You serieus ? your a sr. and you still cant figure out the meaning of a reduced reward, its cause the diff is not there yet
if a coin start and there is one pool working yet or just one solominer with a high amount of power he will find blocks
fast and a lot , he will extually instamine a part within some really quik time with a reduced reward you make the launch fair
because ppl can join in and you give the others time to mine aswell so the coin spread out more at that point of normal
block rewards.
that's my point, if EVERYONE start at the same time why in the hell we need low block reward?
low blocks reward are there only because of cheating, but if the dev is good enough to make everyone mine at the same time, they aren't needed at all
on the other hand initial blocks reward with insignificant value, hurt small miners a lot, because they can't mine shit you know that right?

a good coin should have about 100k blocks at least
