term. It's better to have less profit than any kind of loss, in long-term it's
very important to have ore green days than red days.
But people are greedy and instead to take little profit they are trying to make a lot
of profit and its when they lose more than they make profit.
247  Economy / Economics / Re: Economy restart big Boom and prosperity Coming on: August 07, 2020, 10:09:50 PM
I am not optimistic about restart and coming prosperity! I believe it will be like it was and like it is, rich people will get more rich,
others will try to get rich, and some will succeed in that, many will not! Prosperity for all is not possible!

all im hoping is crisis will not get too big and btc will go up and other coins will go up too, thats all i hope !!

i dont mind crisis as long it doesnt disturb my life much !

Cryptoboss2020 for us who have some crypto-currencies there is more hope than for people who don't have it. This is for
individuals, I don't mind the crisis, but I am not disturbed financially by this, and I have some crypto-currencies. I am optimistic
about myself.
248  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is Chainlink (LINK) a good investment? on: August 07, 2020, 08:58:19 PM
On the bright side, LINK is trading in green in a very shaky market. Looking at its performance, Chainlink is one of the highest trading cryptos today and it is still improving in the market. Still, I'm not convinced if that is the project I should invest in. I'm following all their updates and so on, but I would really appreciate your opinion on that.
A lots postive reviews are available about Chainlink and those are true. Chainlink is really one of best crypto for investment. You had better  buy it in lieu of having shitcoins because of advance technology and incredibly groth of it

Link is only green by CoinMarketCap, and it's already $10. I have Link from $3, I could buy more back then, but I didn't think
it will go high so fast. Now it's the question to buy now, because it seems like the price can rise more, or to wait to drop and to
buy? In any case I plan to hold it for long-term, but why not to wait a bit and to buy more with the same capital in case the price
goes down, but will it happen?
249  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Where to invest BTC other than in casino bankrolls? on: August 07, 2020, 06:58:53 PM
First of all you should know that investing is not always profitable and there's a high risk that you would lose money. Aside from investing to bankroll of a casino you can invest to other upcoming or ongoing projects that you think have a potential, you can also invest on buying equipment for mining a certain coin that might be profitable in the future or you can invest to masternodes or staking.

Mining just might be riskier because not sure if those coins will grow in future or not and then first you have to invest for mining equipment, then if you do not want than must sell them for cheap. So, you end up making loss here. So better to invest in some coins directly as bitcoin is on run so one can easily make some profits without much efforts as well. It becomes risky if market falls, so be carefully for this as well.

Every investment is a risk, we all know that. But we can't make profit without risking some money, it's why we see
so many signs about risk what you can afford to lose. And to some people it's better to risk with investing in mining,
while others think it's better to invest in new projects.
When you have a doubt in what's better, split your money and invest in both. After some time you will see what's better
for yourself. Investing in different things has advantages, you are always sure that if something goes wrong with one investment
you will have other.
250  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Hidden altcoin gem on: August 07, 2020, 04:55:43 PM
-Seen
depending on the project itself, if you invest in an undervalued token and consider the token to be a hidden gem,
without doing any further research, I am sure 80% of you will be trapped

Hidden gem is just a term, even with research you can't know is the coin you invest a hidden gem or not, it's something that you
find out in the future. Time will tell is the coin you invested a hidden gem or not, you can't know that before investing, you can
just hope it is, and hoping is just hoping, it's not a fact.
I hope that in my portfolio there is at least one hidden gem, and that I was lucky enough to have a significant amount
of that coin in my wallet for the future.
251  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I'm dumping my coins because.. on: August 07, 2020, 09:57:03 AM
I'm usually a holder I still coins and tokens I've got from Bounty campaign just like the two of the just recent projects I've participated in I'm still holding both of them but there are instances in the past that I dump my coins/tokens  because
The coin is not progressing and I want to buy coins that has more potential.

So what is or are your reason why you are dumping your coin?

Like you I rarely dump my coins, the ones I bought and the ones I earned trough bounties. I sold just few of them, and I didn't
earn much because I sold them after long period of waiting, when price dropped already. It's the moment when you realize you
will either take that little amount or you will end up with worthless coin or token.
252  Economy / Economics / Re: Pray for Our World (Pray for Lebanon) Another Economic Crisis on: August 07, 2020, 04:15:33 AM
Its really hard for Lebanon to face this kind of tragic explosion in the middle of covid-19 battle. My prayers are with them to survive and rise up after this terrible blast off. Its good to know that despite of this pandemic, where the whole world is struggling, still a lot of kindhearted countries sent help and aid to Lebanon. Indeed, this pandemic is not a hindrance to reach out each countries that really needed help. For sure, i know Lebanese people will get through this and their economy will rise again.

JuSayCO you are right, it's an awful timing for Lebanon, the Covid-19 already weakened many countries, and now this explosion.
If they were in crisis, now they are in terrible position.
When I watched the video I couldn't believe what is happening. People there needs help and I hope that big countries will help,
with finance and with food and medical equipment. My thoughts are with people from Lebanon!
253  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: $ENJ still in besrish mode on: August 06, 2020, 09:07:29 PM
*cut*
... wonderful project with the most dedicated team in blockchain...
*cut*

Enjin is a cool project but everyone always thinks that their favourite team works hardest and is the most decicated one. Truth is that there are often several projects out there having more talented team and better work ethics. I have liked ENJ from the first time i got what they are doing, and it seems like they are just starting in terms of the bull run.

Cryptoperkele people invest in the projects because they believe in it, and it's why they believe how the projects they chose
have the best team that work more than others. I think that if project is good it's because the team is giving their best, and we
have many good projects. It's why I like to diversify my investments, I believe in many projects and their teams, which one will
be the best in the future we can't say, the game is on, and I am sure that every team will give their best to be on top one day.
Enjin is a good project with a great idea, I hope they will do more in the future. It's a long-term investment, they have big
plans, for that they will need time to achieve.
254  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The return of ICOs on: August 06, 2020, 07:14:45 PM
There is no way they can come back but I think IEO will live on for a long time However, it is expected that a new way will be invented instead of ICO, but just wait. There is also a large team researching whether there is another way to sell tokens that will continue with IEO.

Amonymous ICO's will not return with the same power they had years ago, but we will see some new projects trying
ICO way for funding their plans and ideas. We can't say it's a bad way, for some projects it was great. And if it's done
correctly I think that ICO can be good as IEO. Both have the same purpose to gather funds for project development.
255  Economy / Speculation / Re: What will you do when Bitcoin reach$20k? on: August 06, 2020, 02:31:13 PM
Nothing, I wait much higher price, and when that comes I will think what can I do with what I have. I am a long-term holder,
and I don't hold only Bitcoins. I wait entire crypto-market to hit trillions of dollars in market cap! And what will I do when that
happens I don't really know, I will try to do something good with that money for my family and close people!
256  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: do we really need stable coin? on: August 06, 2020, 10:26:50 AM
Stable coins is the best option to keep your fund at a stable price, it works so well and that's why USDT is so popular today and still adding more money into crypto haven, very useful asset for crypto traders

You can keep your fund at a stable price by holding cash, or just leave the money in the bank, it's the same. But over time
because inflation your stable coins are losing value.
I think that stable coins are good for traders who are exchanging crypto-currencies all the time, I don't have stable coins
and I don't use them. If you ask me we don't need stable coins!
257  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: CoinMarketCal Shows Hidden Gems? on: August 06, 2020, 06:27:52 AM
CoinMarketCap shows many coins and tokens, and I am sure that some of them are hidden gems. Which ones are hidden
gems are on us to find them!
I never heard about Lamden, and I can't say it is something good or bad. I assume each of has a right to believe in any
project. I will check this Lamden to see what they have to offer and then I will have my own opinion about this project.
258  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Thoughts on new ATH on: August 06, 2020, 04:58:41 AM
Till the year 2017 the price increase didn't happen big. There was gradual increase in the price of bitcoin. All of the sudden the growth happened in large scale in the denomination of $1000. By the time the prediction for the bitcoin price was around $6000 - $8000, but the growth made it reach $20000. From there the expectation among people kept growing and then we haven't experienced a new ATH. Possibly we can experience this in few years of time.

It's harder to rise from zero to $1000, than from $8k to $20k! I don't wish to bother you with percents, but what bitcoin did before 2017
was much bigger and more important.
My thought about new ATH is that we can expect that to happen! When exactly I don't know, I am ready for waiting, if it happens this
year it will be great, but even if we need to wait next year, or the one after it's not matter for me, I am equipped with patience and
ready for waiting.

259  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will $XRP be safe for long term? on: August 05, 2020, 03:24:18 PM
Even before this news that I'm about to share, I don't think that XRP is a good option to hold for long term.

Ripple Snaps XRP Sales Slump With $33M of the Crypto Sold in Q2

What do you think of it? I think it's not a good sign.

They are doing this in every quarter of every year! It's not a good sign and I don't think that XRP will be able to recover
to higher prices! I hold some XRP, but as I said a couple of times before, it's my only investment I regret about. In some
moments I was thinking to sell and forget about it, but I still hold it. I don't hope for anything, I will be lucky if I recover
my initial investment!
260  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to invest my $1.5K? on: August 05, 2020, 01:41:17 PM
I suggest investing in BTC all amount because BTC will always increase in the coming days due to demand raised by individuals as well as institutions, so don't invest in any other low category altcoin if you want to spend $500 then I will recommend you should buy ADA.

Zulfi125 who invests for the first time should invest in Bitcoin, later in other alt-coins. It's easy to learn how to invest,
hard part is where to invest. Bitcoin is the best choice, but I wouldn't skip other good alt-coins with much lower prices.
Ada is a good project, we will have to wait them to develop more before we see some price rise. I am ready to wait
and in the meantime I will try to accumulate more.
