Did you check Kraken? You can buy Bitcoin on Kraken using an Indian debit/credit card if I am correct without KYC. Compared to the Indian exchange the price of Bitcoin is less on Kraken. The only issue is that you cannot sell Bitcoin for INR on Kraken. Bisq is good for selling Bitcoin for INR but there are not a lot of offers and also Bisq is very slow.

i haven't tried kraken, no.

but i just went through their terms and conditions page and it says this:

"Periodically, we may require you to verify that your account complies with any and all Kraken AML/KYC requirements."

but i'll still give it a shot with a small amount and see if they ask for it or not.

Almost all exchanges now need their user to clear KYC. I believe Kraken would also when you try to withdraw purchased Bitcoin. Still it is better to use Bisq at the moment.

yes, all exchanges are sneaky little bastards like that.

just like gambling sites, they don't care when you deposit no matter how big the amount is.

but must comply by all the rules when u want to withdraw even a tiny little bit.
I did check kraken policy and found that they do accept Indian debt/credit card . You can find more details here. Please go through that page and you will find all the details to buy Bitcoin at a cheaper rate. As for selling I will setup an ANN which I thought earlier but was not able to do it due to some issues. The only issue is that how many members here will use the Bitcointalk Indian P2P ANN? As we don't see an active community now days.

Ishan Kishan never expected that he would get caught at 93. The partnership between Ishan and Shreyas led to India winning the last ODI match. The ball was not coming to the bat and still, Shreyas Iyer was able to score his century. Good comeback by the India side.

here is bisq marketplace report for inr:

https://bisq.markets/market/btc_inr

i have tried to buy bitcoin using bisq several times but there aren't any sellers who use the platform.

and that is basically what you'll see at every non-kyc marketplace.

people worried about receiving bad money in their account and rightly so.

if you do find a seller or 2 you'll notice they selling for price way higher than the market price.

Bisq is great! I mean they have Bitcoin to INR transaction available, wherein there isn't a single transaction happening as most indian crypto community is still going for the government control exchange. I would not blame them as Bisq desktop app struggle to get connected and then if it does get connected you need to follow a hell of procedures.

I tried it once and it continues to show me the same error message, that was unable to connect. I recommend holding on till a new tax law is passed. I also know there are many in this forum earning their livelihood.

have u seen the prices at the non-kyc exchanges?

each and every one of them is selling at 25% above market price.

no one is ever going to buy that.

so, it comes down to either u pay ridiculous amount to buy.

or u let exchanges sell ur personal data and u become a target for the govt.

either way ur fu**ed!!

IND VS WA XI

Does anyone knows on which platform this match is being streamed? I am following a social media influencers to get updates about this match. The last information that I have is that Surya Kumar scored 50 runs and India scored 158 runs in 20 overs and lost 6 wicket. Considering this to be a practice match the score is not that good and can be easily achieved by the WA XI team. The India bowlers have a tough task to defend this score.

England VS Australia

What brilliant batting from Alex Hales and Jos Buttler! These two openers are playing great. With their help, England collected 128 runs in 11 overs without losing any wickets. Australia's bowlers failed to pick up any wickets. If England can continue batting like this then England can collect more than 230 today. Ales Hales scored 62 off 36 balls to remain unbeaten and Buttler scored 64 off 30 balls. If England can give more than 200 targets I think England will win the match. But since the pitch is batting-friendly. Australia's batsmen will definitely want to perform well in this match. Overall the match will be competitive.

At this rate, England might score 200+ runs in this match. I am still confused as to why did Australia choose to bowl first after winning the toss. Clearly, it shows the pitch is suited for batters. England has plenty of wickets in hand and reaching 200 won't be that big an issue for them.

As I wrote earlier the English side would go beyond 200. They did and ultimately the Australian side was not able to chase 208 runs. As a team psychologically this is a big chase considering it is beyond 200 runs. This match was predictable as in T20 any team that scores more than 200+ runs makes it difficult for the opponent side.

Ishan Kishan VS Shreyas Iyer

They both scored a half-century in this match, you can clearly see the difference between them. Ishan Kishan is behaving as an ODI batter wherein Shreyas is still in the T20 slow mode. Ishan has been using bat down attitude for most of his shots but Iyer is using a bat up approach. This is why Iyer has been vulnerable in every format of the game.

This is why Ishan Kishan is suited for ODI and Test cricket rather than a T20 player. Then again he is playing in his hometown.

India VS South Africa

South Africa won the toss and decided to bat first. A good decision in case if it might rain in Ranchi today. However their current run rate is below 5 and they have already lost 2 wickets. The pitch doesn't seems to favour batter but more to bowlers. This is the last match of the bi lateral series and India needs to win it otherwise they will lose this series in their home ground.
In the second match, Africa is batting well. So far they have managed to score 138 runs in 27 overs losing 2 wickets. There are two great batsmen on the pitch Aiden Markram and Reeza Hendricks they have put on a partnership of 110 runs. Even in today's match, their chances of victory are very high. Let's see what happens at the end.

South Africa managed to collect 157 runs in 30 overs. They lost only two wickets. Hendricks remained unbeaten with 73 runs and Marakram 53 runs. South Africa's innings is getting longer because of the 117-run partnership between these two players. Now their average run rate is 5. But if these two players are at the crease, South Africa are likely to set a target of more than 300.
300 runs does not seem like a big target for India. Even if South Africa score 300 runs, India will try their best to win today's match. If Shikhar Dhawan can get a good start then India will have more chances to win today's match. If they can win today the series will alive. On the other hand, Africa also did not do well in T20, so they will try hard to win this ODI series.
I think if India can bat well then they will win this match. If Indian good players can play good game in this match then it will be good for India. And if Indian players can't bat well then many ties to win the match.  Bharot will suffer. However, the runs that have been made will be a very tough fight between the two teams.
I was at first in the impression that South Africa won't be able to reach 200+ runs. However they did go beyond my expectations and scored 279 runs. The target doesn't seems difficult but it can if India losses early wickets. I eager to watch Shubman Gill bat in this match. This guys has a lot of talent but lack the experience.

Fast bowlers are a rare breed these days. In my opinion, most bowlers avoid being fast in order to increase their sporting life. I still remember the fear in the batter's eye if any of the mentioned bowlers come to bowl. They were really very fast at that time. The demand for hitters has reduced such batsmen in this era of cricket. I think from India Shubhman Gill can become one of them in the future.

Reducing the run-up and pace doesn't guarantee injury-free career. Look at the case of Jasprit Bumrah. He is having such a short run-up (even Ganguly had a longer one), and still ended up injured. On the other hand, bowlers such as James Anderson never gets injured, despite the lengthy run-up. Outside sub-continent, the bowling domain is still dominated by fast bowlers. I don't know much about Shubhman Gill. His batting style seems to be very different from that of Chanderpaul or Dravid.
India does have a fast bowler, Umran Malik. He has proven in IPal tha he can bowl above 150kmph. I am not sure why the selectors or the team management are not giving him more opportunities. He needs more experience to improve his balling abilities. Shubman Gill is a combo pack he can stand like a wall and when required he can go after the bowlers.

I think more than a gambling platforms run a bug bounty it should be the cryptocurrency that should run a bug bounty. I am saying this because of the recent BNB hack.

I also do not think any casino should run such a bounty as they are themselves asking hackers to hack them to find a bug. Just imagine a hacker participate in such a bounty and what he will be able to do with that casino. I am sure none of the casinos would like to go through that situation.

Australia VS Westindies

This T20 series is proving to be fatal for the Westindies side. 178 was a target that can be chased. I mean what can get wrong with the Westindies batter, they were struggling to hit like a bunch of ameature.

India women VS Pakistan women

What a win by the Pakistani girls. The only team that could challenge the Indian side in the Asia cup was Pakistan. 137 was not that a difficult target for the Indian batters but the way Pakistani bowlers attacked the Indian batters was commendable. In my opinion we will certainly see these two teams in the finals of Asia cup.

BCCI wants SA to qualify for the ODIWC!
1. They dropped easy four catch.
2. Sanju Samson doesn't want to bat in those crucial overs when every one knows he is the in form batter.
3. Lower order throwing wickets by hitting shots which are nothing but lofted catches.
4. BCCI testing with new players in this series.

Hybrid casinos?  Grin

Accepting Both fiat and crypto payments or options for gamblers on whatever they do prefer on using up.Both options are available.
Also hybrid means, integrating Sportsbook and casinos is also available on the said platforms.

Dont know if this one fits on that category but this is what i do commonly see nowadays.

I was literally thinking about it before I saw your reply. I would like to add here that Hybrid casinos are those which will have KYC and licenses as they were the first fiat-based casinos and slowly integrated crypto into their payment and it all started in 2012 with Bitcoin being the first accepted as payment.

Jofra Archer has just played 13 test matches so I don't think there is any comparison necessary with the likes of McGrath or Donald.

But fair enough as we both agree on "Personal Bias". My point wasn't about comparison anyway, I was merely pointing out that we have enough memorable tests/series in recent times too. For example fans (at least Indian and Aussie) will talk about recent BGT even after a couple of decades.

Agreed. One thing that I don't like about test cricket is that it has changed a lot during the last 10-20 years. One difference is that we no longer have someone like Brett Lee or Shoaib Akhtar, who can bowl at 95 mph constantly. Even Mfuneko Ngam used to bowl at such pace, before his career got destroyed as a result of injury. And second thing is that we no longer have someone like Shivnarine Chanderpaul, Rahul Dravid or even Trevor Gripper, who would dig in and play with a lot of patience. Nowadays even test batsmen have strike rates of 70 or 80.

Fast bowlers are a rare breed these days. In my opinion, most bowlers avoid being fast in order to increase their sporting life. I still remember the fear in the batter's eye if any of the mentioned bowlers come to bowl. They were really very fast at that time. What happened to West Indies yesterday? They are to blame themselves, dropping two catches in the final over bowled by Sheldon Cottrell was the reason they lost the first match. Those two were not tough catches that they dropped. The game was well poised then, and I felt West Indies could have won it.
2477  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: October 05, 2022, 11:45:31 AM
For those who were considering South Africa after the first match they didn't believe, the next two matches were surprising. Three South African cricketers have managed to change the game in the last two matches. Quinton de Kock, David Miller and Rossouw are the only three cricketers who have performed the best in the next two matches. Although Rossouw did not do well in the 2nd match but had a great performance in the 3rd match.

Does it matter now? They already lost the T20 series in India which by the way was for the first time as they never lost any T20 series against India and played in India before this series. Late blooming won't help South Africa in the T20WC. This series was a prerun for the world cup and I am sure the South African side knew it but they were late.

India VS South Africa

The first ODI will be played tomorrow. In total 3 ODI's will be played between these two teams. All three would be day and night matches. After defeating South Africa for the first time in T20 series in India, I am sure the men in blue would be trying to do the same in this ODI series. The Indian side will have a lot of new talents and it would be interesting to watch them.

Australia vs West Indies, 1st T20 match Australia won the toss and decided to bowl. But it is not predictable which team will win this match today. West Indies scored 24 runs in 2 overs. But they lost 1 wicket. Kyle Mayers is very  Batting well, scored 18 runs off 9 balls. Looks like he will score 50 runs in this match today.
Australia is a far better team than West Indies and the chances of them winning this match is far better. I understand you cannot predict the outcome of a T20 match but when I compare the performance of both the sides in the past couple of matches the Australian side look much stronger.

Deepak is not the bowler whom as a team you should have in any tournament. This Gus is nuts! He continues to bowl those balls which eventually would either get a Noball or a Wide. You need intelligent or cunning bowlers in the last over.

The last time MD. Shiraz played in a T20 match was in February this year and today he was simply dominating the batter. I would simply say it is a good comeback. I don't know whether India will win this match but I know one thing, this Indian side with everyone playing would be difficult to ignore.
