-snip
Odegaard is terrible choice from fantasy point of view. He gets you minutes but very low number of assists/goals. Almost like defensive midfielder. It is no coincidence that even top players on DM position cost about 6M. They are just not worth it.

Yeah I guess the midfielders that is useful in fantasy is pretty much those attacking midfielders / wingers thats would score / assist otherwise it wont really matter with the play minutes. I'll see how this goes on GW3 though, I think I have decent squad for GW3. Well Haaland and Jesus should be able to score some goals in their next games though
Am still studying the game and how it goes but, from the little experience I've got with the points, it's a bad idea to choose flat defenders or midfielders. Anyone stable enough player could get a 90mins, match bonus and a few other shits that FPL gives points for but, not so many could score or give an assist and as such, you look out for players that are on the offensive and could attempt something g or even earn you points from an assist.
Been looking to get Harry Kane and Burns off my team for Haaland and haven't decided on Burns replacement. Perhaps it might be between either of them in the end as they would be playing agents themselves. Can't have one give me points only to minus it from the other.
2402  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2022/2023 on: August 19, 2022, 09:59:38 PM
Remember Arsenal did the same last season when they finished 18th in the first week and at the end of the season they finished in the top 5
This means that Manchester United still has many opportunities to improve the team especially before the transfer window closes
I could hardly picture the same situation to be be is happening now. Manchester United are so loosing out and should they not watch it, they are yet to lose another game although, it is my wish they could share points with Liverpool, giving them 3draws because, I know Klopp isn't going to lose that game. He already lost a friendly to them in the preseason and won't be doing that in the regular season games, haven't had 2 disappointments in what was supposed to be an easy win.
Arsenal is way better than Manchester United of last season and this season. They tend to show some competitiveness but Manchester United flaws is on another level and way too consistent.
2403  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Is it true that Satoshi Nakamoto has 1.1 million bitcoins ? on: August 19, 2022, 09:44:21 PM
I am curious, if Satoshi Nakamoto has 1.1 million bitcoin but he has not touched even a single bitcoin. This something interesting. Why Satoshi Nakamoto has not spent even a single Bitcoin ?

Can any one hack into his Wallet ?
You could be curious as well if the pioneer have 1BTC at all or if he had and have spent it all. Unfortunately, no one cam tell as we've got zero links or ties to the ever synonymous Satoshi Nakamoto. Perhaps this is one of his or her or there ways of ensuring bitcoin remains safe for all and I like the idea.

Speaking of hacks? Have you been paying attention  to threads on securities on the forum, you might not have to be asking this question if you had as, wallet addresses that comes with seed phrases or private keys are not wallets you can hack. You might succeed with an exchange but, not with wallets.
2404  Other / Meta / Re: Btt logins on phone browser on: August 19, 2022, 09:14:37 PM
I guess your friend @OP never attached too much importance to the account to have not used a password he or she could recall at any give time when called upon or maybe attached too much importance to completely randomise he's or her password that much to secure it away from even himself.
Now there are two ways to have your account always logged in on the forum

1. You get to click the stay login box while trying to access the forum (Of course this will always keep you logged in so long as you visit the forum every now and then daily or in 2days)
2. You get to save your password to Google cloud (Upon visiting the forum, you just ont get to fill in your password as it would be done by auto)

Option one is phone specific and relatively safe but, a lost phone means your account is lost should you not recall your login details.
Option two goes with your mail but not entirely safe as a hacked email could mean a hacked account. The only good news is, your login details could be reproduced where ever that mail is used (advantage/disadvantage).

While your friend tires the suggested means to an account recovery as have been suggested, its important you use what is memorable and difficult for others in password creation. There js nothing wrong if you login every now and then with your password. Your muscle reflexes could help you to recall the codes even when you slightly forget.

2406  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2022/2023 on: August 18, 2022, 09:52:33 PM
Jurgen klopp will be very disappointed with the first two games of the season without winning, because those games against Fulham and crystal palace are teams they should be winning, the season has just start and they are below Manchester city with six points difference, which is not positive at all, there next game will be Manchester United,I know United are not doing great right now but when facing team like Liverpool they must improve so Liverpool needs wake up and get good results before they lose the title race before the season even kick off.
Not 6 points but 4 instead, perhaps your hands where faster than you did truly calculate.
For sure, Klopp is sure to be angry and so would the Liverpool fans that don't just see how Liverpool came to have sharef points in these two games that was supposedly an easy win. In fact, there forth coming game against Manchester United is supposedly there tough fixture so far but, Manchester United have been in a bad form and who knows, they might wake up to the challenge with Liverpool in the one. While we still look at it as though the league is just beginning, Manchester City is already piling up points.
2407  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Will You Turn Down Your Old Friend on: August 18, 2022, 08:49:42 PM
Which is the more important, your mental stability or catching up with an old friend?
I get it that true friendship is something out of this world and the vibe he might need at that momentwould be one that is only found in doing something you both had the most fun in but, a good friend would understand what it is you are going through if you are willing to explain. You could play catch up by discussing about those good old days too and view it for a thing at the time.
The reminds me, is gambling truly the only fun thing yaw ever did together?
Reminiscing on an old bad habit could only bring back the fun thing about it and you would be right back where you started. I'll kick out with an excuse.

I hear the reward for work is more work. I can only imagine the time you would take to do this but, your selflessness to others and devotion to the forum is like no other. Thanks for doing this and being this wide arm towards everyone.

Theymos, Theymos....won't you please reconsider my cry for help?
I never knew there was a plea for change of name but, I must say, The Pharmacist have been so generic in the forum and have got its prestige that, would be lost to the few that won't be aware of the fact that there was ever a switch. I guess that would be an advantage too, an all new mask. Although, you've got your reasons for this name change and I respect that and should my tears be what you need right now, am tearing already...

We need "The Skeptical Chemist", lol...

2411  Other / Meta / Re: [SURVEY] Who thinks the Lemmings should also be removed as Merit Sources? on: August 16, 2022, 01:52:25 PM
As other users have stated, there is no correlation between a merit source and a DT position. They are both distinct and functions independently of each other and as such, it should be exclusive to what actions or inactions that could result from the stands of either.

Users might choose to be vote out of DT or be removed as a merit source whol they uphold the other. It's entirely an idea of choice and if we are to be true to ourselves, having to choose is a critical part of cryptocurrency and being able to express it makes us even more stronger.
Them getting to choose where they could perform best is a good for the forum and having that influenced by an exclusively distinct function doesn't make a lot of sense.
2412  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2022/23 on: August 16, 2022, 01:27:24 PM
It's Ithe start of the season and Barcelona have managed it to get some really good star players in several key positions on the team fron the transfer market. Now, its up to them on how to enter they've got playing time and properly feature the players in ways thy would get to build a rhythm within themselves and the Barcelona style of play. I so didn't expect them to share points with Rayo Vallecano, especially with the fact that thue were playing from a home side but, Rayo Vallecano was determined not to lose.

Real Madrid is th team that continues to amaze me still. How calmly they play despite them loosing by one goal. It was a lucky opening for the Almeria side and Largie Ramazani capitalised on it real good to get the ball in the net with just few minutes into the game. As always, the Real Madrid side remained calm and scored consecutively in the second half to win the game. Real Madrid is very much up as title contenders again in the league.
2413  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🦊 Betnomi.com | FPL Football Pool ⚽ Discussion Thread on: August 16, 2022, 01:10:05 PM
Not to mention the fact that Salah did not score points (joy for me since my captain is Haaland).
blank Salah, strange eh? i'm not sure if i should captain Salah for GW3, especially with Gabriel Jesus in great form, and Arsenal will face newly promoted Bournemouth, game could be a cakewalk, but salah's record vs United is remarkable (last season, 5 goals, 2 assists) 🤔
After yesterday's poor performance against Crystal Palace, I would be looking at my stands with the team captain M. Salah now holds on my squad. Yeah, his sneaky and fast but, that didn't work so well for him with Crystal Palace in yesterday's game. They recognise him to be a star player and with S. Mane out from the squad, it was easy to concentrate on him and not leave him much space to express himself with the ball. His always managing pretty fast to get his shot and its mostly off target. More of the credit went to the Crystal Palace defence though.

Manchester United's defence isn't that good but, haven't played 2 games with zero (0) point to show for it, they are sure to take there chances with Liverpool and won't be giving them any space to attempt something dangerous. This makes the performance of M. Salah questionable and I've got to be getting points off my captain. G. Jesus seems like the guy and I'll be looking at letting Kane out of my team for some other proactive striker and possibly get in De Bruyne for GW3.
2414  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2022/2023 on: August 16, 2022, 12:42:41 PM
It was not as expected, Liverpool had to start the league without full points. But they shouldn't linger in this state for too long. It's better for them to focus on the upcoming matches.
There is something interesting, they will face a club that is the subject of jokes, Manchester United. Even though they haven't won the game, they are in a better position than Manchester United.
Liverpool seems to have started on the wrong foot. Have played two games and had two results while Manchester City have had two wins from both games they've played and are now bit by bit amassing a point difference between them both. As it is now, its 4 points difference between those two and we soon would be seeing Liverpool playing catch up and that's often unlikely when it comes to Pep and Manchester City.

Next fixtures for Liverpool would be Manchester United and I think, it could be another lose or maybe a draw for Liverpool. Let's not forget, they had a history from the pre-season games where Manchester United beat Liverpool to a 4goals to nothing. It might have been a preseason game and less important match but, its one that gives Manchester United the we can do it attitude, they've not managed to get a point from there last two games and Liverpool on there part have got 2points.

It's really going to be a struggle between these 2 and I don't see either of them managing a win.

2416  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Happy Independence Day - Indian Bitcoiners on: August 15, 2022, 02:14:08 PM
I am sure you wouldn't want that tag "Happy prison escape" for any national celebration of any nation as this could promote some hate in future generations between the Brits and Indians.

india never actually NEEDED Britain. they were not dependant on britain. thus it was not an event of becoming independent (from a point of dependant)
It makes sense at this level but still, you can agree that despite the irrelevance of the Brits on the Indian soil, India became better at some things due to there presence and they certainly did control the affairs of India where it mattered. This relationship was both exploitational and beneficial as India became better at some things. There with the Brits expulsion, India felt what it was like to be sovereignt and independent wich makes the celebration valid at that point.

With the focus of the thread centered on cryptocurrency, noting the phases of crypto developments in India. It could be drawn that a time would come when the notion of freedom just as a free India  we have today would be the case for crypto enthusiast in the nation. Independence is freedom and freedom is bitcoin.

Come on, bro. I'm currently in 3rd place, I was comfortably leading in GW1 I have 3 mfs with zero points on my team, you picked up and advanced further this week than me, now all my hope is on Salah to hit 13 tomorrow, he's my captain.

WTF! Salah is still on your team!! You are such a dangerous guy to beat, you have N. Williams on the bench with 7 points.
So ambitious of you to wish to lead every other week. You've got to give some of us a chance to taste what it feels like to lead huh, lol... I try not to think of it too much so long as I am in the top 5 but, I do hope to lead some weeks.
Speaking of misfortunes, I guess I haven't been entirely fair to myself on my choice of players to have kept on the bench. Like, I've benched G. Xhaka for GW1 and GW2 now to give J. Murphy some playing time but it's been such a wrong decision with Xhaka haven't accumulated 14points while wasting on the bench and J. Murphy have earned only 2points.
My team haven't been at its best and needs some real shuffling.

2419  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Be aware of private key thief’s on: August 14, 2022, 10:46:08 PM
The first question to every beginner with regards to safety is in the words "Private Key". Simply asking what does this phrase actually means, a beginner is expected to grasps what it all entails without being told or even with the least given detail. The only confusion tha a few is expected to phase in this is the how to secure there private keys or seed phrases and that is entirely upto the beginner as to the best means of safety and reproducing it when it's needed.

Now it's important that you know that,
1. Your private key/seed phrase is like a master key
2. It could reproduce its wallet anywhere and on any device where ever its used around the world
3. It gives the user complete authority over the wallet
4. It is supposed to stay unique to a single individual

Hence, the importance of private key and why its expected to be the most protected or secured code in the cryptospace cannot be over emphasised.
It's expected of a beginner to learn the pros and cons of the cryptospace and should he or she come by any wallet compromised in the early stage of there crypto journey, they just create a new one, move all funds over and they are safe again. There is security in privacy hence, its of importance that you stay private.

@Harkored You did an outstanding job yesterday! My game was ruined by a panic transfer.
Really, are you being serious right now. I might have a few players yet to play for the week on my team but your in the top 5 as the game goes and your doing okay to me. Like, I never knew why you picked Koulibaly on you decisively picked Koulibaly lon your team but after watching Chelsea play today, I have all that figured out. Koulibaly is more than a defender and doesn't weather as one in the games. His all out when he needs to be and falls back real good too. He's touches on the ball comes with grat confidence and when he takes a shot towards goal, you could see the power in it and the shot expresses the intent real good. I would be looking towards having him on my team next week or a few weeks from today. You good bro.
