Barcelona seem to be interested in Raheem Sterling and Jules Kounde both now. They are already chasing the Lewandowski deal for themselves so I wonder how they are planning to afford all of these three players. Because it doesn't seem very realistic to me that they can sign all of them while they are in a financial condition like this. Lewandowski must be their priority now as we have been hearing about him the most recently. As long as they don't sell a player who is worth a lot of money they shouldn't be able to allocate much fund for many transfers.
Xavi Hernandez from the time at Saudi Arabia has sight on Raheem Sterling if he finally becomes Barcelona Coach. Finally this might finally come to conclusion. She's one tight Ally of the former owner, Abramovich. One thing I'm upset with the team because Todd Boehly will now be in charge of Transfer and negotiation for Chelsea. He's just new to the club and highly inappropriate for a newbie to be handling essential and crucial positions in the team.

With Haaland signing with Man City, I think they are definitely favs to win the Premier League again next season. You can't really get a better striker than him at the moment(maybe Harry Kane?). Striker was the only role that Man City were really lacking in. Even though Pep's style of play doesn't really require an out and out striker, it will he handy to have one in clutch situations where they could whip a high cross in, instead of trying to put in low through balls.
Their success in recruiting Haaland to join Manchester City is the best transfer for now in my opinion. This name (Haaland) has always been discussed lately following the brilliant performances he showed with Borussia Dortmund. Yes, Manchester City are the lucky team to get this talented young player. Retaining the title next season is very possible. Thinking grey is what crucially needed, Manchester City has it all a great fan base, a great Coach, good and great players, what else do they need to win the league ? They should also b my favorites all for two reasons, Guardiola is the coach present and also, they finally have hands on the best young talent in the world Haaland. The La Liga calendar has been announced and both Real Madrid and Barcelona have quite easy games in the first round scheduled mid August. In fact I find almost all games in this first round to have a clear favourite.
El classico will be played in October 16 and March 19.
Good to hear about the fixtures been released, last El Clasico saw Real Madrid winning the first round and Barcelona winning the second half. For Arsenal, the biggest problem is with their centre-forward position in their lineup. We all are aware of this fact that they need to sign a good striker immediately. This must be their priority. Eddie Nketiah isn't a that much good striker now I'm afraid. His performance in the previous season was really poor as he wasted so many goal opportunities. Alexandre Lacazette was no different than Nketiah too and he is joining Lyon soon. Lacazette's best memories were with Lyon and maybe he would start playing better there. At this point I think Arsenal will hopefully sign a solid centre-forward.
They lost two attacking players, both the likes of Aubameyang and Lacazzette who has left for the French League. They are currently on the chase to replace them with both Nketiah and Gabriel Jesus. Nketiah is a growing talent and I see him in the right position to explore. Gabriel Jesus has it all, All is needed is the pas so he can score Arsenal goals. |

Sebastian Haller is a really good striker and in Dortmund he would get a lot of chances per match like Halland but it wont be easy like in Ajax where he had 5-6 chances per match and that he plays against much weaker teams. But still this would be a good move for him
Every generation has a good striker that strong is good positioning and good finishing. Sebastian Haller is a player in that style, most of his goals were from just one touch of the ball, maybe far from replacing Haaland but it was a good signing. The way I see it, he is not Haaland successor. Haaland took over the Bundesliga in a short time. Unfortunately sold for far too little. Nevertheless, a good player first has to get used to the team. With the help of the previous coach, they had a chance to play good football. He scored good number of goals during the champions league. Will he have another great season at Dortmund ? Yes! That will be possible. Dortmund won't regrets after loosing halland,over the years they have produced quality attacking players. |

How possible? Van Dijk, Ronaldo,and Modric,not even Benzema the world's best player should be in the back up plan nor team. You should take a good look at your defense, Alaba is overrated and over hyped for me! Atletico Madrid's form decreased too much this season by the way. They were the last champions but in this season they started to be very inconsistent. Simeone even thought of leaving the team for some time after a very poor form. After some time passed, they started to improve their effort and this helped them enter top four at least. But this wasn't a satisfying performance for a champion team obviously. I even started to think that Atletico Madrid need to make some substantial changes. Simeone's system is decent but not good enough to maintain successful years.
Simeone must have stayed with them for over a decade now, isn't it nice they part ways with him already ? They flopped badly the last campaign, I hope he sets thing's right or get to be shown the exit, giving too much control to managers really ain't a good idea for me. But if he turns tuings around and get them results he might surely continue as head Coach. |

Several times he's shown it on he's face, you'll also see how he reacts to Salah refusing to pass the ball over to him. I see partial acts behind the scenes, he's not been treated fine and he knows that, he doesn't want too settle for less.
I doubt if there is any good young striker or attacker to fill in the number nine space for Barcelona, it's best they stick with Lewandoski, it's going to be a long season with champions league and Spanish La Liga, so Lewandoski can come in and Aubameyang a possible back up nine for him and for depth.
