What I'm talking about is taking the other person's part private key and generating a vanity wallet address
Don't you mean public key?

No.

Part private key is what I said.  Feel free to read up on the subject then we can pick up this conversation where I'm now going to leave it off (until you read up on the subject that is).

I can't see any reason why the other party needs "private" key, partial or not. They only need the public key and then they can move from there by incrementing that point one G at a time until they find the correct public key that generates the desired address. Then all they have to do is to send back the number of times they added G to that point. User can simply add that value to their private key and get the new private key which corresponds to the public key of the vanity address.

It doesn't work like that - as I said, I encourage you to read up on the subject.

I'm still trying to figure out if you guys just derive joy in giving red trust or there is something else. How am I connected to the strange accounts. Please check again

I'm trying to figure out why scammers such as yourself have the gall to stand there and bald face challenge others in the face of compelling, and overwhelming evidence of your guilt.  Instead of Trolling or indeed scamming why don't you just stop.  You'll become a better person if you do.
2463  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Vulnerability discovered on bitcoinpaperwallet[.]com - DO NOT USE IT on: May 11, 2021, 12:58:49 AM
Except how many people know how to split the private key in the first place? Or know that there is actually no splitting involved but you're just taking two random PKs and combining them together?

Most of the procedures people use to generate a split vanity address involves such voodoo as generating a random PK somewhere and then combining them on bitaddress.org.

There is one post that does explain what Bitaddress is doing, and I wrote it, but it has yet to be featured in anyone's software.

Not quite.

What I'm talking about is taking the other person's part private key and generating a vanity wallet address - the result is imported by the sender (the result) into their own wallet.  No-one else can import the found result into their own wallet.  AFAIA no-one has found a vulnerability with this method and it was, or still is, being used and can be found in the various vanity wallet generating threads around the Forum.
2464  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [SXC][NSFW] Sexcoin - New Android Client Release! on: May 11, 2021, 12:49:31 AM
Absolutely agree, if we do not know anything about this coin. We should stay away.
Btw anyone here already use sexcoin for dating? I don't see there is anyone want to accept that coin

We're sorry to hear you didn't enjoy your sexcoin experience and are sorry to see you go.  You're welcome back at any time if you have fresh ideas that you can bring to the table.  Hope you enjoy your other altcoins.

So taking over one company by another and using its brand is a scam and a crime?

You'll have to excuse @nutildah - sh/he/it thrives on attempting to gaslight others with rhetoric that becomes more transparent as a deception the more time sh/he/it replies.  Most of us have wised up to the gas-lighting already and have them on ignore.
2466  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Re: The Lightning Network FAQ on: May 10, 2021, 10:54:11 AM
I'm pretty sure that's a part of the point Frankie was trying to make a week or two ago and got shouted down for their efforts.

You can see his deleted posts here. He was mostly arguing about Lightning not being Bitcoin.

Mostly, but not exclusively.

I've seen a few times where Twitter accounts have been sold and the unsuspecting second user is linked to the first user - I'm not saying that's the case here, but it's a little on the thin side to made connections due to one instance.

If you want to learn to investigate alts with solid connections, come visit the Known Alts of any-one - A User Generated List Mk III thread sometime.
2468  Economy / Collectibles / Re: 3D Printed PSA, MNT, BGS and CGC Graded Card and Slab Holders on: May 09, 2021, 10:34:25 PM
I can work with you to make ones to fit anything you might have. I would simply need at least one of each various style/size you want to use as at template.

For the moment, that might have to be on the "to do" list.  I'll have to work out getting a couple of capsules to you that are sent from overseas (and then sent back again) - I'll PM you about it at a later date.
2469  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Vulnerability discovered on bitcoinpaperwallet[.]com - DO NOT USE IT on: May 09, 2021, 10:23:55 PM
I wouldn't trust a VanitySearch site that isn't made by me or WhyFy.

The issue is more about who creates the site rather than what is used to create it.

Unless of course you were provided with a Part Private Key in which case there is no chance of interference.  I have rolled a handful of vanity wallets for others using this method via @LoyceV's thread - it was for me to gain some experience at doing such things (and I always ensured LoyceV was paid as it was their thread).

If a website were to take your part private key then there wouldn't be any issue surrounding any website going rogue.
2470  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Re: The Lightning Network FAQ on: May 09, 2021, 11:21:48 AM
In a way, a custodial LN wallet is a mixer already. The only thing they'd have to add, is deleting all records after a transaction was made.
For a wallet that's not very practical, but if you're willing to trust a third party to mix funds, you can just as well use a wallet that does everything for you.

I'm pretty sure that's a part of the point Frankie was trying to make a week or two ago and got shouted down for their efforts.
2471  Economy / Goods / Re: Questions for Comic book collectors and advice needed on: May 09, 2021, 06:59:54 AM
I was looking to get some Comics graded and encapsulated then came across a local comic shop at a trade fair who had examples of other companies works and demonstrated how easy it would be to snap down the sides and pries the comic out.

To my thinking, you need to ask yourself, How tamper-proof would the encapsulation be, and, what kind of a market is there for that specific comic is there?

There's no point grading a comic if there's dozens of the comic already on the market.
2472  Economy / Collectibles / Re: 3D Printed PSA, MNT, BGS and CGC Graded Card and Slab Holders on: May 09, 2021, 06:53:02 AM
Hi and thanks to @MoparMiningLLC for letting me know about this thread & service.

I'm looking to get some cards graded and was wondering if they fit PCGS "slabbed" coins - coins that have been graded and encapsulated.

I have two different sizes, one a shall we say "ordinary" size coin holder and a second for oversized coins that are the same width but are slightly fatter holders.  Not sure how many I'd like to get, but thought I'd ask about them first.

Regards,

League Australia:

Didnt do any more bets in the NRL

Probably just as well - at half time the Broncos were ahead and I thought they would cement their leed early in the second half.  But, all they ended up doing was chassing the ball around and watched first a try & conversion then a field goal (which has become a thing this season for teams to do).

Union Australia:

In Union both the Canterbury Crusaders (24 - 13 ) and the Queensland Reds ( 19 - 16 ) won their respective finals

Starting next week there is a whole season of Trans Tasman matches.

I'm not as familiar with the teams, but I'm going to take a stab in the dark and say the Reds, Waratahs, Crusaders, Blues and the Chiefs - probably in close games.
2475  Economy / Goods / Re: [WTS] 1999 1st Edition Holo Pokemon Cards - Jungle - english, japanese on: May 08, 2021, 02:10:58 PM
Hi! oh, the gold overprint is for pokemons first movie that came out in 1999. The same is for your pikachu as well that cant be purchased since these are given for people who went to the movie and provided by watching the movie. Kudos to your father!

Yes, all four are all the same.

I've got a couple of item being sent to minerjones (one of the escrows on the list) so I see you're in the US, would it be possible to send two of the Dragonite overprints to minerjones to forward to me please?

What would postage be?  I can pay with bitcoin and am on at least once per day.
2476  Economy / Goods / Re: [WTS] 1999 1st Edition Holo Pokemon Cards - Jungle - english, japanese on: May 08, 2021, 10:52:23 AM
I see one of your Dragonite's has a gold foil overprint, do you have any information about these cards?  I found a Pikachu with that overprint in the last week while sorting through a stack of cards my father has passed onto me.

1999 Dragonite WOTC Black Star Promo - $40 each of 4 available
Grade chance - 9 or 10 due to zero whitening and good centering etc

*edit* are all four the same?  The pic is a little off for the three not in the lower left position.

Thanks for reading/replying.

This is everything that's wrong ( and right) with this season's winners and loosers:

One team just overruns the other team.

Two games called out of the first three:

Tomorrow is a big day:  Three NRL games along with both the Australian and New Zealand finals of the Rugby Union seasons.

I expect the Reds over the Brumbies and across the ditch, the Crusaders over the Chiefs.

@freebitco.in PR - Just a couple of observations if I may:

I don't think burning any tokens (or coins for that matter) is ever a good idea.  Imagine if DOGE had burned coins in the past, would it's rapid rise just now have attained the same levels, or higher due to a smaller supply.  Don't forget even though there are X Billion coins/tokens, there are less than eight Billion people on the planet, so if each person were to tap into DOGE/Bitcoin/FUN/(insert another name here) the bigger picture is how many people would own how many coins if we were all to participate?

Quote
INTRODUCING A NEW SUPER-FAST TOKEN

People might start asking why do we need to HODL Fun if there's yet another coin/token being developed very soon?

Seriously, if you want fast and cheep transactions, implement and promote Bitcoin Lightning Network for your members.  I think you'd be surprised at how many users would implement it if they used wallets such as Eclair, Phoenix or even Zap on the portable devices.

2479  Economy / Services / Re: I will Pay you for your help. TX STUCK FOR 23 DAYS AND COUNTING on: May 07, 2021, 09:36:33 AM

From what I can tell, the transaction was confirmed seven hours ago:

The number of transactions in the mempool has been dwindling over the last couple of days which has enabled a lot of smaller fee's paid transactions to finally get processed.  It's absurd that CORE users have to outbid each-other to make a payment whereas the Lightning Network they are undercutting each-other to send the TX.

I am from Croatia to be exact, so the situation is like that over here. In a similar manner (even tho not on that scale), we too here have the divide where only the north and the south play Rugby. Not much animosity, but yeah... XD

I knew England had a strong rugby following and community but did not know that about Ireland. Good to hear Smiley It actually makes sense, but I am surprised it's  not the second popular. So what's before? Soccer I would guess. Do YOu guys play cricket? ...[/quote]

I don't know too much about Croatia (except for it's troubled past & it's love of soccer).  It's only natural that games such as Rugby, Soccer and Cricket are an integral part of life in the British Isles (and in the Commonwealth Countries as well).  I'm in Australia and every one are "Cricket Tragics".

So a couple of days when I was going through the ranking, Rabbitohs were in the first or second place? something like that, so this is a surprise. I get it they might lose, but looking just from the highlights, they were played like a fiddle. I could understand the coach's sentiment, but this is ridiculous even from my point of view, but yeah they do mention injuries...

Anyway, since you mentioned the highlights, here they are for anyone else who want's to see https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d9SB907YMkE

Thanks for the link - it was good to see the multiple Try's being scored.

(Just a reminder, there's no need to quote an entire post, even when makeing a lengthy reply.)

The Rabbitoh's are coached by Wayne Bennett who for some twenty years coached the Brisbane Broncos which meant I heared nothing but how wonderful he is (rolls eyes) given I live in South East Queensland...

Like the Broncos under Bennett, once the team starts to crumble, it's a sand castle falling apart.  I don't think the Rabbitohs will do any good after this.

Just while I've been typing this, the Panther's have upped the score (and we have another game in under an hour)
