O grupo MercadoLivre sempre foi muuuuito desleixado no atendimento ao cliente.
É uma empresa que cresceu absurdamente, possui centenas de reclamações diárias e simplesmente não possui estrutura para realizar um atendimento humano descente quando alguém precisa.

Na minha opinião a segmentação financeira deles (Mercado Pago) deveria ter uma atenção ao cliente melhor, mas não é oque ocorre... cai tudo no mesmo bolo de atendimento de quem precisa de suporte no MercadoLivre.

O péssimo atendimento deles é dos motivos de eu nunca ter enviado um único centavo pra lá além das compras que faço pelo ecommerce deles, nem recarga de celular, nem pagamento de boleto, transferência para outras pessoas, nada. Inclusive, fiquei acho que uns 6 meses recebendo um aviso chato no APP pedindo para fazer a verificação de identidade, mas nunca realizei, pois o app sempre permitia fechar e continuar comprando... até que recentemente pararam de pedir.

Vocês já perceberam que isso costuma ser algo meio que "previsível" em muitas empresas que estão quebrando?
Vejo várias possibilidades para isso: funcionários insatisfeitos (muitas vezes com salários atrasados), empresas terceirizadas com pagamentos atrasados, menos investimento em segurança e consequentemente mais suscetível a hacks, e até mesmo a venda de dados pela própria empresa (algo insano de se pensar, mas pode ser também).
