i have uninstalled the old one and try to install new version ..installation done successfully but the wallet is not opening ..when i click the icon it not happening anything ..
do you know what is issue ..because before this all working fine
Have you tried going to the Program root and opening there? (e.g. Windows- \Program Files\rai 7.4.4) there is newer version then 7.4.4. try 7.4.5 from here https://github.com/clemahieu/raiblocks/releases. there mustnot be any more problem on opening wallet with the latest version yes tryt o install new version but still not luck ..program is not running and have you tried stop all Mrai Wallet processes from the task manager? does it gives any error msg, like some .dll file is missing or others? now this error popup http://prntscr.com/avcpmball after upgrading the wallet |

I think OP has to be updated, raiblock isn't paying 200mrai every 300seconds anymore. They've changed.

yes ..they have updated many thing ..not its Krai not mrai ..smaller unit of mrai ..so once full update done on there site they we can understand in detail what is going on |

its better to use the updated one for the bug fixes and new features,, just dont forget to backup your seed.  \ how to backup seed? go to advanced >> Accounts >> Backup/Clipboard wallet seed >> after you click it once just paste it to notepad or anywhere you want to save your seed. to import your seed , >>advanced>> accounts >>import wallet>>paste seed >> type clear keys>> click import seed. and walla . don't work ..as i can see any seed .. nothing i can see when i click it |
