2421  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Sportsbet.io ⚽ Spanish La Liga ⚽ Football Pool Discussion Thread on: December 17, 2021, 01:23:06 PM
I wonder how boosts work for Sportsbet when you get voided. I've had actually accas where I won but one or two legs voided, but can't really recall how the final payout worked. Tried searching my history but I guess it must have been some time last season. I'll see if I win this one and then I can confirm how it works if I remember what the non-boosted odds were haha.
Try to contact Steve, as I think it will be much faster than if you or I looked through own betting history to find a similar precedent. But looking ahead, I think the bet will be returned because in the end it is not bonus money (or it will be recalculated taking into account the winning match). Take a look at my ticket ... the initial odds were about 10, but after the canceled match with Watford, the odds dropped to 3, despite the fact that it was a free bet (so I think you won't have any problems recalculating your bet)Wink

2422  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sportsbet.io's English Premier League Football Pool Discussion Thread on: December 17, 2021, 01:11:12 PM
What are the chances of the league not been put on temporary hold with the way things are currently ?
Don't panic ... let's think logically and look at this situation from the side of financial losses.

The entire football league in England is largely driven by TV revenues, including the Championship. If last year matches with empty stands cost the clubs two billion dollars, then a complete suspension of the tournaments would be a real disaster. Clubs will have to pay the players and the staff colossal compensation, not to mention the disrupted TV contracts, so neither UEFA nor the rule of Great Britain will take this step under any circumstances.

[...] the most generous with goals.
It's good that you reminded me of this, because yesterday I smiled rather ironically looking at the table, and at the current gap between the teams, (although before that I thought that Ramsdale is one of the best goalkeepers in the Premier League).  Shocked

2424  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: "Only invest an amount you can afford to lose" on: December 16, 2021, 08:59:04 PM
Easier said than done ... that's why I am absolutely that every second person on this topic, talking about safe investments and giving advice, is lying, because he himself does not follow his own advice. Several years ago I was the same, in the context of agreeing with the obvious, but in practice I was constantly losing BTC.

And if I really had the opportunity from the future to give myself only one piece of advice, then under no circumstances would I advise myself something from the category - "diversify" or "only invest an amount you can afford to lose". "Don't jump to conclusions, especially with simple conclusions" - this is what I would say to myself,  and it is an unfinished thought that you can develop if you want to yourself, since each of us is able to understand only as much as he can understand.

Among other things, I see that this is a self-moderated thread, and I really hope that the OP will toughly moderate the gibberish that is published for the sake of a quota, then perhaps this thread will really be filled with insightful content.  Tongue
2425  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Project Idea - Decentralized Twatter on: December 16, 2021, 08:17:55 PM
Are there any projects like this?
Check out this project, https://peepeth.com, it was launched about 4 years ago and functions to this day, (a social network similar to Twitter but based on the blockchain). Advertising in all its forms is completely absent. In addition, according to Peepeth, their back-end is open, they have no control over your account or content (although I would not say so given their claims that non-compliant messages are deleted by default). To be honest, personally, I do not see any particular advantages over the same twitter, but if you are interested, you can read more about peepeth here.

@buwaytress I’m doing well lately but I was terrible for the first 10-12 games. It’s all a bit too late for me. Hopefully LFC give Newcastle a good slapping tonight. Van Dijk, Fabinho & Curtis Jones all out with COVID  Embarrassed
I also had a couple of very successful rounds lately, but yesterday's matches knocked me out of the line.

By the way, I am surprised how the players manage to infect each other on the field, and I get the impression that it’s not the gameplay at all, but the fact that after the match the players run from the locker room to the locker room. And judging by the news, Manchester United's whole team got sick at all ... the irony is that Tottenham, like MU, canceled the last match just after the game with Norwich, (apparently the guys understand that they will fly out of the tournament, and decided to arrange a sabotage). So it won't be surprised if the next quarantine team is Aston Villa.  Shocked
2427  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Tell one good reason why Satoshi should come back on: December 16, 2021, 06:58:40 PM
The only good reason for Satoshi to one back is to stop all the faketoshi nonsense and especially to disprove and humiliate CSW !
I would not call Craig Wright's exposure a compelling reason for Satoshi's return, especially given the fact that the cryptocurrency community is quite successful in countering the lies that Craig spews out. But, by and large, we do not even need to oppose Craig and his community, since he is already tightening the noose around his own neck, because normal sane people under no circumstances will want to be part of such a toxic community.

Moreover, you don't need to be a genius to understand that Craig doesn't really care even about his brainchild [I don't even want to delve into his true intentions], since every lawsuit he initiates has an extremely negative impact on the prevalence of Bitcoin SV, (I hope you understand what I mean).  Wink

Man, you bumped this thread [...]
If my memory serves me, I have already told you several times that xtraelv is all right and what he is doing now. By the way, I don’t remember that he would be in the center of such events, so I don’t remember him when I think about flaming threads ... to be honest, I don’t remember the last time there was any hot discussion on the forum, so this thread when I stumbled upon it it became for me a kind of nostalgic balm for the soul.

The old guard had a history of the power struggles as well as those of reputation. [...]
Believe me, you do not understand what you are talking about, since the old guard are not the same people who participate in Chipmixer (especially considering that this campaign is not that old). The same applies to the scandal you mentioned, the discussion of which seems loud to you only because you have a short memory.

Trofo, Do you have in the team the players of those teams whose matches did not take place?

I'm just wondering how you can get back the points that I lost this week and last week due to canceled matches, and how this will be implemented in the FPL.
2431  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: December 15, 2021, 07:46:50 PM
I will quote a recently written post ... since in a couple of days nothing has changed at all, and even more so there is no point in talking about Haaland's transfer, since such a probability tends to zero. Mark my words, - while Lewandowski plays in Bavaria, Haaland will continue to play in Borussia, (and if Barca really suddenly had free money, then they would be more interested in Pogba to help Memphis Depay)Wink

Let's be realistic ... as far as I understand, Xavi had only 10 million at his disposal for the winter transfer window, so Barca cannot afford such transfers.

By and large, I doubt that it is advisable for Barca to spend money now, given that at the end of the 16th round they have only 6 won matches, I think Barça will be in the top 4 but the gap between first and fourth place will be enormous. Xavi also shouldn't worry about his seat, as it is not his fault that Barca dropped out of the Champions League ... and even though I am not a fan of the Catalans, I still really hope that after the summer transfers, Xavi will reveal his potential as trainer.
2432  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sportsbet.io's English Premier League Football Pool Discussion Thread on: December 15, 2021, 07:30:42 PM
Burnley - Watford has just got postponed due to covid. I feel like this is biggest virus problem in England and consequently Premier League since that first lock down when whole league was on pause.
Please remind me ... what if this match was included in my free bet? Is the free bet refundable?

How bad is the situation in England actually? Is there realistic chance to stop the league? I hear Leicester is also hit hard and their games could get postponed as well.
If I am not mistaken, this kind of outbreak was last observed in May last year.

In addition, Leicester has a derby with Tottenham ahead, and if what you say happens, then Tottenham will become the record holder for the number of unplayed matches, (I hope this does not happen because otherwise I will not get points in the FPL for the third time in a row).
2433  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ English Premier League Season: 2021/2022 on: December 15, 2021, 07:21:36 PM
Leeds should be safe at the end of the season, they are currently 5 points clear of the relegation zone and with teams such as Norwich, Newcastle, Burnley and Watford below them they probably will avoid a relegation dogfight. [...]
I would not say so .... First of all, Newcastle has pretty bright prospects during the winter transfer window, so I would not even take this club into account when talking about the last three places. Burnley and Norwich will be relegated to the minor league, leaving Watford to compete with Leeds for the right to play next season, (it all depends on who will quickly put their key players into operation, since, apparently, Watford and Leeds are the leaders in the number of injuries).

Edited: Damn .... the match between Watford and Burnley is canceled, the match on which I bet some bitcoins.  Cry

Hello
from which country can play here ?
As far as I know, Sportsbet allows you to bet on sports in any jurisdiction, [the same goes for live casinos, with the only difference that you must be over 21 years old].

So 4 busts on 22, 1 on 23, every other bust was low. Feels like they're due one, aren't they?
Well, are we going to see Blackjack today? Today is a cult game that immerses me as a fan into the unknown.

Aubameyang will not participate in this match due to his long tongue, although even without him Arsenal are playing well at home. West Ham, in turn, looks bad against the background of the history of meetings, over the past 20 years having won at a visit to Arsenal only a couple of times. Wherein, I don’t want to escalate the situation, but I still chose West Hem as the winner in the pool of predictions only because Antonio hadn’t scored 7 matches in a row.  Roll Eyes

30,000 pages and still no new forum software.
Is it that important?

Moreover, considering that in those 11 years that you have been here, you have not deigned to put an avatar, then such a trifle should not worry you much.

2440  Local / Альтернативные криптовалюты / Re: Kusama - аукционы парачейнов on: December 14, 2021, 09:03:14 PM

Quote
