2421  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The houses always win, are you the house or the gambler? on: July 23, 2021, 03:03:51 PM
Lol! It's a known fact! Casinos are not charitable entities, they business entities who earns money from your pocket. So it doesn't matter what the players think. Casino houses are here to make money and it will remain as it is, for ever! Whatever the bonuses they give you, are coming from other gambler's pockets. The house doesn't shell out money from their own pocket.

So if someone is expecting that casino houses will go all out to make you rich, your expectation is incorrect and wrongly placed. Thy are a business entity and they are here to make money, just like the banks do!

As I said, it's all about the business and not just blaming them for the gambling house managers. Actually, if you can refer to various places, not just banks, nightclubs where you spend the night unwind, there is always impromptu gambling that is deliberately held. So if there are no immigrants, will it be crowded? like other gambling houses, they are unlikely to become rich if there is no trust from the visitors who often come every time risking various assets just in the hope of making big profits.
2422  Economy / Exchanges / Re: How can you "neutralize" your bitmex-wallet when youre out of the market. on: July 23, 2021, 02:33:46 PM

The platform seems fine for me, the conditions clear and it has both FOREX and the main crypto-currencies, which is just fine for me. Cryptocurrency-wise I'm anyways interested only in Bitcoin or Ethereum for trading . The prices of Bitcoin there behave very closely to what happens on Bitmex with XBTUSD.

You have complete control over the trades you manage, so it depends on how comfortable you are with trading crypto on any exchange, even if you are more interested in choosing to trade a larger percentage on FOREX than on Binance. it goes back to how much you feel profit from your trading results over the next few months.
2423  Economy / Economics / Re: Central bank digital currency will improve the use cases and value of Bitcoin on: July 23, 2021, 02:19:18 PM
I don't think so given what happened when China announced that they are creating a Digital Yuan, they then banned mining in their country and that means that this could happen to any country that will develop their own CBDC.

It is possible that the state's way of getting rid of crypto will be increasingly visible, so we can't be calm because the government issues digital money, as if it will initially support it and then it will backfire. Either the policy will be a strong driver of economic growth, or on the contrary, if the country's openness to its deals attracts crypto as opposed to digital money, which only transfers data.
2424  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The Data PROVES It: The Wealthy Were BUYING, As Amateurs Sold In Fear... on: July 23, 2021, 02:02:16 PM
Good thing that I am not some newbie in this business, I know how they are going to maneuver/manipulate the market so I continue to hold and accumulate because I know that what the whales are drawing is that they want to shake off the panic sellers so the prices can further go down and then they can finally buy back what they have sold in profit.

The difference with the beginners, they are dependent on the income from trading, while the whales are not, they have 1000 alternatives to make a profit out there. So whenever they want Bitcoin price to go down he will be ready to take part at any price. Take advantage of market conditions when beginners feel the price collapse.

2426  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Re: Generation of priv/pub in given range.. on: July 22, 2021, 07:47:05 PM

i can run this on multi-gpu or cpu doesn't matter to me .. just want to get it over with as i have had some disappointments hence why i am requesting for some help on the matter.
As i said dont need the other stuff.. just as stated above.

if using Multi GPU you are trying to use there may be some like using Split/Tile method or by using alternative Frame method. That is if you keep a sizable workload.
As for I would suggest you better use the Alternative method, because this can simplify the work and will also be practical in every step you go through. But again, to finish everything from scratch, you'll have a hard time if you don't have the other elements.

As an example of a fairly simple Multi GPU configuration, namely GIGABYTE GV-N970WF2OC-2GD + GIGABYTE GV-XXXXXXX-2XD
then proceed with several additional configurations, namely GIGABYTE GV-R449G1 GA-4GD + GIGABYTE GV-R4545GX.
2427  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: My Past two months bitcoin journey on: July 22, 2021, 07:31:25 PM
The point is the ability to manage indicators makes an opportunity to take profit at a certain time. As you've analyzed, it's not a coincidence or luck. So I appreciate more how you know when to open a position and when to release the price based on the target.

Why does it look so amazing? because you have the skills needed for every crypto trader. I trust you will share that with us, and have motivated many newbies to continue contributing to the crypto survival industry, where learning trading strategies from now on will determine how good you are at dealing with future market situations.
2428  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: never invest in defi projects under the name Safe or Moon on: July 22, 2021, 04:45:31 PM
I think you are overgeneralizing all DeFi. you should make it more specific, because when you talk about DeFi then you are automatically talking about thousands of projects. If you think DeFi is not a good investment, then just give one name instead of saying all DeFi projects are bad.
oh you said Safe or Moon? is that representative enough? think again !!!!

There is nothing wrong, if and feel disappointed, because from the beginning their project as one of the projects that has a fairly large level of risk, due to supply reasons? actually it's not just a supply problem, but as shitcoin or memecoin it's common to be played around more easily by investors. Which they only lasted for a short decade. therefore still doubt that Bitcoin has provided more security than what you think? value resilience and unstoppable growth. Bitcoin answers your complaints. So, immediately leave the shitcoin project, if it is deemed detrimental to your finances.
2429  Other / Archival / Re: El Salvadorans are not happy about accepting bitcoin as a means of payment on: July 22, 2021, 04:31:31 PM
Every policy that is implemented, there will always be parties who do not like it. that's normal, considering that in El Salvador not all people will accept crypto as a legal payment. Especially at the beginning of the adoption of the Bitcoin payment system it was clearly a habit that would cause some resistance.

The government needs to use other options for those who really don't like the new policy, so that they have the freedom between using Bitcoin or not. The government needs to think about the future impact, because if El Salvador becomes a country that fails to implement a payment system with Bitcoin, Bitcoin's bad image will automatically spread to all elements of society. And of course other countries will withdraw their adoption plans to follow El Salvador.
2430  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think Bitcoin has matter property? on: July 22, 2021, 04:17:46 PM
This is just a long assumption, and I didn't find any data from the questionnaire that showed it all. At least you present us some data, for example the results of a survey in the form of a questionnaire that involves some basic questions to arrive at a conclusion method. for example, the expected points, the points achieved, what points can be provided, what factors are needed so that it refers to the decision making, what points and why could it happen, and how should it be?

2432  Economy / Economics / Re: On Cuba and economy on: July 21, 2021, 10:06:05 PM

I think that comparing Cuba and Venezuela is already a bad idea. The story behind these is quite different. Venezuela was in fact one of the richest and most prosperous countries in Latin America, but it could not absorb the inevitable result of the purely capitalist models - people left outside the system - and eventually bred an authoritarian regime, which is not the main issue really but rather that they are also mostly illiterate, inept and unable to run a school patio, nonetheless a country as rich and marvellous as Venezuela could have been.

If the comparison is deemed inappropriate, then I am very open if you provide a list of countries that you think are good for further study, in order to find a bright spot on how the match between Cuba and the country you suggest is.
your input is very much appreciated..
2433  Economy / Economics / Re: On Cuba and economy on: July 21, 2021, 06:29:56 PM
Some people would be surprised to know that Cuba developed their own vaccine for COVID. On the other side, you got the US embargo - lasting decades and varying on intensity - a can of worms that no president of USA dares to kick for the electoral backslash.

Are Cuba protests due to the embargo or due to the government?

2021 Cuba's economic index is ranked 31st, which is 32 countries in the US. and we need to revisit where in 1995 when Cuba was still an oppressed country. Then continued with the Covid 19 pandemic at the end of 2020, Cuba experienced a slump (this is none other than a country in the US being a country that is concerned.

let's take a look at some of the movements of the Cuban economy over time

Image I cut from here

let's compare how the level of regulation of the economy of Cuba and Venezuela is the right country for us to use as a reference from 1995 to now

Color Symbol:
Cuba          : Purple
Venezuelan : Gray

while the population between Cuba and Venezuela is still dominated by Venezuela, so for now Cuba is only natural that they will develop their own vaccine, they will be very easy to control in terms of spending.

2434  Economy / Economics / Re: Yellen-led regulators plan stablecoin recommendations within months on: July 21, 2021, 03:59:35 PM
The US doesn't need Tether, which is why they use Tether as payment for using digital transactions. The first is only the function and value of Tether and Dollar are almost the same. look at the exchange rates of other countries that use the Dollar as a benchmark, it will still have the same value when compared to Tether. obviously the US would really hate their money being lumped in with Tether.

They will find a way so that every citizen can use official finances to buy Bitcoin in any amount. with indications of smoothing out the US financial transaction system on a large scale. Of course buying Bitcoin will be very profitable if you buy it with Dollars.

And the problem lies in the stable value of the Tether coin itself, which makes the Dollar the benchmark. sometimes the same thing for most people who don't really care about the dollar. maybe they will say the value of Dollar and Tether is the same.
2435  Economy / Economics / Re: Who is Happier: Stock investors or Bitcoin investors on: July 21, 2021, 03:33:19 PM

Warren Buffett is one of the most successful  stock investors, in the world. Yet, Buffett has said he won’t ever buy the cryptocurrency for several reasons . Other hand  Michael Saylor, an early Bitcoin investor and proponent has  been credited with  institutional Bitcoin boom in December 2020. He has made billions of dollars from Bitcoin.
There are others like Mr Buffett and Mr Michael all over the world.

How funny it is for beginners who have to compare our finances with a Warren Buffett and then as if it was considered easy. You don't have to be a Warren Buffet, when you feel proud of what you have now and continue to do it as hard and as hard as you can in managing all the assets you have. Sometimes that is the factor that prevents us from succeeding. too looking to a higher direction without considering the potential that exists in oneself.

The question is why Warren Buffett can be successful? She has different ways and knowledge, and all have their own share in reaching the stage of success. Remember the more you look and look higher and keep trying to level your position and success with Warren Buffett, you will only be shadowed by dreams.

One thing you need to do, is invest what you can set aside for the future and manage your abilities in every potential that has benefits in the future.
so be successful in your own way, and start from the smallest thing.
2436  Other / Off-topic / Re: Back from the future on: July 21, 2021, 03:22:44 PM
If there's an electro magnetic wave that takes the whole world back in time to beginning of Bitcoin invention and other cryptocurrencies. Armed with the knowledge you have now as one who is back from the future, how much Bitcoin would you buy for a start, and what other cryptocurrencies would you invest in?

Which mistakes did you formerly make with bitcoin and cryptocurrency that you will not want repeating itself?
\

For me it's never too late to regret what has happened, hoping to be able to go back 1 second seems impossible. Because of what? the rest of the life that is owned right now is really valuable and cannot be exchanged for anything.
Likewise, the remaining bitcoins currently scattered, will be very valuable and cannot be exchanged for any coins. an example where the existence of Bitcoin cannot be repeated a second time, must not be renewed because it will damage the image of the value of Bitcoin.

If we talk about what mistakes were made and don't want to be repeated about those related to cryptocurrencies, it is to sell the Bitcoin that they already have too early. and can't wait to see the price of Bitcoin in its ATH period. that's what most people will complain about Bitcoin (myself included).

but will it come back? not !!!

We will continue to move forward and accompany Bitcoin until we can no longer walk together. in other words we may die someday, but bitcoin needs to be continued by the generation after us.
2437  Economy / Economics / Re: A Game of Governments - China and Authoritarism on: July 20, 2021, 03:57:34 PM
Don't be too friendly with China, remember with some countries, the most prominent being Sri Lanka, which was trapped by Chinese policies and dragged them into the colonial era of Chinese capitalism. it all started with the

state's economic belief that it could provide relief but with deadly consequences. Wouldn't it be better to make peace with the US and then stop the pursuit of China in the world's economic colonies? rather than allowing it to

take away the rights that were annexed by Yuanization. natural wealth, natural resources in their own country have been taken by Chinese colonialism who tried to do hunting without industrial freedom.

oh well let me keep it simple, look around you. any objects duplicated by the Chinese project? with their motto that is Shanzhai.
2438  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will ETH co-founder Anthony Di Iorio give up on crypto? on: July 20, 2021, 03:37:26 PM
The current cryptocurrency market is now too big to react to everyone, even very influential persons, who are going to leave it with their assets. This is certainly not a very pleasant experience, especially considering that Anthony Di Iorio is the co-founder of ETH. However, each of us has the right to make his own choice, and the world of cryptocurrency remains very unpredictable.

What choice? the choice to quit like Anthony did? who gave up his faith in crypto and is now at the point of not being able to take back his share of the wealth he sold earlier?

From the start he had only taken advantage of the situation, and now was not the time to follow in Anthony's footsteps. As you said, everyone has their own preferences, but you didn't mention them specifically.
2439  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is gambling attracted to emotion or luck on: July 20, 2021, 03:18:29 PM
Personality, mood, insufficient sleep quality, conditions of the day of the week, excessive stress, work piled up, age factors, environment and other social activities that can affect your gambling level in determining your luck target. without human emotion what can you do? doesn't make life any better and your mentality of gambling is pretty much useless. Emotions are also important to measure how lucky you are to control them when gambling on the weekends.
2440  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Reasons for newbies loss in bitcoin on: July 20, 2021, 02:56:15 PM
The point number 2 and 3 I guess are those of the reasons some of the newbies losses in the market. They ignore the reality that price could go down and when it crashes already they panic and sold even they are on a loss. Whale manipulations are the worst cause they can easily influence the decision of these newcomers on the market. One swing or pulling of the price and their get scared right away.

Newbies should understand all those factors and be calm cause if they let their emotions tremble they they will lose here.

and points no 2, 3 are also not well understood by beginners. or they just ignore it because they feel that in bitcoin it is not as far as they think. they just assume buy and see the price in a certain time. do not have the discipline of time, do not pay attention to historical factors. So they feel when it doesn't come true, that is, they get rich overnight and then sell at a price when it's corrected. Isn't this common for those who think that bitcoin doesn't make you rich overnight. Rome wasn't built overnight!!!
