No problem these things can't be helped it just happens, good to see you are sorting it out and getting back on track

2447  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2015-10-13] European Bitcoin Exchange Yacuna Announces Closure on: October 13, 2015, 02:59:57 PM
That was a small Bitcoin exchange tho.
Never heard of it until now, don't think it got much exposure always a shame to lose an exchange.
2448  Economy / Exchanges / Re: UK bitcoin exchange Yacuna is shutting down on: October 13, 2015, 02:58:23 PM
I have never heard of that exchange until now, I wonder why they are shutting down although it says they might be moving onto other projects, a shame to lose an exchange.
2449  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think there'll be an altcoin that will take over Bitcoin? on: October 13, 2015, 02:26:59 PM
I think so, Bitcoin will pave the way for a wider understanding of cryptocurrency then I would imagine at some point one will emerge that will take it one step further, but Bitcoin I would think will always be around as it has made too much of an impact now to just die off, it could be treated as a higher value coin similar to gold and used for long term investment?
2450  Economy / Gambling / Re: ★ Ralobot.com | World's first blockchain Game | Pure fairness! | Big rewards ★ on: October 13, 2015, 01:56:49 PM
Think maybe the fun is over. Had a couple of wins.  Sent 0.012 chose even and it was even but no payout.

The fun still ON , Please give me your transaction hash + also tell me if you got "You win!" msg.   Smiley

Thank you .

question: i clicked on "ODD" but this transaction doesnt win

https://blockchain.info/tx/4543f55f07f1dd702b94fc26a81fb5eaf486d43aa32d130789baf2bdc799aadf

why is that?

Please Note : YOU cant wait until your deposit get confirmed to bet on the right option cause the default is "Even".

I won the free bet, received coins.
Why house edge is high?
Please Note : There is NO house edge just pure betting .   Wink

Thank you.
There is no way you guys are going to make money in that case, mathamatically without any house edge you will stay more or less near the amount you started with.
Lastly, who said it is the "first" blockchain based game? I know satoshidice used to operate blochchain based as well. And blockchain based games were the first ones to come up when bitcoin gambling started.
those had a secret seed which prevented possible manipulation. In this game, the attacker can simply have a large amount of hashrate, send a transaction with small fees so that other pools have low probability of mining it and he can mine a block with an even/odd timestamp.

Sir thank you for this explanation ,  we got lots of spam attacks after just 2 hours of lunching ralobot , we will prevent this . So thank you again .

The transaction hash = b22608ad147f7bd52a9a1953709c3338f4b1782c26162144c7f5709bf6d586a9

Was confused at first as Angus Deayton is a comedian in my country: http://www.theguardian.com/tv-and-radio/2015/oct/12/angus-deaton-v-angus-deayton-nobel-prize-win-sparks-twitter-joke-flurry

It would be cool if he was awarded it, though I think bitcoin would have to be heavily used around the world before he was nominated. Maybe if it breaks into the remittance market or makes a significant difference to the unbanked at some point he will be considered though can an anonymous person(s?) be nominated?

I was the same, Angus Deayton?? no way he won a Nobel prize lol obviously not the same chap Smiley
2452  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2015-10-13]yahoo finance : Gaming Giant G2A Now Accepts bitcoin on: October 13, 2015, 12:27:10 PM
Great news, gaming is a huge marketplace to get spending your BTC just checking the site, they have a ton of payment options, good to see the Bitcoin sticker up there when it gets added.
2453  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: why you mostly like bitcoin compare to other digital currency? on: October 13, 2015, 12:11:09 PM
Bitcoin is the daddy, it is the most recognised and widely adopted coin.
It has a level of trust and security and is gaining adoption at perhaps a slow rate but it is still moving, there are other altcoins which offer some technical improvements such as speed of transaction and proof of stake but they are not being as widely accepted as Bitcoin, Bitcoin will be here for the long haul.

2455  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Transfer between Exchanges ? on: October 13, 2015, 11:47:08 AM
You can, you can send to any address you wish.  As stated there are fees to withdraw but you know this already.  Bittrex is a solid exchange.

2458  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2015-10-12] Why is Bitcoin Adoption Taking So Long? on: October 13, 2015, 07:58:25 AM
Bitcoin lacks a real world use case that cannot be realized by existing payment networks. There is no instance where Bitcoin is easier and more convenient to use than traditional remittance networks or fiat. Simply put, the world does not NEED bitcoin. The best we can hope for is a collapse of the world bank but until then credit cards and banking instruments remain easier safer and more convenient

It might not be easier and more convenient at the moment but it should be in the future. Why pay $50 dollars or some other extortionate fee to send money around the world when you can do it for little with bitcoin. You're also forgetting that some people in developing nations don't even have access or are allowed a bank account which bitcoin will solve.

The uses you mention I agree is where Bitcoin wins over current methods.  Sending money globally without all the hassle and fees that go along with it is a major plus point.  Bitcoin may not be that easy to get but once you have some spending it is become easier, the likes of Conbase as an example now accept faster payments via your bank although I think this is just in the UK, and their app is very easy to use when purchasing goods.

I know companies like these also charge a fee but it is companies like this that will help the average person to quite easily buy and spend their coins.
