2441  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [BOXING] George Kambosos vs Devin Haney - Undisputed Lightweight Title - June 5 on: April 25, 2022, 04:12:12 PM
Just to let you guys know, there will be a rematch clause according to this article:

Quote
The 23-year-old Haney’s legitimate ambition led to him signing contracts for what could be back-to-back fights against Australia’s Kambosos in his home country.

https://www.boxingscene.com/haney-i-inspire-young-old-guys-other-side-street-stuff-out-window--165748

So that's how confident in this fight, if he beats Kambosos, he will more willing to fight him again in his own soil and beat him the second time.

That's a good one, if there will be a home cooking in Kambasos home, then most probably Haney would have the same treatment in favor for him once the rematch will happen. But of course, we don't want to see a dirty officiating or judging because it's a disgrace of the boxing organization.

Another good thing is that we will see a great fight 2 times because of the rematch clause. It's like the Fury vs Wilder fight which even reach a trilogy and it was a high generating revenue fight. I'm sure I will not be bored watching this fight knowing how aggressive Kambasos is and he does have a good stamina to finish the 12 rounds if he would not be badly beaten by Haney.
Yes, as long as there would be no cooking show then this one will be definitely worth to watch and won't be a boring fight indeed. I still believe though that Australia will not do such thing in this fight to embarrass Kambosos because he already have the skillset which could defeat Haney if he will get caught by a serious punch coming from Kambosos himself. I'm really seeing a rematch even if Kambosos will lose or Haney.
2442  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Your NBA Champion this season? on: April 25, 2022, 03:46:55 PM
I'll share right here a post that - created in another topic!!

I confess... this first round of the playoffs is surprising me, because the teams that I thought could be champions had a terrible performance!

Is it too early to bet that the Celtics, Warriors, maybe Miami Heat can be the champions of this season in the NBA!!?

It was really surprising because the teams that we have thought that could be more competitive turns out to be dominated by the ones who aren't showing their strengths in the regular season. As an example, it's the Nets who is one of the favorites to win the season against the Celtics who clinched just few weeks before the regular season ends and now that they are facing each other, no one have saw it coming that this would be the situation of the Nets.

I agree about the Celtics and Warriors to win this season but for Miami Heat? I'll for that team for now.
2443  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How Fiat Will Always Be The Norm on: April 25, 2022, 08:17:26 AM
fiat looks ordinary to those who don't care about the existence of crypto. they think crypto is the same as stocks, so it doesn't interfere with fiat. especially in areas where life is still primitive, which is still lagging behind in technology and only uses fiat as a transaction tool in their country of course fiat will run normally. For those of us who already know the benefits of crypto, of course, we no longer prioritize fiat. we only use fiat to buy goods or daily bills. the rest prefer to invest in crypto.

Aside from those people who don't give any care on the existence of cryptocurrency, there are also people around the world that don't even know what is a cryptocurrency or they haven't met that word before and people like that usually lives in 3rd world countries or beyond that who only knows about fiat and nothing else. They cannot even afford to buy phones to keep up with the technology advancement of the world. How would they keep up if they cannot even afford to eat a full meal 3x a day.

That is why we are lucky to know about this existence and we should not be selfish about this knowledge, also it is ideal that we have to keep those people informed so that they can also avoid the inflation and carry the will of SN.
2444  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Shiba dump coming? on: April 25, 2022, 07:21:37 AM
Never doubt if Shiba will pump again even though it is currently dump, this is common and when pumps will usually be more than the current price even made a new ATH record, with the holder of more than 1 million I am optimistic that Shiba will continue to shine.
all this coins will rise again no hope is lost in Shiba the thing that will make any other coin start to the rise is when the bitcoin and ethereum start rising because people don't buy coin when it comes
That's because Shiba is just hype and everyone was riding on the hype thinking they can recover their loses from investing on DOGE. I don't have hope on these coins actually, they only rise up during the bull market but when the market starts to correct, they'll lose stability.
2445  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Davis vs Romero: May 28 on: April 25, 2022, 06:00:57 AM
This makes me want to bet with Romero, with that kind of odds, it looks so enticing to make me want to bet with it. I hope that once I bet, he would win, lol. Even though it can be a trap, it's still something that you could take into account if you have extra money.

It's not a trap because we all know that Davis is the better fighter in this fight and due to his great performance in the past, that makes him very popular and probably resulted him to being overvalued in this fight although I believe he could win. However, since this is a sport, and upset could happen, maybe try betting only an amount you can afford to lose so you'll enjoy the fight.
2446  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: NBA 2020-2021 betting on: April 25, 2022, 05:25:22 AM

Whatever makes you comfortable mate, just go with it. We cannot deny that despite the Suns being the favorite to win the series, they are not so dominant in the game just like what the Bucks did to the Bulls in the last 2 games, so it's a tough call as that means Suns will have to beat the Pelicans on their home court twice in a row.
It's expected that the odds are close since Booker is still out and the Pelicans' have been stepping things up and no lead is safe as we've seen certain teams quickly chunk down double digit leads.

Series is now officially tied now, Pelicans played a the best game so far in the series as everyone was getting involve, Suns are not sure which players they will defend well as even Valanciunas was playing very well, probably his best game so far this playoffs. He finished 26 points from 9/15 shooting, that's a great percentage and most of his attempts attracts the defense so he draws some fouls.
2447  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 NBA Season on: April 25, 2022, 03:52:07 AM
If Pelicans will win tonight, I would believe that they have a high chance of upsetting the Suns. They are not an easy team to beat, no only Ingram is scoring for them but other starters are involving themselves as well, and Jonas is such a great addition to them as he is more efficient in the playoffs.

Currently Jonas has 8 rebounds and 11 points, and we are only in the 3rd quarter.
I tell you, this is an exciting series, I see a game 7 here.

Let's see if the Pels could hold on, though they are leading but the Suns are not going anywhere. They have their weapons but the good thing about this game is that CP3 is very limited, he is not even in double digit yet, so I like the Pelicans chances to win here.
2448  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Your NBA Champion this season? on: April 25, 2022, 03:33:35 AM
I have a feeling there's no more game 5.

Denver Nuggets steals 1 game of their series a while ago with a 126-121 win over the Golden State Warriors.

Although yes, nothing will change the fact that they are really struggling to win against the Warriors.

After all the games tonight, I wonder what will be the odds on all teams. Still, I won't change my stand for the Dallas Mavericks to win the Finals. Sounds unlikely to others but I am able to totally gain a decent odds now for them since they lose on Game 1.

Probably will change, however, I still believe that the Warriors will remain as the favorite to win the NBA championship as it's very obvious they are winning the first round. It was suppose to be a swept but the Nuggets played well of course refs are favoring them a bit. lol..
2449  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: NBA 2020-2021 betting on: April 24, 2022, 09:48:12 PM
I'm taking the heat -1.5.  I think with capella out the heat will find a way to win on the road.  And then I'm taking the Suns ML.  Chris Paul looked amazing in the 4th quarter last game and I'm thinking today will be more of the same.  Pels have a tough time with cp3, Suns with the win here tonight.
I'm on the same side, Heat and Suns should take a win tonight, for Heat, they would not make a mistake again giving a chance for the Hawks to have a big run to beat them, their defense will be tighter and they are going to win tonight with a good margin.

Suns... hmm... I think I would still bet on them but on a lower size, Pels is good in making an adjustment every time they lose.

Have you guys noticed that CStand was playing so well in the finals series? Ordinary fans could not notice his contributions but the hassle he gave to the Ginebra Kings was amazing plus the fact that he control the boards so well in the absence of Japeth Aguilar.

I hope that all the rumors of CStand's relationship with teammates is not now under the bridge and he stays with the team and win more trophies with them as he also a crowd drawer IMO, so he is fit to play with Ginebra.

C Stand have proven himself to be a champion, he won a championship on both SMB and BGSM, so he is a true San Miguel Warrior. Yeah, I love the way he played in the Finals, he was aggressive and in fact I saw a big improvement on his mid range shooting. Having Japeth and him in the middle is really a big problem for the opposing team, so as long as C Stand will stay, the management would probably keep him.

Yes, this is the best season he has with Ginebra, now that he has a great chemistry with the Ginebra, I would expect them to win more championship together. The good thing with Ginebra is that C. Stand is not expected to carry all the load, he has his teammates whom he can trust, and an improve Scottie Thompson is really big for the team.
2452  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Inoue vs Donaire II discussion on: April 23, 2022, 03:17:49 PM
Casimero and his camp should just accept their fate that their preparations to have a fight is now gone, they knew that they are already been watched since he got in UK because of his sudden weight loss and the sad thing is they still bend the rules into their benefit even if they knew it's unfair to the opposing party. Casimero's weight problem wouldn't be a problem if he moved up but instead he remained in this division trying to force himself sink his weight even if he cannot do it.

I believe Casimero's camp thinks that if he moves up his power won't be a big thing in that category so they decided to stay in his present weight category to take advantage but it backed fire.  I hope I am wrong but I think he will be just another ordinary boxer if he moves up.

That might be true but they wouldn't really know unless they try moving up in the next division, he have nothing to lose now because he will be stripped on his current belts so it might be best now try another division as his regular weight belongs to super bantamweight or even featherweight division. Also I don't think he will remain in the bantamweight either because he will always have a problem with his weight and that won't change.
2453  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Canelo Alvarez vs Dmitry Bivol - May 7 on: April 23, 2022, 02:46:26 PM
I usually like underdogs. So I am rooting for Bivol to score an upset. He's got the skills and size to utilize over Canelo. But I am not betting here. It is very hard to beat Canelo by decision even if he is losing in the actual fight. Only Floyd beat Canelo and the scorecards were even close despite the former clearly out boxing and out smarting the then young kid from Mexico.

I hope Bivol's training camp is doing well. I hope Bivol is 100% come fight night. I hope the Russian will be treated fairly. I said this because just nearly 2 weeks ago, Russian Petr Yan, an ex UFC champion had issues leading to his title fight. The fight was close and many (including me) thought he won that fight but he lost. Boxing (and mma) is an individual sport and should not be included in world sanctions against Russia IMO.

I guess the issue of these Russian fighters isn't that bad anymore unlike the few weeks when the invasion had started, I also do hope Bivol won't experience such thing to discourage him just like Petr Yan have experienced.

Being an underdog doesn't really mean that he's no chance to defeat the favorite at all, an upset is always available in the fight no matter how slim that chance is. Bivol is much more confident in this division than Canelo as he is the defending champion but knowing Canelo, he will always find a way to defeat his opponents.
Agree with what you said. The frying pan for news related to Russia is not as hard as it was before although there are still a lot at this time because Russia hasn't stopped it yet but now there are some rules that are starting to loosen.

Bivol still have a chance and don't really care about being underdogs or anything but the chances are still open now. what to do now he must focus and not be distracted by anything

Well, to start the Russian invasion is now much harder than before and the cities of Ukraine is still burning into pieces but yes I agree that there are some certain rules that have loosen if you're talking about these fighters. In the past, this fight was threatened not to be sanctioned because of Putin's actions and trying to get back to the Russian citizens is a way of other countries to boycott the Russia's move towards Ukraine.

Back to the fight, I hope Bivol won't experience an unfair traits from the live audience but he still needs to prepare himself for that situation and get himself focus on the fight. He should not be distracted by any means because he might get surprised by Canelo's punch Grin

Who's watching GSW and Nuggets game 3. A lot 3's raining down for GSW. All of them is so good on 3's and very thrilling to watch. How can Nuggets answer on this kind of high precision 3pts if GSW won't stop. I feel the pain watching the best effort of Jokic but he can't do anything for the GSW outside attack. The game is so close though and I hope they keep on this phase so that it will be good to watch.

It's been a while since there is a 3 guards on a team who puts more than 20 points in the game just like what the Warriors did earlier, this trio and line-up is very deadly. I mean, Nuggets is good but if it's against the Warriors where they have the splash bros and then now Poole is added. They can't just keep up against the Warriors who have much more experience in the playoffs. It's now 3-0 and I don't think that the Nuggets can recover from that deficit.

And not to forget Wiggins, who also has his own night, right? It's a deadlier Warrior now with a healthy core.

Just reminding me of how they win their first title, no known stars, but all are role players who can shoot the ball and play

a tough defense. More adjustment for Nuggets if they still want to extend their chance, without doing anything Warriors

will have an early trip to semis for sure. Not just Jokic, but the entire Squad needs to work
it out to win a game.

Wiggins played exemptional on the 1st game vs Nuggets on which he put an almost 20 points and doing some rebounds for the rest of the team. All of them actually have their own role and they are not struggling to do it, a deadly line-up indeed for the Warriors. Now the series is already 3-0, can the Nuggets win at least one game? I think they cannot anymore because no times have recovered from that deficit.
2455  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Your NBA Champion this season? on: April 23, 2022, 01:12:07 PM
Warriors move up to @7 now after a dominant win against the Nuggets, I believe it's still worth to take them at that odds.

Agree with you, Warriors @7 is still good to take. they played with great chemistry and their defense was really great. Maybe they had some problem during the regular season as they lost straight games but this is playoffs, their favorite time of the year, especially for Curry, KT, and Green.
I guess its true that Warriors turn back the clock in this NBA playoffs as they have seen with brilliant performances in their last game. Kudos to all the star players led by Curry that bring the Warriors into the championship contender status. Warriors may have lose their spot in the last season, but now they're starting to climb the highest peak once again.

Well they are definitely back to climb the championship this season, they deserve it as they really showed how good and competent they are against another top heavy teams in the league. They may have showed some weakness in the regular season because they are struggling to get their rhythm back but it's really worth it because Poole have given enough exposure to gain an experience and look at him now.
2456  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [BOXING] George Kambosos vs Devin Haney - Undisputed Lightweight Title - June 5 on: April 23, 2022, 12:13:41 PM
Kambosos has beaten Haneys trainer (Mickey Bey) 2 fights previously, this is a big feather in the cap for this fight because Mickey and Haney have similarities in style, particularly jab and back foot defence.
I think this comparison are no longer valid since Bey's prime has passed when he fight against Kambosos, he was an active boxer on 2007-2014... after he lose from Kambosos, he never fought anyone anymore.

The interesting thing is Haney get exposed when he fought with Linares on a year ago, Linares throw quick combination of right and left punch to Haney on 10th rounds, Haney almost fell but he can still walk to the corners.

This could be an advantages to Kambosos as we know he's quick puncher, Haney wouldn't survived if Kambosos can throw a quick clean punches. However Haney has a good surprise punch, his left hook was insane.
Even if Kambosos have beaten Mickey Bey last 2019, it's not an outstanding win because that time Bey was already 35 years old and he's inactive in the boxing industry as he is only doing 1 fight every 2 years before he was defeated by Kambosos by a split decision. Haney and Bey's only similarities is their boxing style but in terms of power, it's clear that Haney has it more.
2457  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Inoue vs Donaire II discussion on: April 22, 2022, 04:49:20 PM

You are absolutely right, for me Donaire is on another level, however with everything that has happened not only here in the forum is the best predicted for him, in social networks, on twitter, in some forums that have to do with sports favor him, and also like you, I'm surprised about CASIMERO, it's actually the hardest news that boxing can bear for now.

Don't be surprise with that, there was a rumor already before that Casimero is having a hard time reducing his weight, so that is maybe the reason why they are doing everything just to pass the weight, and the bad thing is that they violate the rules.

Casimero and his camp should just accept their fate that their preparations to have a fight is now gone, they knew that they are already been watched since he got in UK because of his sudden weight loss and the sad thing is they still bend the rules into their benefit even if they knew it's unfair to the opposing party. Still looking forward to another Dallas Mavericks win even odds for them are telling me how they are much being an underdog here in Game 3. They need to badly win here to somehow extend Luka Doncic's rest and be ready on either Game 4 or Game 5, of much better in Game 5.

Trusting them that their role players will do their best again especially Jalen Brunson and Maxi Kleber while Spencer Dinwiddie still finds his good rhythm.

For a Mavericks fan, the odds are really tempting for them. As I said, I will keep continuing betting on this team regardless of their status.

Dallas Mavericks was able to win again without Luka Doncic and this is really surprising,i wonder what will happen once he returns to the field. Dallas is looking really good. Also Denver will probobly get sweeped by Goldenstate and i think the Joker is really missing his best players in the playoffs.

Everyone is trying to step up their game especially Jalen Brown and Kleber, they are trying to hold their position to survive while Luka is still recovering from his injury. Jason Kidd said that Luka may return on Game 4 but it's not yet confirmed. Meanwhile the Jazz is out of bounce and inconsistent even if Mitchell is contributing 30+ for the team but it ain't enough to defeat the Mavs.
