He's using an outdated version of electrum. He won't be able to connect to any server with it. He should upgrade to the latest version.
I guess you probably didn't notice, the OP's question was posted back in 2019. I'm sure he's already upgraded to a newer version of Electrum wallet by now, if he is still using it.

As stated many times, 1xbit has suffered from people deliberately trying to abuse their system.
But, is that true? Can you back up your claim with some evidence beyond their words? They've already been found prone to lying on more than one occasion. No, there is no doubt that 1xBit/ 1XBET is a notorious scam, possibly one of the biggest scams in the gambling industry in general. The casino has such a long history of scamming that it's been called out nad/or blacklisted by every major casino review site at one time or another. Can you name me a single reputable casino that has this many scam complaints, not only on the bitcointalk forum?

I don't think anybody exchange in that section anyway Just few scammers waiting a victim . But it's a dead section and unecessary in this forum.
Why then are others not called scammers, only me? If you look at your posting history, I'm sure you'll find a reasonable explanation there. Your behavior is exactly opposite of what this community should be about.

Is this extortion? He just terrorizes me
No, I don't think so. As the flag says, anyone dealing with you is at a high risk of losing money, so that warning is completely justified. There is no extortion here. Thank you for bringing this to my attention, I might have missed that flag otherwise.

- what is the current legal status of the company and the legal jurisdiction the company falls under? Unknown. With no Terms of Service, no Terms and Conditions and no Privacy Policy it will impossible to know what the company stood for before it scammed and shut down. Without those details it will be impossible to know if any clauses were inserted that allowed victims and others who wanted to start litigation (and in which jurisdiction). The company and legal status of BitLucy Casino have never been publicly disclosed, as far as I know. According to their T&C, the legal jurisdiction is Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, although I'm not sure that is true since all other information is unknown. No address or other contact information. Here is a snapshot of the BitLucy T&C as of June 23, 2022: https://archive.ph/iRVLoI believe there were several iterations of the documents since they changed the software and started from scratch several times, but this is the only copy I'm aware of (and probably the most recent one since they shut down the site for good not long after).

50 merit, for what? The 50 merit for that post is probably his way of venting frustrations after being kicked out of Stake campaign. It is unlikely that we'll see these accounts used on the forum anymore.

How not, even though only one account is accepted and is in the campaign, this user wants to cheat the campaign by registering with two accounts. Don't you think it's cheating?
I've also notified the manager about the tags I gave to both accounts, now I'm waiting to see what the manager will do for them or at least one of the accounts still in the campaign. If managers don't want to hire spammers or users who break the rules, then they shouldn't hire cheaters either.
Yes, according to your evidence, he participated in bounty campaigns with multiple accounts, and that is definitely cheating. The important thing is that the cheater is detected and that the bounty manager is aware of the facts. Now it is up to the bounty manager whether he wants to keep such members in his campaign or not. Many bounty managers decide on each participant on an individual basis, regardless of negative tags. And that's okay. Because sometimes trust scores, even from DT members, can be unfounded or unfair, so it is better for each manager to decide what works best for his campaign. BTW, since the suspected members did not comment or try to explain their side of the story, I left a few negatives on their accounts as well.

Does anyone have any idea why this happens?
Are you sure you don't have that board on ignore? Local > Deutsch (German) > Altcoins (Deutsch) PX-Z said he tried to ignore the "Deutsch (German)" board, but actually, when I ignored the "Altcoins (Deutsch)" board, I got the same message: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=merit;msg=60579799EDIT: I was again able to merit that post after unignoring the board in my profile preferences.

There are many tipsters who claim to offer the best betting tips, however, they cannot all be trusted. Many websites and social media channels that claim to offer free bet tips are just trying to swindle unsuspecting punters. It is likely that the only people making money from these services are those running them, either through referral links or sponsored advertising. Even if you decide to use one of these tipsters, you should check them out thoroughly to ensure you are not being conned. A good tipster will provide you with enough information to assess whether the wager is worth it. There is no such thing as a 100% sure prediction and tips, but some sites do help you win your bet by analyzing the teams, the stats and the odds from all angles of the game. So, even if you decide to use a tipster, it is still worth doing your own research on the betting sites to ensure you are not making the wrong bet.
There is always the chance you might lose but if you bet responsibly, you can stay within your budget and enjoy the experience. After all, if you don't like gambling, you shouldn't be doing it!

What else is needed?
Well, I'm one for aesthetics and ease of navigation on sites I visit. May be that's why I found that site not appealing or could it be that it's beautiful but it's just me not seeing that because I'm viewing from an android phone? Yes, I'm conversant with the electrum wallet site and I've to agree with you that its too isn't that fine. Perhaps, it's a thing with such sites as you've mentioned. I think I will leave it at that now. This kind of site is not designed to win beauty contest awards, but to provide visitors with the information they are looking for. This site has a simple, clean appearance with some useful and relevant information. Its design may be outdated, but I don't think it's important. The most important thing is the software.

I think that if I did find one, no one would believe me anyway. Lol
It is unlikely that you will actually find one (very unlikely), but if you do, you will have a private key, so you can easily prove it by signing the address.

Since Trustpilot has no intention to verify any of the reviews, anyone can post nonsensical allegations there without any proof. Of course, some reviews may be genuine, but others might be fake, so it's difficult to distinguish between them. As an example, take 1xBit. Their TrustPilot profile shows over 55% five-star reviews. Can you believe that?

If this affected user provides you with all the evidence, will you apologize to him? I doubt this. You are accustomed to immediately expose everyone as a liar except for TheQuin. Why?
As I recall, you made some rather baseless claims about FreeBitco.in and TheQuin in the past. Have you apologized to them since your claims turned out to be false? Why not?

Yes, fixed matches still exist in lower leagues, especially in football. Nothing new about that. That is the reason it is wise to get the best information you can. Being a football fan, you surely know a few things about the game. But do you know as much as you should know?
It is for this reason that you should avoid placing bets on teams you do not know enough or on lower leagues where match-fixing is a common practice. Every gambler must be aware of this. In other words, don't blindly trust betting websites and bookmakers if you don't know anything about the sport you are betting on. Don't blindly place a bet that can cost you a lot of money just because you think it's a sure thing.

The team that I hope a lot is from Japan, I don't know but since Japan had those legendary players I really liked their way of playing, I don't know if they remember Nakata, and from that spectacular World Cup that was in France 98, in fact they had such star players at the time that they made the iconic Nike commercial.
Japan may not have much chance against giants like Germany or Spain, but anything is possible in football. Despite never advancing past the Round of 16 at a World Cup, Japan is a strong contender to go one step further this time. And with players with Premier League experience, like Takumi Minamino and Takehiro Tomiyasu, Japan may have a chance. The World Cup has produced many of the most enduring football heroes of the modern era, and Japan's Minamino or Tomiyasu may well join them.

The first time Bitcoin reached one dollar was sometime in early 2011, if I am not mistaken. A few important facts from that time: Almost no one knew anything about Bitcoin at the time. There were not many exchanges back then, so buying bitcoins was much more difficult than today.
In light of this, I find it virtually impossible for Bitcoin to reach that level again unless there is something fundamentally wrong with the cryptocurrency.

It is important to note that none of your PRO and CON points are specific to online gambling, but rather to gambling in general. Therefore, if we were to apply these arguments, then we should ban all forms of gambling.
Some countries actually have laws against gambling. I'm not sure how much good it did them, because people find a way to get around them. Many people gamble illegally on the black market, and others will simply do so online. Therefore, there is a lot of risk for any government in banning something that people will find a way to circumvent.

Lol, Trustpilot is the hotspot for casino exploiters and bonus cheaters to give there negative feedback after they are caught cheating. The number of bad reviews there is almost same ratio in different casino trust score there. That trust feedback website has no way to verify all the reviews so it’s easy for someone to post nonsensical accusation there without a solid proof. The Bitcointalk forum feedback is the most accurate because there’s e before user conclude in every accusation.
Personally I will only search the project's reputation on this forum alone, TrustPilot isn't really known as a reliable source of information. Although they are trying to remove fake reviews, I believe they have the wrong approach, because it is impossible to determine what is actually fake and what is not. A casino or some other service can easily organize a campaign and pay for a flood of fake positive reviews. In the same way, anyone can organize a coordinated smear campaign and there is no effective way to stop them.
