I like this idea very much. However, I think it will be a while before we can actually make a proposal. The most important thing now is that we stabilize this coin and it's environment. That doesn't mean that this idea cannot already be initiated. There's is nothing withholding you from setting up a thematic FairTrade Affiliation Team which can work out the details how, why and when FairCoin could work together with FairTrade. One of the first projects to be released will be the implementation of a near-daily financial analysis on FairCoin's price. The analysis will involve the utilization of determining factors such as the basic support and resistance levels, drawn trendlines, the possible usage of Fibonnaci Retracement and MACD indicators, and the basic points of recovery, breakout, and consolidation. I'll sum things up for you in few sentences: - Out of the darkness, appeared - in a glow of white light - our savior, named Adam Gladimor, and appointed himself "Community Manager" of Faircoin, because he was community manager of Cinni before. A claim denied by the Cinni people. - Adam posted a roadmap for Faircoin that included an idea for a useless feature to incorporate messaging and file sharing between wallets. A feature that would require some major re-writing or big modifications to the wallet source code. Who is going to do that, or who has the time to do it? No-one has stepped-up yet to the plate. - Adam also proposed some other ideas and called on volunteers to join the newly-formed Faircoin team. - With only 3 - 4 posts about the new plans (NOTHING yet implemented), FAC price soared - within hours - from 500 to over 1700 sat - Price back-tracked a little (to now below 930) with the inevitable profit-taking. - Active enthusiastic members got super-excited - despite the false claims of Adam - and started organizing themselves as the "New" FAC team. An effort I - personally - support fully. This is perhaps the only good news in this pump drive. - Gladimor has - so far - disappeared. After posting 3 - 4 times daily for the last 2 days, he hasn't commented - yet - on CINNI allegations that he's an imposter Community Leader. - In fact, Gladimor is busy developing his shitty web site Shop Crypto, and his imaginary 3-D coin. I understand some of the critices, and i think that the point is that today news requires to generate a new level of confidence, because
the premine demands this new confidence level, and because the proposed benefit of the change comes from your potential as a business
Ripple has a 98% of premined coins, and some people thinks its a scam, but a lot remains confident, and use and trade ripple. But Ripple have a public business, well known representants that appears in mass media, etc...
So, at this level, to make this change from cai to caix. And from only coin, to also shares, do you need, to present yourself more comprehensive.
Who are part of this business? What is the relation with tinyelementals? And to generate some proof....like an statement from tinyelementals.com confirming this relationship. etc...

This "news" makes it even worse that is was instamined.
So they "pre-mined" 2% of all coins (at that time, over half a million), then they instamine another 1 million coin (keep that a secret). Now they say it is going PoS and there will only be 2 million coins total. So the devs have about 75% of all coins. Then give some bullshit news like a new game on iphone (used for pure pump hype, anyone gonna use this game?)
Devs, since you "openly" premined 2% of all coins then reduced the number of coins by over 90%, are you going to be giving your premine back to the community or something. At the moment, CAI seems like one of the biggest scams in the history of crypto.
I'm not here trying to put down this coin so please don't google pictures of trolls and post them here in response. I just looking for an explanation.
I did address the premine issue before. What will happen is this: We are moving from PoW mining to PoS mining, all the coins in existence by the end of the transition period will be exchanged 1 for 1 from CAI to CAIx. The premine will be held on an open address just like on CAI and will not be competing for PoS blocks. Mining will continue in PoS the premine will be held as an asset for the company and will prevent any one person from owning a 51% of the total coins. Our asset as a company will increase in value by our revenue being used to buy CAIx on the open market from our various projects. We have proven to investors and miners alike that we are not about a quick dump. Our success so far has proven this. And this will continue. We did have the trust from day one and will continue to have it till the day CAIx investments reach into the millions. I am sure by now a lot of the so called developers have noticed, this is not just another alt, and we will get the point straight. We will do what we say we will do, and we will succeed where everyone else failed. Because we have a stake in this success just as every investor. We are not here to cater to the day trader, but to someone who is willing to take a chance on us getting beyond the pump and dump scenario. The alt community is sick of it and we are sick of it as well. If you are afraid to invest in CAIx please do not. If you are here to make a quick profit, the market is free, we can not hold you. But we are sure as hell, are building up CAIx as the next big alt. I said it before and I say it again, CAIx will be the Alt that nobody wants to sell. Please update the first page. Also its official that premine will be converted in a "reserve asset", not a coin to dump, and the adress will be public, so everyone will see that devs are fair in their promise, and are not taking profit of it. Big announcement done on the first page of this threat
Update on our progress 4/22/2014
Today We received great news concerning our first App Tiny Elementals , YouTube Video. The game was accepted by Apple store as well as Google store, so now we are prepping the servers for worldwide release this coming Friday. I need to remind everyone this is an open beta release and not all the features are implemented. There will be some nice surprises by the devs as I understand, the version I have on my Ipad and Iphone might be a bit different, but all that we will all get to experience together on Friday. Both Android and IOS versions will be released then.
That's not the only good news we have, CAI as we know it is changing, from full PoW to full PoS. This change will take place in no longer than 3 weeks. With change comes a change in Name and ticker, as well as a totally new client with new logo and features that will reflect these changes.
at the end of this week we will have a new client ready for download, Caishen will change to CAI and ticker will be CAIx.
After the release of the new client anyone who owns CAI will be able to change it to CAIx . This process will be automated, you will be able to do this for a period of two weeks. You will be able to exchange any amount of CAI you own to CAIx and transfer to your new client. After this exchange period ends CAIx will be the new Ticker traded on exchanges. CAIx during this two weeks period will not be traded for anything but CAI and at a ratio of 1 to 1. CAI mining will continue till the end of the two weeks period and any CAI mined after that will not be exchanged to CAIx.
We decided not to hard fork CAI as that will carry a risk to the chain getting corrupted and since we are moving from 100% Pow To 100% PoS the exchange process is much safer. When the transition period ends CAIx will only be generated in PoS so anyone owning CAIx will get more CAIx.
With this change we bring CAIx to a new level where investors in our shares get to earn interest and gain higher value by our different projects we are working on. The coin count up to the end of the two weeks period is all the CAI we will have for exchanging. With this scenario also we have less to worry about from miners not interested in going all the way with us and replace that with investors who know value and where it will come from.
So far we have been generous to the miners and they have traded CAI for profitability, it's time now we take care of our investors who will be also our new miners, and for that to happen we all know the investors will gain more with what they hold. It's a winning proposal all around.
( PoS payments and details on how PoS will work for investors will be out by Friday, it will not be much different from the form used by BC or WC but CAI will have the smallest number of coins generated when the transfer happens to CAIx so no flooded market.
Now what are we doing to make CAI a success? Many things, we have plans for our apps/games revenue to be used to put buy orders on CAIx without the dumping part. We have plans for a traditional multipool to move miners to, but we also have plans for a new form of multipool that will bring in funds to buy CAIx without dumping on market. We all know by now the multipools popping up now for every other PoS coin can not be as profitable as the previous one and soon that market will eat itself out. So we will invest in a new form of multipool that will not work in that fashion. ( This new multipool will be announced at the right time, and we will inform our original investors of what this is about, however, now is not the right time to give details. We want to be first in this, and first is always better)
Our payment processing system for alts. We are about to start this project on Friday and we have invited some excellent developers to join us on this, this will be an entirely new way to process transactions for many altcoins for a fee. Any merchant that accepts Bitcoin will be able to accept altcoins with our payment processing system. How will this work? we will partner with a reputable exchange to process our transactions. Customer uses link from shop to our checkout page, pays in altcoin, our server will send the altcoin directly to the exchange and trade it for BTC, once that happens, our server will send signal to store to process the order. So the time to process the transaction will be much faster than using BTC. As with credit card transactions, merchants usually get paid to bank account by batch, which happens once a day. We on the other hand will make payments to merchants on hourly basis, so the transactions are even better than a credit card. The requirement for an altcoin to be on our system will only be stable volume on any exchange, and will not put a huge burden on the developer.
We will, as promised make our project a great revenue for investors and founders. We will be cooperating with any entity that will give us a push in the right direction. What we are doing now is creating the first company that will generate profits to investors beyond the speculation of the day trader. CAIx will not only be a crypto currency, it's a real crypto stock.
