Dude, that was unreal; there was a half a million dollar risked on that bet and we are talking about another half a million dollars was the reward give or take, that is not something common we could ever see. I am guessing that anyone who has enough money to wager half a million dollars on a single ticket doesn't really celebrate the win the way we would.
These kind of big bets are pretty common during such big tournaments in Sportsbet. For example, I observed someone placing a similar bet during the England vs Italy final sometime back which they ended up losing.

What actually matters is the overall profit/loss after considering all the bets that he/she placed until that point basically.

edit: well it wasn't meant to be, messi played very well if you ask me but keeper got all of his shots, oh well... onto the next bet I suppose, sometimes these things are just not meant to be.
Messi hasn't really been at his best throughout this tournament so far just like Ronaldo which is why betting on him/CR to score goals isn't a safe option. Betting on Argentina and Portugal to win is way safer in comparison.

Even $200k is a very big amount for a draw. Duelbits is bringing back to back promotions which is quite surprising to me.
Increasing the capacity of the signature campaign to such extent is big and additionally the promotions rates are spiking up.
In fact, while writing this post I just cam across another promotion by them. It's good that Duelbits is focusing more on promotions.
It will definitely create a positive impact on their business.
True. Their World Cup promotions are some of the best that I have seen in the entire gambling world(FIAT and Crypto) which says a lot. It's good to seem them actively trying to provide great opportunities to their players in this manner.

I have observed several lucky players winning big amounts through their ongoing World Cup predictor and am hoping luck will swing my way soon in this contest.

This series has been hampered by rain, 4 out of 6 matches have been canceled. There is something very pathetic about watching both T20Is and ODIs be affected by rain. The result could have been achieved in only 2 overs for New Zealand, but it's unfortunate that no DLS rule was used. As a result of rain, this tour has repeatedly been hampered. If it weren't for the rain, India would have lost 3-0.
Firstly, this will always be an issue in cricket thanks to ICC not focusing on closed roof stadiums thanks to their corrupt habits. It's a pity seeing so many possibly entertaining matches getting washed out in this manner.

Secondly, the series would have most probably ended as 2-1 in NZ's favour since India played really well in the previous ODI before rain stopped play.
2424  Economy / Economics / Re: A career - as an employee or a business owner which do you prefer and why? on: November 30, 2022, 04:44:05 AM
I would choose to work as a freelancer which is basically the best of both worlds. A self-employed lifestyle is the best way to earn money in this competitive world in my opinion though there are certain risks associated with it.

However, I feel that the pros of this particular lifestyle outweigh the cons which is why it's my recommended lifestyle overall.

Won my Netherlands bet, but lost my Ecuador bet. Thanks a lot Senegal!

Honestly, I wish Croatia will secure their position and qualify for Round 16, not Belgium. So far Croatia have better performance than Belgium and it is a last big tournament for Luka Modric.
Croatia have performed well recently, but I don't expect to see them reach the final again with the current team. I feel that Belgium is better in comparison even though they haven't been at their best lately.

For me I will bet the first promotion since I see the higher possibility both England and USA will qualify for the next round, USA is rarely score in the past 2 matches and Harry Kane haven't score in this world cup season. So I only get convinced about the first promotion.
Based on recent results, expect the unexpected. Anything can happen which implies that USA can defeat Iran while Wales can defeat England. Personally, I bet on USA and Wales to win their respective matches even though the odds are against me.

So close to each other, it's unbelievable! Good job, guys! And they say, "Bitcoin is unpredictable".  Grin

5 mBTC with just 1X wagering requirement is really a nice prize. Thank you, Bitcasino.io 💜 , for that! Smiley
BTC price is actually unpredictable though it does tend to behave like a stablecoin now and then. If predicting BTC price at any point of time would be easy, many investors would have become millionaires by now.

1x wagering requirement by Bitcasino is great though and it just goes to show that the casino isn't trying to cheat the winners.

One is a left-arm bowler and the other clocks 150s so IMO both are very important for the future.
Agreed. India's primary issue these days is that they don't have many consistent bowlers like Bumrah, Ashwin, Zaheer, Jadeja, Kumble etc across all formats which is something they need to rectify asap.

Ben Stroke has tweeted - Hello Pakistan and Indians are so jealous and tell him to take care of himself - why this kind of messages are sent from across boarder.
What the heck are you talking about shill? He mentioned that he will donate his match fees to Pakistan flood victims.

Anyone having more luck then me in this world cup? Smiley
Very interesting matches for tomorrow World Cup day, and I am going to dual watch Iran vs USA and Wales vs England.
My luck is probably worse than yours since I kept betting on the favorites from the beginning which turned out to be a bad decision due to which I switched to betting on underdogs recently.

Am expecting USMNT to comfortably defeat Iran and England to comfortably defeat Wales in their upcoming matches.

This is what the new world cup discussion is about that how well small teams are performing this time and chances are being reversed that if you place bet on them you will win some free spins rather then betting on big teams at the time. But still it's unpredictable game and it can change anytime with one goal.
True. Some people became rich thanks to some of the underdog wins so far which makes sense since the underdog market odds are usually very lucrative with/without boosts.

Nice win, congrats! I am originally from Belgium so I am biased and placed a bet on Belgium to win but they played a really bad match and Morocco was the team that deserved the win. Now Belgium needs to win against Croatia, but if they keep playing like this, they will already be out after the group stage!
Thanks! Belgium has a great young squad which is why I'm still expecting them to qualify for the R16 though defeating Croatia won't be easy.
2430  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ODI cricket and general cricketing discussion [self - mod] on: November 28, 2022, 06:07:22 PM
Likes of Bumrah, Shaheen, Rauf etc are also choked during critical moments so it's not just Arshdeep but overall he did a satisfactory job. In T-20 format he's a good bet for India (still new in ODI so not sure).

Umran is just 4 international matches old (3 T-20 and 1 ODI) so he has a long road ahead of him. Well, Siraj won't make it into T-20 squad tbh.
Another point here is that bowlers like Bumrah and Shaheen Shah Afridi are particularly amazing in the powerplay while I never saw that sort of spark in Arshdeep.

I just feel that Umran has a lot more potential than Arshdeep and can be deadly if groomed properly.

It is easy for us to say that ICC should schedule tournaments when there is no rain but the ground realty is that it is not an easy task.
It would have been an easy task if they built more closed roof stadiums and they have the budget to make it happen, but they don't primarily because they are corrupt and focus on stealing as much money as they can for themselves.
2431  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🚀-Sportsbet.io-🚀 - Main sponsor of Southampton FC 👋👋 on: November 28, 2022, 01:55:17 PM
OMG. It was my worst cashout ever:

It was a draw in the Morocco - Croatia game. I wish I didn't have the electricity and internet that day, and then saw my 202x win the next day? Smiley Yeah, 42x of my bet isn't that bad, but 202x would be my personal record.

How about you, guys? Have you won with some big multipliers on Sportsbet.io lately?
202x would have been epic and I would have let the parlay ride since your stake was basically the minimum bet which I wouldn't really mind losing. Tough luck.

My biggest multiplier win recently in Sportsbet was just a 2.2x win through one of the corner markets which disappeared immediately thanks to Ghana currently screwing South Korea in an impressive manner.
2432  Economy / Gambling / Re: Duelbits.com | Casino & Sportsbook | VIP | Instant withdrawals! on: November 28, 2022, 05:53:37 AM
More underdog wins people. Rank 22 Morocco actually ended up defeating Rank 2 Belgium which is crazy if you think about it. They defeated them easily by 2 freaking goals securing a clean sheet win.

Personally, I bet on Morocco and won after seeing so many upsets recently. Also, Germany vs Spain was an entertaining match which ended as a draw.
2433  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ODI cricket and general cricketing discussion [self - mod] on: November 27, 2022, 06:28:36 PM
His overall economy rate is 8.17, which is considered very good for those who ball at the death overs(T-20).

Chris Jordan (T-20 Specialist) : 8.72
Dwayne Bravo (T-20 Specialist) : 8.12
Haris Rauf :8.7
Shaheen Afridi :7.52
Jasprit Bumrah : 6.62
Trent Boult : 7.86
Anrich Nortje :7.16

-------------
And in the Indian context let's look at these numbers when they ball at the death overs. He marginally outbowled even Bumrah.
What you're saying makes sense logically, but he was disappointing during critical moments which is why I feel that he is a bad bowler. Siraj, Umran etc are better in comparison during these critical moments.

Now we have the final match left in the series which will be played at Christchurch on 30 Nov. India cannot win this series and New Zealand cannot lose this series. However, the series can be drawn if India wins this last match.
More washouts. ICC isn't trying at all to learn from their mistakes due to which washouts in cricket are totally normal and there should be a separate betting market for them.
2434  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🚀-Sportsbet.io-🚀 - Main sponsor of Southampton FC 👋👋 on: November 27, 2022, 06:06:52 PM
I guess the favourites are still the favourites, they look good and should be ending with a win, none of that changed in my mind, still 4 teams as leading candidates.
Looks like that person's chances of winning are even slimmer now that Japan lost against Costa Rica which turned out to be a big upset. Am pretty confident that an unlikely team will win the World Cup this time around.

Logically, Spain that beat Costa Rica could win easily against Germany that even lost to Japan. But yeah, there might be another surprise.
Spain easily winning against Germany? I doubt that. Am expecting Germany to easily defeat them. This match is one of the biggest matches in this tournament so far.
2435  Economy / Gambling / Re: Duelbits.com | Casino & Sportsbook | VIP | on: November 27, 2022, 12:30:14 PM
Looks like we have another upset thanks to Fuller scoring for CR and defeating Japan. It's better to simply pick underdogs as the winners at this rate.

We have indeed seen quite a lot of surprises already but every world cup, you get surprising results especially in the group stage. But I doubt that an underdog will be able to claim the title, but guess we will find out in the next couple of days and weeks.
Chances are very low for an underdog to win the cup, but you never know since football is an unpredictable sport sometimes. Am expecting Netherlands to lift the cup this time around.
2436  Economy / Gambling / Re: BC.Game-🔴🔴🔴BET RED IN CRASH!🔴🔴🔴 Find More Unique Games! on: November 27, 2022, 05:04:32 AM
I have France vs Netherland in the final and chose France as the winner Smiley
Who knows that France will be able to keep the title, its been long time in the history to see a team win the world cup back to back.
Our predictions are slightly similar. I chose England and Netherlands in the finals and Netherlands will end up winning since this is the World Cup of upsets after all. Am not expecting France to retain the cup primarily because they are missing some key players.

Portugal vs Brazil in the Final for me... Brazil will win! Cheesy
Interesting. I don't see Brazil reaching the final especially with Neymar getting injured recently. On the other hand, Portugal could reach the final and win the cup this time around.

Ronaldo is probably fired up after seeing Messi rescue his team in their recent match against Mexico which could help Portugal in a big way.
2437  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ODI cricket and general cricketing discussion [self - mod] on: November 26, 2022, 06:14:07 PM
Indian cricket is happy to find an effective left-arm seamer (Arshdeep) and you are talking about replacing him  Shocked

He bowls tough overs in the T-20 (Death overs), he does his job beautifully and I guess he proved himself in the T-20. I believe for India he's an excellent find and could go long in LOIs. It was his 1st ODI so he'll learn for sure.
Arshdeep: Good death bowler? I disagree. He's one of the worst death bowlers if you ask me. He takes wickets now and then, but his economy is way too high. On top of all this, he cannot bat well either. There are many better options in comparison.

Yeah agreed about this as he is young in this game and need some time as he is doing I have feeling he could be one of the best for the Indian team with his line and length you can't expect good results from very early games he was playing his first game of the career and guys need very quick results which is surely not good stuff.
There are many other young players like Umran who can bowl faster though their lengths need tweaking. India desperately needs someone who can bowl like Bumrah in their ranks.
2438  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: To those who do not care about their privacy. Why? on: November 26, 2022, 02:12:48 PM
Personally, privacy matters a lot to me which is why I absolutely detest KYC and provide it only when absolutely necessary. The truth is that most people around the world don't mind giving up their privacy to reliable, central authorities.

Why? Because their mindset was tweaked to trust such authorities since they were born through education etc. Basically, they were brainwashed smartly.

The silver lining here is that more and more people are questioning this very issue as time passes.
2439  Economy / Gambling / Re: Duelbits.com | Casino & Sportsbook | VIP | on: November 26, 2022, 12:13:37 PM
There are still quite a lot of matches left so there are still many opportunities to be achieved as long as all the favorite teams don't make mistakes that make the final result unexpected, although it's quite fun to see teams that are not taken into account to give resistance and even surprise with a victory.
This is the World Cup of upsets which is why I am expecting many more upsets in the near future. Lost many of my bets thanks to favorites losing or drawing left, right and centre which is annoying and entertaining at the same time.

I wouldn't be surprised if an underdog ends up winning the cup this time around. That would screw punters and make books a lot more richer.
2440  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ODI cricket and general cricketing discussion [self - mod] on: November 26, 2022, 04:55:43 AM
Both Arshdeep and Umran went for a few runs, although the latter picked up two wickets to his name. Among the Indian bowlers, only Washington Sundar had an economy rate under 6 runs per over. Indian bowlers were doing pretty well till 35th over or so. Latham and Williamson were scoring very slowly and it looked as if they may end up 30-40 runs short. But then Shardul conceded 25 runs from a single over and New Zealand got upper hand after that. Inexperience of the Indian bowlers made things even worse.
Arshdeep is a bad bowler and needs to be replaced in all formats while Umran is a decent bowler with a lot of potential who has sparks of Bumrah in him. Sundar is an amazing all-rounder in the ODI and T-20 formats.

India needs more bowlers like Bumrah and Sundar in my opinion. New Zealand outplayed them in the first match, but I still think that the series will end in an Indian win or draw.
