2421  Bitcoin / Group buys / Re: [Manufacturer Refund GB#1] How to receive your refund on: November 07, 2013, 05:13:34 AM
Mine should arrive tomorrow...so you really want all that in the subject line? or just the Units Purchased # part(which I assume # is to be replaced with our number of units)
so basically email would be like this:

subject-
Units Purchased 1
body -
Tracking number: asdfkasdf
BTC Address: asldkfmalksmdf
bitcointalk.org username: crudpuppy

Huh

exactly its all I want for you to get your refund.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=325922.0 review the thread on how you'll be receiving the refund.

damn you asking for that much info.. I dont remember the address that i had used.

All i'm asking for is the tracking number I send to you, the amount of units you purchased, your bitcoin address you want the refund to be sent to and if you want your bitcointalk.org username not the bitcoin address you used to send the payment. Wink haha i'll clarify it in the thread.

IN before TL;DR   Grin

First, I would like to thank my awesome group buyers who have helped support me through this group buy. If it wasn't for the bitcointalk community, I wouldn't have been able to do any of this. Second, I would like to explain my experience. I got to fully understand how many struggles people deal with in organizing a small business like this one and I can say with confidence that this is something I am more than capable of handling. Unfortunately, there was a few roadblocks along the way with paypal that I am currently still dealing with. I want to thank the people who kindly asked for refunds(although defeats the purpose of a group buy) instead of processing a charge-back instantaneously. I will be running future group buys, but paypal will have to go. From my understanding, they plan on holding all funds on reserve until units are shipped. I am personally not capable of coming up with that amount of money myself to pre-order the products. However, I will use direct credit card processing, ACH transactions, Bank Wire, Western Union, and other various types of payment methods for any pre-order units on bitcoinminerz.com. Paypal will still be accepted for products that I personally have in stock. With all of that being said, I hope to see all of you in my future group buys! Also, your packing slips have a personal "thank you" and it includes a personal coupon for 10% off all bitcoin and bitcoin mining equipment.

How I will be handling the refunds will be pretty simple and straight forward just email refund@bitcoinminerz.com in the title put 'Units Purchased #'

Include in the subject
Your tracking number I provided to you
Your bitcoin address that you would like to use to receive the refund
bitcointalk.org username (Only add this if you want a +trust from me)

Only send this email after delivery is confirmed and you have signed for the package.

Everyone should have there tracking numbers by friday.

Any user who purchased bitfury units for $129.00 paypal or less then 0.7 per unit are not eligible for the refund.

Sucks most people are only getting 2.25Gh ish outta these max but still ready to get mine added to my lil farm...hehe

Yeah there needs to be some firmware tweaks or something with them. I tested only a handful of my own units for a hour I had them going at about 2.3 - 2.45 out of the 10 I tested on win 7 with bfgminer took alot of toying around to get it to work with the asicminer usbs as well.
2426  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: BitcoinMinerz.com buy various mining products, accessories & BTC on: November 05, 2013, 10:43:46 PM
btctalk656 coupon invalid or expired...
no credit card?!?
27€ shipping fee!?

if you can improve these aspects would be a great good thing

I'm actually working on implementing direct credit card processing ACH transactions after I finish up with some other stuff, the shipping fee yes is expensive for international for right now after I run it down and figure out the best way to ship reliably internationally and do a weight based shipping method to help ease costs instead of flat rate cost for anything. As for the coupon it should work if you are logged in coupons are disabled for guest checkout.

Cry no tracking number.

Dont worry your close in line you'll see tracking today after i'm off work or tomorrow when the second half of my shipment arrives. Its scheduled for thursday by the end of the day. Just dropped off the first half of the units as for compensation from the manufacturer how I will be handling this is a secondary thread after your package has arrived you will be using your tracking number to confirm the amount of units and btc that will be sent to you. This will be after all units are shipped so you guys who have units on the way keep ahold of your tracking number. Also if you paid a price of $129 each or less per unit you will not be eligible for the manufacturer discount. This is because your wait in line with the pre order was far less then the others who paid a higher premium. Hence why the price was reduced essentially it was included into the pricing structure.

Wowzers, who pays 30k for a virtual sword?

Its quite common, try Second life and you can see people selling cars and houses for way more then that....

The most highest valued virtual video game item I owned was about $8000 USD I couldn't imagine 20k for 1 single item that is just insane.

Units just came in time to start packing Smiley
I know you're busy packing but when you get time, did you get your entire allotment? Or, if not, when do you expect to receive the remainder? (Since I doubt I'm in the early group.)

Just finished packing all the units I have received a total of 80 units, I'll be sending them out tomorrow morning. The remaining units I got tracking for so these should be shipped out by thursday or friday.
