You're effectively saying "I'm a thief but I lack the opportunity".

Is that how you want people to think of you, as an incompetent thief?

Lot of convoluted theories in here. Simplest explanation is that theymos has changed the algorithm, since this is the first major shift in trust on someone who had a lot of positive trust. I noticed that even after 6 or 7 people on the default list had given him neg trust he was still at 17x something.

Right. The Trust system isn't really designed to deal with "long con" situations, but it was performing particularly badly in this case. I changed the algorithm to more severely limit the maximum number of positive trust points you can get per month.

(I'm not saying that TradeFortress is or is not a scammer at this point, but someone with more than 30% negative trust ratings should have a negative trust score.)

I also removed TradeFortress from DefaultTrust (early yesterday), so his entire branch of the trust network is now untrusted by default.

Well thanks for clearing this up for me, if its possible maybe writeup how this trust system works and sticky it some where?

I'm trying to make a trial order to help you improve:

in the home, bottom right you say "Free shipping on orders over 99€" but it still applies 27,9€ shipping fee
from what country you are shipping from?

testing again for coupons, logged in, using "btctalk656" return:
Code:
Warning: Coupon is either invalid, expired or reached it's usage limit!

I'll report other anomalies as soon as possible and as soon as I get the chance I will try to make a real buy

That banner about free shipping only applies to domestic shipping within the US as for the coupon I'll check to see if its expired as soon as my server is finished with maintenance I'll look into editing that banner so its a little more clear about when free shipping is enabled. Thanks for all the info though I really do appreciate the help and input.

2413  Other / Meta / Re: My trust score has gone down dramatically? on: November 08, 2013, 06:18:38 AM
odd.. i just lost two points as well and when to check and some one in my trust list gave me two pos feedback,

getting more pos feedback can lower your score?

i also left neg feedback for tradefortress, maybe we lost trust by giving someone who theymos trusts neg ratings?

i dont know, just odd
Maybe if you remove trust from someone who trusts you (or remove trust from someone who trusts someone who trusts you), The System treats you as being less trusted? TF's connected to just about the entire forum's trust system.

If thats the case this trust system is so flawed obviously his inputs.io went sour i removed my negative trust from him to test it out still the same.
2414  Other / Meta / Re: My trust score has gone down dramatically? on: November 08, 2013, 05:19:56 AM
you recently received a negative from TradeFortress
the note says:

Quote
Currently ran a faucet from one of his scripts lost .11 btc from it i'll remove if inputs.io is back online and my .11 btc is accessible.

Thats one I left for him.
2415  Other / Meta / My trust score has gone down dramatically? on: November 08, 2013, 04:12:55 AM
Was there something new or updated that changed this ? If so where is the announcement?

2417  Economy / Services / Re: Re-work the myfaucet script to be rid of inputs.io [bounty 0.25] on: November 08, 2013, 01:27:31 AM
I suggest you contact nahtnam https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=138245
Who has a faucet that pays out automatically with coinbase wallets.  I tried it and it works.  He is a young developer, I suggest you take this job to him Wink

If he thinks he is up for the task he can surely claim the bounty and post the script up as long as its working I want this to be used for everyone who has inputs.io faucets i'm sure they all want their sites back up.
2418  Economy / Services / Re-work the myfaucet script to be rid of inputs.io [bounty 0.25] on: November 08, 2013, 12:42:29 AM
I really like the simplicity and way that tradefortress did his myfaucet script to help advertise inputs.io since inputs is now gone my faucet can't cash anyone out anymore. I do want to keep these running I built quite a bit of traffic from them.

So my bounty is 0.25 btc to get the myfaucet script working without using inputs.io any of you other guys who run the myfaucet script care to pitch in contact me please keep in mind that theres already a sql database that users have balances on that I would like to make sure they still get when the code is redone to work with blockchain or bitcoin-qt whichever it may be.

Here is the link to the code. http://glados.cc/myfaucet/

Ugh so many errors trying to get these to boot up in Win7. Can't even get BFGminer to recognize them. Trying to pull any useful info out of the support thread is a joke too lol Tongue

Try hitting the reset button on it does it show in device manager? I had to disable and enable in device manager to get it to show up.

I paid for one using PP.  No message, no thank you, no reply to my PMs, no reply to my email.

Sweet!   Roll Eyes

I'm working on your refund right now.
