I had a couple issues with blockchain, so there is a big time difference between the payout time and the send time.

I will make an official post about all the features but this is the basic overview
There are only 4 files. 1 of them is a CSS file for the design of the site. The first file is the index.php, and this is where all the information is and this is where you see the visual site and all the transactions.
The second file is the pay index file, this file indexes and lists all the transactions from the ponzi address to the database where it is processed. This scripts checks if its confirmed or not, and checks for all the data you see on the deposit table. The third and last file is the payout file, that checks all the deposits in the database, goes to the oldest unpaid one, and checks if it can pay it. If it can, it pays it, and pays the fees as well to your fees address if you choose to charge fees.

Setup is very easy, there is no need for any VPS with bitcoin on it, all you need is a blockchain.info wallet. which takes a few seconds to sign up. Then you just import the simple mysql table into your mysql database, which is usually just copy and pasting 1 command to create that table.
Lastly, you have to setup the actual script part, which is only 2 files, and ultimately these needs to be set on a cron job.
However early on, I recommend running the  pay index and payout files manually to test it, because I have put in debug messages that are useful in seeing what is wrong. But int he end, you want the site to be automatic so you set the pay check to run ever 1 minute, and payout run every 5 minutes.
If you want, you can setup cron logging, which displays the output of the command, and since I have put in debug and error messages into the script, along with basic things like
So that you can see what is happening.

The paycheck file also says when there is new deposit, and says when it is confirmed or unconfirmed, how much it is, and who the address is.

I will be thinking about what I will price it at soon, however all people in this thread will get some negotiating power since they provided some feedback for it. Altcoins can actually be implemented, at an additional cost, and you must have your altcoin server running. Its a bit more complicated to do, because I have to change the script to work with a altcoin server instead of using a chain API and the blockchain API.
