24061  Other / Politics & Society / Re: THE OIL AND GAS BUBBLE IS ABOUT TO POP!!! on: June 18, 2014, 06:11:59 AM
And how much oil were these countries producing 80 years ago compared to now? You don't think that ALL these countries are spiking in production and will continue to go UP?

Right now the total oil production is around 93,250,000 per day, with the US accounting for more than 20% of it. The consumption in the US might remain stable, but that in China (9.8 m), Japan (4.5m), India (3.3m), and Saudi Arabia (2.8m) are growing very rapidly.

24062  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Scotland declaring their Independence from the 13 inbred European Bloodlines on: June 18, 2014, 06:09:11 AM
What natural resource Scotland currently own in their land?

Is there any real benefit for independence?

Most of the British oil and gas deposits are located within the Scottish borders. If Scotland becomes independent, then England will be forced to import all of its oil and gas from elsewhere.

The KPRF recognizes the independence of Donetsk and Lugansk People's Republic's!

Putin has something to learn from them.

Spells trouble for Putin. If KPRF supports aiding the rebels and Putin opposes it, then his popularity can go down. There was an opinion poll in Levada a few days ago, and more than 70% of the Russians were in favor of aiding the rebels.
24064  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Ukraine rejects Russia Gazprom gas price hike on: May 21, 2014, 02:10:32 PM
Interesting, Europe started voicing their protests:

Barroso to Putin: Gazprom responsible for steady transit to Europe
http://rt.com/news/160464-ukraine-gazprom-europe-putin/

Quote
“It … continues to be Gazprom’s responsibility to ensure the deliveries of the required volumes as agreed in the supply contracts with European companies,” European Commission President wrote in a letter published Wednesday.

“I also recall that the European Union expects the Russian Federation to activate the early warning system well in advance if ever the need arises,” Barrosso added.

What he is saying is: Ukraine can steal the gas on it's way, but Russia is responsible for the gas coming through?

If I remember correctly Putin did write an open letter a month or so ago, and the warning signs have been there since the previous West-financed Orange revolution.

Seems like Europe is afraid of losing the cheap Russian gas. The Russia-China deal over natural gas is really important. It was a major blow to the EU. The EU can no longer dictate the movement of Russian gas.
24065  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Sudanese Muslim woman sentenced to death for Christian conversion on: May 21, 2014, 02:08:53 PM
I'm just messing with you. I don't care what you write. I've read it in a thousand places before, and I'll read it in a thousand other places.

Shalom.

This thread was supposed to discuss the incident where the pregnant Christian women was sentenced to death, for her refusal to accept Islam. Could you please stay on the topic?
24066  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Multiple BTC wallets for security? on: May 21, 2014, 02:02:54 PM
I am using Coinbase as my primary Bitcoin wallet. I want to transfer my coins to a offline wallet. But I am afraid that I'll somehow mess up with the backup and lose the coins for ever.  Angry
24067  Other / Off-topic / Re: FIFA World Cup 2014!!! on: May 21, 2014, 01:59:33 PM
Thanks for posting the detailed Brazilian squad, Bryant. Hope that you will soon post the remaining squads for all the 32 nations.
24068  Other / Off-topic / Re: FIFA World Cup 2014!!! on: May 20, 2014, 04:54:55 PM
Bryant Coleman, could you post the image of the detailed Brazilian squad? The image which you posted earlier didn't had the names on them.
24069  Other / Politics & Society / Re: VISA & MASTERCARD blocked Russians from accessing their money on: May 18, 2014, 07:23:59 AM
Is the Russian national card payment system active now? Or are they yet to officially start the payment system? Can these cards be used for payments outside Russia?
24070  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Crimea on: May 18, 2014, 07:22:11 AM
Well , they should all claim independence Smiley.
Autonomous villages.

The Russian government recently tried to lure back some of the ethnic Germans who had emigrated to Germany during the 1990s. Don't know how much successful it was.
24071  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Ukraine - The Odessa Massacre - What Really Happened on: May 18, 2014, 07:20:17 AM
BTW.... this is what the Germans think about the American intervention in Ukraine

Seems like the Germans are really happy with the cheap gas flowing from the Nord Stream pipeline. Also, the German trade volume with Russia is huge, and I think Russia ranks among the top three trade partners for Germany.
24072  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Meet The Black Dominican Nazi... on: May 18, 2014, 07:18:29 AM
Hmm... Dominican Republic... Why this does not surprises me? During the WW2, Dominican Republic was ruled by the infamous dictator Rafael Trujillo, who desperately tried to whiten the predominantly African population. He committed many atrocities against people having darker skin tones (such as the Parsley Massacre in 1937, where some 30,000 dark skinned people were killed). On the positive side, Dominican Republic was one of the few nations which accepted Jewish refugees fleeing the Nazi regime. Trujillo hoped that the white-skinned Jews would intermarry with the native population, resulting in a fair-skinned race.

Did any Jews immigrated to Dominican Republic? Uganda and Madagascar were considered as possible Jewish homelands before the Nazis came up with the final solution. Never heard of Dominican Republic as a potential homeland.
24073  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Donetsk, Kharkov, Lugansk - way to Russia. on: May 18, 2014, 07:17:02 AM
Meanwhile, the Jewish community of Lugansk demands oligarch Igor Kolomoysky to be disassociated from his criminal activities.

Tired of Kolomoysky's double talk. He is against Eastern Ukrainians holding additional passports (mostly Russian), but he himself possesses an Israeli passport. Is he ready to give up his additional passport?
24074  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Donetsk, Kharkov, Lugansk - way to Russia. on: May 16, 2014, 12:36:10 PM
I wonder what will happen to FC Shakhtar Donetsk or other Ukrainian football teams ...

Shakhtar Donetsk is owned by Rinat Akhmetov, who is supporting the Kiev regime. So there should be no problems for them. But I am not sure about the teams from Crimea, such as Tavriya Simferopol and FC Sevastopol.
24075  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Ukraine rejects Russia Gazprom gas price hike on: May 16, 2014, 12:34:05 PM
I don't see people moving in Detroit , why should the buy properties in Ukraine Smiley

I have heard that the Ukrainian soil is one of the most fertile in the world. The top soil reaches 10 meters depth in some regions. And right now, the land is very cheap in Ukraine. Also, Ukraine is having huge reserves of coal.
24076  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Indian General Elections 2014 on: May 16, 2014, 12:31:11 PM
Never expected this much victory margin for the NDA. They almost got the two-thirds majority. And the Indian National Congress (which has ruled India for more than 5 decades since the independence) has been almost wiped out.
24077  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Donetsk, Kharkov, Lugansk - way to Russia. on: May 14, 2014, 05:56:56 PM
Earlier I had heard that some 5-6 APCs were under the control of the rebels in Slavyansk. What happened to these vehicles? Are they still under the rebel control? If they are under the rebel control, then why the rebels are not being able to put up a good fight?
24078  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Crimea on: May 14, 2014, 05:55:31 PM
I hope that the entire Crimean Goth community will return to their homeland

I never thought that there were ethnic Germans in Crimea. The Crimean peninsula is quite far from Germany. How many Germans were there? And why did they left Crimea?
24079  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Meanwhile in Ukraine... Revolution. on: May 14, 2014, 05:53:43 PM
The figures just don't add up. The total GDP for entire Ukraine is around $170 billion. So around 60% of that was from Crimea?

The GDP figure of $170 billion might be the official figure, i.e not including the underground economy. In nations such as Ukraine, most of the economy remains hidden.
24080  Other / Politics & Society / Re: An complete argument for same-sex marriages. You can't prove it wrong on: May 14, 2014, 05:52:16 PM
If we legalize homosexual marriage today, then tomorrow they will ask for homosexual adoption to be made legal. Next they will ask pedophilia to be made legal. This will never stop. I have a suggestion. We can declare some country as a homosexual-only nation and all the homosexuals can move there. They will be free to do whatever they want. And the rest of the population can live with peace.
