may be you mean this?

THIS PERSON IS A PEDOPHILE ! HE WAS ALREADY REPORTED TO RELATED FACEBOOK PAGE. PLEASE REPORT THIS PERSON TO POLICE AND FBI. SEE THE REFERRAL LINK FOR DETAILS. THANK YOU!

there is too much feeds to show how you stupid asshole
How can I be a pedophile when I'm only 15? Roll Eyes

Those are mighty strong words you're using. If only you spent as much time learning English as you did trolling, perhaps you would be able to formulate a proper sentence.

I think he means house edge but let him rant on, this is quite funny.
Interestingly enough, I did have a thread discussing the effects of higher house edge: that it was inversely proportional to the number of problem gamblers created.
2445  Other / Meta / Re: Asking to ban of gambling advertisement on this forum on: February 18, 2019, 05:51:49 PM
Please stay on topic if not go outside of the forum and safe the world from scammers by tagging them
I am staying on topic. However, I have expanded it so that you have a sense of perspective. Once you begin regulation, you have to determine subjective values.

Ban gambling advertisements... but should we still have the Gambling board? That promotes gambling, doesn't it? How about the Investor-based games section which is just a cesspool of ponzis and HYIPs? What about ICO's, in which most of the time, investing in it results in a deep loss?
2446  Economy / Reputation / Re: Stake.com (SteveStake) is encouraging spam. on: February 18, 2019, 05:51:33 PM
Main target are noobs so they will reach them anyway no matter which section.
Even new users to Bitcoin won't scour through the scores of shitty posts that permeate throughout the many Bitcoin Discussion and Economics threads. And I assume most new users would enter those nice-sounding board names... to subsequently exit after they see the nonsense that's spouted by "high-ranking" forum members.
2447  Other / Meta / Re: Asking to ban of gambling advertisement on this forum on: February 18, 2019, 05:45:13 PM
Why stop at the forum? Why not go stop all gambling advertisements?

And while you're at it, let's also stop alcohol and cigarette advertisements. After all, they are promoted to minors! And hey, bitcoin too! It's used to buy drugs and illicit items! And it's a money-laundering tool! Oh no!
2448  Economy / Reputation / Re: Stake.com (SteveStake) is encouraging spam. on: February 18, 2019, 05:38:09 PM
Its a numbers game.Quantity will always beat at some stage quality.
If somebody replaces 1 quality posts with 50 shitty posts the quality post will definetly lose that battle.
Legendary/Hero get higher click through rates no question asked but not that they will be able to compete against 10+ shitty posts from regular accounts.
You say this, but do you know where those shitty posts end up in? Sections that nobody reads. Well, nobody except for other fellow shitposters. And they're too busy shitposting to pay attention to the ads. Oops.

Consider: what is the likelihood of a signature ad reaching users that will actually click in the Altcoin section, or one of the Economics megathreads?
2449  Economy / Reputation / Re: Need community opinion regarding negative feedback. on: February 18, 2019, 05:33:43 PM
Then you are scammer and should be tagged until proven otherwise?
Innocent until proven guilty is great for criminal court.
Protecting users against extraordinary claims which have onus (the claims must be proven) is great for the forum.
You would rather temporarily cease transactions to stop a likely scam than wait for the scam to occur, then act upon it.

In both scenarios, one must disprove the null hypothesis. However, the difference is that in the former, the null hypothesis is guilt and in the latter, the null hypothesis is innocence.
2450  Economy / Reputation / Re: Stake.com (SteveStake) is encouraging spam. on: February 18, 2019, 05:20:44 PM
Kind of disappointing that they seem to be relying on the community to do their job for them. From Telegram:

Quote
Rules
- No spamming on Bitcointalk
- No spamming in Tg
- Report members of this group to us who are hurting the campaign because the better group we form the longer this campaign lasts. Examples include spamming and breaking Bitcointalk rules

@zerosumedge is also managing this group so listen to his requests

All reports, questions and inquiries can be sent to @StephenStake in a direct message (you can use the group chat for questions/messages just don't make it spammy)

(source)
I wouldn't say that asking for reports is mutually exclusive to handling of campaign spam by the manager. Given that the campaign is set to take in a large number of users (from what I assume, since there are yet to be actual numbers on the member list), any kind of help should be welcomed.

What I don't like is the "earn up to 0.1 BTC weekly" part of this campaign. That's a minimum of 990 posts that they'll accept (weekly) and a maximum of 4950 posts.

There is no way a normal person can create that many constructive posts.

Assuming 9 hours of sleep and 15 hours of posting (every single day, without break) that corresponds to one post every 6.4 minutes at the Legendary rank. Or, one post every 1.3 minutes (76 seconds) at Jr. Member rank.

No one likes you retards, 10 people against 100,000.
Soon you will bite the dust.
Where are these 100,000?

Oh, right. Shitposting in the Altcoin boards, that's where.
2452  Economy / Reputation / Re: Lauda breaking forum rules ? on: February 18, 2019, 03:44:06 PM
are you called it trusted?  Shocked Roll Eyes

thats so funny Cheesy
Not sure why you want to show off how your trust list affects their profile.

I can easily adjust my trust settings to show any user as severely negative. In fact, if a user isn't negative enough in one's perspective, it's simple enough to create alt accounts to flame them with negative feedback and add them to one's trust list. Not that this has any real effect if the feedback is without substance.

What about promoting harzard to underaged people ?Why don't you need to reduce that too ?
You should stop promoting cryptocurrency. It's related to illicit activity and you are promoting such a terrible, terrible thing to underage children. How immoral of you Sad
I forwarded this to Steve and the rest of the Stake team. Obviously there are some valid points highlighted here, there is no doubt that this is creating a huge amount of spam. Hopefully they can make some changes that the community finds agreeable.
Brilliant. Actual campaign managers that care about rooting out spam will make the forum a better place.

2458  Economy / Collectibles / Re: Bitcointalk.org collectible coin? on: February 18, 2019, 03:28:41 AM
Why is the number ranging from 50-300, isn't it pretty low for such a huge forum? Are there only 300 reputed members? May be you could give around 1000-2000 coins to all those willing to expose their location to you primarily since most of them remain anonymous. Also what would be the purpose of giving someone a collectible coin (which might be quite rare) if they doesn't know what it is?
50-300 is fine.

If we do not state a definite upper limit then we run into a Sorites paradox, where n+1 is as good as n and hence we arbitrarily increase.
2459  Other / Meta / Re: Bitcoin Mining section, over moderated on: February 17, 2019, 07:03:05 AM
Don't even bother posting in the mining section unless your in their inner circle.  Posts just end up getting deleted.
Example? I love blanket statements but others may choose not to believe your claim until there is sufficient evidence.
2460  Other / Meta / Re: What to do with these aggressive FUDers? Requesting help from mods on: February 17, 2019, 07:01:52 AM
~
"Just to peddle their coin in Meta"? (Yes, their, since I have almost none of these coins)
Seriously? Because you think that 40 pages of spam is not worth opening a thread about it?
About 300 posts, probable made by the same person, on one single thread, writing in unreadably big characters, repeating the same things again and again. You find this normal?
If they really don't add anything to the discussion, perhaps you should add such a detail in reports. That would create a foundation for assigning the replies to a "spam" category.

I think the fuders has been sponsored to create such fear uncertainty and despair.
Probably could be your rivals perpetrating such unnecessary drama. Well you can report them in the reputation section
lol.
