lol if a real scammer IP ban wont matter will simply just make a new account up and start using ip cloke and proxy. One of the main problems here on bitcointalk people using ip proxys. Bitcointalk should get some proxy detection and stop spammers and scammers all together. Chances of that won't happen. he/she seems like a lazy character, he/she won't change it. But the chances of being Ip banned are low, he/she may just be suspended from posting. |
