2461  Economy / Reputation / Re: I would like to address my negative trust feedback and apologise on: July 28, 2022, 12:02:25 PM
Absolutely correct! It's crazy how some DT just give out neg tag at any slice chance, and if Bustadice has no problem with other start-up casinos using some of their content, I don't see why some random internet users who aren't related to Bustadice would take matters into their own hands. The site has yet to defraud anyone, and no withdrawal issues have been reported.

I disagree. Don't you think it's fair to warn the community if you, for example, find a project with a plagiarized whitepaper or fake team members, or a casino with a plagiarized content and an unlicensed script?

The red is excessive; he admitted his mistakes and made amends; I hope the DT reconsiders and gives him another chance. Everyone is deserving of it. Cheers!

It's a matter of opinion. You are free to exclude the mentioned DT members from your trust list if you don't agree with their opinion.

@devans what do you think? ( Bustadice admin)

I suggest you read the OP's post again, and also the trust feedback left on his profile.

devans    2022-06-27    Reference    In addition to obviously plagiarizing large parts of bustadice.com, 8bethub is also using bustadice's code without its permission.
2462  Economy / Gambling / Re: Stake.com - The Leading Crypto Casino - 🦉 Drake, UFC, Watford Main Partner ⚽ 🥊 on: July 28, 2022, 09:20:03 AM
I've asked their live support now on their website about it and they replied quickly that they don't allow vpn anymore.

That's a somewhat vague reply from Live Support regarding the use of VPN. They refer to their Terms of Use, despite the fact that VPN is mentioned only once in their ToS, and that's in the context of circumventing geo-blocking or jurisdictional restrictions using VPN and similar technologies.

So, I think using a VPN at Stake.com online casino is okay, except if we are placing bets from jurisdictions where we aren't allowed to do so.

The best thing to do for me before using vpn on any casino platform is directly asking their customer support if they allow it. Sometimes the review we found on different sources are already outdated, the review can say they allow the use of vpn but in the present date, they don't anymore.

Yes, I agree. It's always a good idea to ask first, and be sure to archive their response for future reference.
2463  Other / Off-topic / Re: VAR: Has it improved football or has made it worse ?* on: July 28, 2022, 08:49:29 AM
VAR remains almost exclusively used only in the world's biggest tournaments and leagues. Those competitions with more limited budgets do not have the resources or equipment to make it economically viable. This is a critical issue in many parts of the world, where the number of domestic cups in smaller countries, compared to elite leagues, do not have the financial wherewithal to make it work.

There's no doubt that the advanced use of VAR in the World Cup has transformed the game and that many games have been decided through its use. But the jury is still out on whether or not it has actually improved the flow of the game or helped reduce the number of mistakes and/or unfair decisions that were made before it came into use.

It has been said that VAR has made the game of football even slower and more complex than before, and this is certainly true. But there are cases of VAR being used at the right time to get the game back on track when a serious error has been made.
2464  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The characteristics of people who are addicted to online gambling on: July 28, 2022, 08:24:02 AM
As for me, I'm not addicted to gambling and I will not allow myself to get addicted into it as well and I hope other gamblers learn how to quit if they needed to.

Similar story here.I like gambling, but I don't think I'm addicted to it. Gambling is fun, but when I start having expenses I am not able to afford , I stop. I will never give up on gambling and try to get addicted into it. I don't want my life to be messed up.

There are some steps which can help you to overcome online gambling addiction. Some of these steps are making the right choices, managing your time effectively, and getting rid of temptations. The chances of you getting into the trap of an online gambling addiction, are significantly high, if you do not have good insight into how to manage your time effectively. There are many people out there who do not know how to manage their time effectively, which results in spending more time on online gambling sites and ultimately make them overspend.
2465  Economy / Gambling / Re: ⭐ BTCGOSU ⭐ Your Trusted Guide to the Best Bitcoin Casinos ⭐ on: July 28, 2022, 07:55:54 AM
Hey GOSUS, I hope you are all doing well! We have just released an update of our website with mainly the header section being revamped. The menu still needs some tweaking but I think that this is a big improvement overall. Cool

The redesign looks awesome! I really enjoy the new layout. And i also agree that the redesign is a great improvement. The header header section now looks much more cohesive, clean and easy to understand. The color palette also looks really good and very attractive. I think the design team did a great job.
2466  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Looking to start an online casino on: July 22, 2022, 09:48:43 PM
Starting a successful gambling business requires funds. Lots and lots of funds. There are no easy ways to do it. It requires heavy investment to start a new casino business. And gambling businesses are one of the riskiest endeavors available. This is a fact.

A good way to start a successful casino business is to start with the small ones. These businesses will be easier to get into, will attract a smaller amount of risks, and will probably be profitable within the first year.

Even then, a good casino business requires money, time and patience to grow and get bigger. You need money for buying licenses, paying staff, advertising and other expenses. But most importantly, you need money for the house bankroll. You need to build a cash reserve to prevent the business from collapsing once the first big payout comes in.
2467  Economy / Gambling / Re: New Online Casino Directory: newcasinos.io on: July 22, 2022, 08:32:07 PM
First of all, welcome to this forum. I hope you'll find this little community worth sticking around for a while.  Wink

In regards to your site, I see that it is another casino directory we have already seen quite a few of. Nothing wrong with that, but in order to get any traffic at all, you need something unique and different to stand out from the crowd. What I mean by that is, first, have a bit of a different theme than any of the other sites, and second, have unique content that isn't all about the same sort of promotion.

Also, I hope that you will not simply list the casino sites that pay the best referral commission and do nothing else. You should at least do the same research on each site, as well as your personal reviews, so that readers have at least some insight into what they can expect in each and every site. This helps to get visitors to the casino site and keeps them on board. It also helps them to learn something new and increase their visitor interest, while providing you with a reason to continue to provide your service. Good luck!
2468  Economy / Speculation / Re: Effect of Tesla bitcoin sale not significant on: July 22, 2022, 07:19:09 PM
The news about Tesla is just clickbait, as most news pertaining to crypto these days. They do it to spread panic and force you to sell.

As far as I know, Tesla released its financial results for the second quarter of 2022 in line with what is expected of them by their shareholders and as they routinely do each year. Media outlets were merely reporting the facts and published their articles accordingly.

And I don't believe Elon Musk ever moved the price in 2021. He could have moved dogecoin's price, but not bitcoin.

Elon Musk doesn't move the price, the market does. Market moves are the result of many things, but the key component of all of these reactions is the psychology of the traders and the buying and selling that result from them.
2469  Economy / Reputation / Re: LoyceV using their authority is trying to falsely accuse me of scamming on: July 22, 2022, 04:21:17 PM
If you claim that LoyceV and The Pharmacist are alts of the same user, you should back it up with evidence.
Let's see:
  • Both registered in 2015, less than a month apart.
  • Both wear Foxpup's Merit Cycling Club Avatar.
  • Both have the same ChipMixer signature.
  • Both have +28 positive feedbacks.
  • Both hate spammers and scammers.
  • Both include each other on their Trust lists.
So it must be true Smiley

Yep. Not to mention that you both write in English exclusively and participate heavily in "Meta" and "Reputation" boards. That seems like too much of a coincidence if you ask me.

I think thermos should do something about this! Grin
2470  Economy / Gambling / Re: FreeBitco.in-$200 FreeBTC⭐Win Lambo🔥0.2BTC DailyJackpot🏆$32,500 Wager Contest on: July 22, 2022, 04:01:10 PM
The main logic in gambling is to have fun so it does not matter if you lose but on the strategy showed by @dezoel you can minimize the risk of losing and manage to pull out some profit. You can copy the same strategy if you are afraid to lose but still wants to try your luck in gambling.

In gambling, our chance to win is not that much but no, it does not guarantee that we can lose in every session that we make. @dezoel, I am not really into sports but I already saw that kind of strategy on most casino games. Not only in terms of minimizing the risk, but many are doing that to wager much faster. It's a nice strategy in my opinion.

Maybe we have different points of view on this, but it seems to me that it's unrealistic to get any pleasure from losses, especially when you play gambling. Of course, if a disciplined player follows a specific strategy, then losses can be perceived differently. However, most players feel losses more emotionally, and as a result, some players get tilted because of it.

My friend has a habit of getting upset about every small loss that he experiences. He gets so upset over losing $100 that he considers it a tragedy and feels it's some kind of life-altering experience. To me, it's a relatively small amount of money, and I consider it insignificant. However, for my friend, this is akin to losing his house or something.

So, yeah, each of us experiences gambling in a different way, based on our own personal history and our own unique personality. And I guess I wouldn't put too much stock in the idea that gambling can be a positive experience for people who can't "handle" the ups and downs of the "game."

In reality, it would be far better for most people to follow a path of sober and balanced use of gambling. If you want to gamble, and you have the means, I say that you should do so. However, if you are struggling with mental health issues or other "red flags" that might indicate gambling addiction or other serious issues, I urge you to consider the negative consequences of these activities before investing time or money into them.
2471  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: 🚀 GiveMeTron 🚀 🎁 Don't Forget The Affliate Wager Earnings When Gambling 🎁⚡ on: July 22, 2022, 03:39:17 PM
we first publish on bitcointalk. because here we will review the comments and prepare a briefing on our website. we needed to get the questions

Regardless, it's still strange that you don't have any information nor details about your service and the service you're about to provide on your site. That's not overly user-friendly for the average person.
Also, the level of trust that this is going to require on the part of the user to use this service, and the capability of the user to understand the solution they're about to get to, is highly dubious. You'll have a ton of people trying to figure out what you're all about, and only by giving the user some kind of transparency and more of a reason to trust you in this matter will they trust you.
2472  Economy / Gambling / Re: Duelbits.com | Casino & Sportsbook | Earn up to 50% rakeback | VIP | on: July 22, 2022, 02:30:14 PM
As many people keep discussing about the accusation, the one accusation has been successfully confirmed by duelbits if the player now can able withdraw his winning.

I know you meant well, but you should choose your words with more care. The accusation in sale2000's case was not confirmed, but the case was resolved in his favor. In other words, we can say that the accusation has been actually disprovedWink
2473  Local / Hrvatski (Croatian) / Re: [VELIKA LISTA] Hardverski novčanici (80+) on: July 22, 2022, 12:40:17 PM
@dkbit98, hvala na novim informacijama.

2474  Economy / Reputation / Re: LoyceV using their authority is trying to falsely accuse me of scamming on: July 22, 2022, 11:05:50 AM
LoyceV stop posting here from multi-accounts! When will you change your avatar? You're so afraid of others finding out that you're deleting my posts, right? Obviously, you're doing this to mislead everyone. Now you're all upset about being caught.
<snip>

You have no authority to stop LoyceV, or anyone else for that matter, from posting from any account he wants. Instead, why don't you present your evidence in a meaningful way so that the rest of us can understand what seems so obvious to you. If you claim that LoyceV and The Pharmacist are alts of the same user, you should back it up with evidence. Otherwise, it's nothing but baseless accusations.

By the way, LoyceV does not delete your posts, the moderators do. Read how the forum works before posting such nonsense.

The remaining of your post is nothing more than meaningless rambling, since you disregard all the arguments that have already been made.
2475  Economy / Reputation / Re: Am I abusing the trust system? on: July 21, 2022, 11:49:49 PM
_BlackStar, there is no doubt that these accounts are related in some way. The addresses you posted are certainly connected, not just by sending (accumulating) tokens to the same address, but also with direct transactions between them. However, blockchain transactions alone may not be sufficient to prove these are alt accounts, so I would recommend finding additional evidence (even circumstantial), and leaving a neutral tag in the meantime.

And if you didn't remove those feedbacks, personally I wouldn't even have a problem with that.  Fuck 'em.

I'll go along with that.  Wink
2476  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Duelbits Casino does not want to confirm my KYC - withdrawal not paid on: July 21, 2022, 11:13:47 PM
If you bet on game Z at Duelbits, and went to bet on the same game at another casino, and also bet on the same game at another casino

Can this not be considered cheating?

I think this is what the Sportsbook Provider is looking into, but I would like to know if you have the same username on the 3 sites you have placed bets on the same game?

This strategy is called arbitrage betting, or arbing. Although bookmakers often react ambiguously to arbing, many take action to detect and restrict it because they consider it a risk to their business. While multiple bookmakers might use the same security company to detect unwanted gamblers, I don't believe it matters if he uses the same username on multiple platforms because they use special algorithms that analyze a number of parameters to detect whether a player is arbing or not.
2477  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How Gambling companies can get more users to deposit. on: July 21, 2022, 02:30:03 PM
I it not about having options only.

It is about making it fast and without problems. Preferably decentralized.

freebitco.in for example is rarely doing manual inspections and every other withdrawal request is fully automated. If you have a rock solid, hack-free casino you can do this too. Otherwise you'll have to manually check almost every withdrawal request which is going to frustrate the players and then naturally they will leave this casino.

That's right. The speed of withdrawals also matters. Due to the fact that we gamble on crypto gambling sites, we are used to withdrawals being processed in a short period of time, so any delay could be a cause for concern or an unnecessary panic, and that is definitely not a good situation to find yourself in. After all, crypto gambling sites are a business, too, so they do not want customers leaving due to certain concerns. So you want to make the withdrawals fast, right?

By the way, when a casino puts restrictions on withdrawing money from your account, that means you are at their mercy, and therefore no longer in control. You no longer have the option to use your money whenever you want and how you want it. And freedom of choice is a key factor when it comes to something as important as money.
2478  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Threshold of Loss in Gambling on: July 21, 2022, 12:49:47 PM
-snip-
That's why it's important to manage the amount of spending that we use to gamble so that we won't feel too sad if we lose.

It's true what you said. I had the feeling that I still had enough money to gamble, makes a funding continuously when I lost, until all the money was gone. Indeed all that money is free money. However, still thinking if it's not overused it might still have a few dollars to trade LOL. But, regret is also useless. take this as a lesson to be more controlled in gambling. Trying to get a win continously will only make us more irregular in betting. From the initial small bet, increasing the bet, until finally the balance and bet are not balanced and make it run out faster.

Without doubt, a lot of people feel very sad after they've lost big bucks during this kind of activity, and the only remedy for such outcome is to limit the amount of money that we are able to spend in this manner. The problem with gambling is that even if you know that the results may not come back to you, you still keep on trying. And that's why it's really important to have specific amounts that you are able to spend in this kind of activity.

It is important to understand the basic rules of gambling, as well as to learn about the potential risks and dangers associated to it, so that one will be able to enjoy the excitement that gambling offers and not get lost in this kind of relationship with it, where a relationship may ultimately leave us with nothing. So, learn how to protect yourself and avoid losing more.

"I want to exchange 1 BTC for USDT", but described the exchange conditions in the topic: "I want to exchange 1 BTC for USDT.
1 BTC = 60000 USDT, so you get 1 BTC.", would this be considered scam?

As a matter of fact, this is called an unfair (or deceptive) trade practice, and it is illegal in most civilized countries. You can read more about it here: Unfair Trade Practice. So, the answer is yes. In general, this would be considered a scam attempt. Even more so in your case - given your account history.
