Dear minters,

I won't be available (at least reliably) till Tuesday. Try not to wreak havoc in the mean time!

Good day and stay fresh.

Look at page 1. I'm not even sure what the official logo is...
The one above is. I decided to show another picture inspired by the logo for purely informational reasons.

They do. Look at the first page under merchants. David probably hasn't seen his post yet.
No, I have a heavy schedule for the following days. Could you sum up what is being asked for?

Any news on the logo? There was a competition for a new one I remember. What's the status?
Done and won. Sorry, I didn't take time to mention it here, I assume someone else would have done it

All you are saying boils down to this:
"There is something big that will happen to this coin. What? I can't say. When? It won't happen for at least 2 weeks. But don't sell (ok, well day-trade a bit)...but you'll regret large sell orders!"
Exactly.
Which is what most coins claim...
I never promised you a rose garden.
2468  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Mintcoin for the future on: March 12, 2014, 02:00:55 AM
More information is needed If people are to take the advice though David. Several weeks is a very long time in the Cryptoworld. I thought we were talking about a time frame of a day or two.
Sorry I can't, I promised.

You know what? Just forget it for the moment. It won't impact the economy of mintcoin for the immediate future.

I just got some insider information that could make mintcoin worth a lot of money. I pledged not to say a thing about it, so I will only tell you this: don't sell your mintcoins now.
Not sure if I need to trust or not.
You should always use a mix of data when making a decision. Don't trust only one source of information, whatever this source is. This apply even to the oldest mintcoin supporters like me. This applies to anything, not just cryptocoins, by the way.

I won't say more for the moment. Even teasing will be for later Smiley

I would like to add that David is the Official Team Founder and Task Manger for Mintcoin and he is not prone to giving misleading or false statements. If he says there is something big coming then you should heed the warning and remove your sell orders that are in range of a large snap-up.

Thanks CatKiwi.

It will take time if it happens. So you can still day-trade for quite some time.
Sorry, I honestly can't be more specific about the "time". The only thing I can say for sure is that it won't happen this week or the week after.
2471  Local / Altcoins (Français) / ASIC USB pour Scrypt? on: March 12, 2014, 12:53:52 AM
Bonjour,

I believe this means something:

Vertcoin: three months old, 374 pages on the announcement thread
Vertcoin: one month old, 421 pages on the announcement thread

Pretty sure you meant mintcoin on that second line
Yep, thanks

Is it the amount shown in the wallet that's the correct amount?
Yes.

Does anyone have a different balance on the mintcoin exeplorer than they do in their wallet even though it is synced up?
Yes. It used to be right for me some time ago, but it changed since then. So definitely the explorer is not synchronised.

Come on guys, give him a break. He is too young.

Well done Philip, well done  Wink
Exactly. Youth shall be encouraged, not derided.
