This is indeed a serious issue if this is happening a lot and if it affects a large number of gamblers. I think that this is where we may find the cause of the problem. If there are too many complaints about the service, then the casino must take a look at it and make sure that the complaints don’t have an impact on their rating.

Multiple complaints are always a red flag and that’s something that cannot be ignored. It might be their Terms of Service are too vague or not justifiable.
