At this point, we can comfortably say that Bayern Munich are going to become the champions of this season. Dortmund showed it to us by being destroyed by Leipzig home. It was just unbelievable to see Dortmund losing that match like that. It was the proof that they had no intention of fighting for the title anymore. It is going to be just annoying to see Bayern Munich making it to the title again but there is nothing to do about it. As long as the other teams don't compete with them, there is no other choice.

It was a good night for Manchester City I think. Atletico Madrid did their best here to defend them I believe. Things wouldn't have been better than this for Atletico Madrid here. Because it was obvious that Manchester City were going to dominate this match. Atletico Madrid had to do the thing they do the best. And it was defending. They had some chances to score too actually but couldn't benefit from them. Especially Llorente's opportunity was crucial but his shot was weak. Manchester City got a 1-0 win and it is quite advantageous I believe.

Barcelona were desperately trying their best to score and win the match. And thankfully, the mission was accomplished.    Pedri was there to save the team this time by a nice goal. And finally we are seeing Barcelona at the second position.

Atletico Madrid are having a wonderful time in the La Liga for weeks indeed. But this can be absolutely misleading too. Because they don't perform the same in the La Liga and the Champions League both. They don't have opponents that are of the same quality in both tournaments. Manchester City are going to be their most serious opponent these days. And I can feel a certain loss for Atletico Madrid in the first leg as it is in Etihad. Manchester City will have the control of the match and Atletico Madrid will try to stop them by a solid defense. But they won't be able to stop Manchester City I think.

It was a horrible night for Arsenal definitely. I was not expecting them to even draw with Crystal Palace. They should have been able to win this comfortable match for them. But Crystal Palace shocked them by finding two goals in eight minutes in the first half already. And after this happened, Arsenal had a huge problem on collecting themselves. And this resulted in conceding another goal and losing by 3-0 for Arsenal. But I still don't think that Arsenal will continue to have big problems during the remaining weeks. They would make a big effort for top four until the end.

Marseille didn't make a simple mistake today and defeated St Etienne by 4-2 away. It was hell of a performance by them really. And they have captured the second position again from Rennes. Marseille are still the most likely team to finish the season at this position. By the way, Strasbourg are doing a wonderful job too. They beat Lens by 1-0 today and they are now one position ahead of Nice in the league table. They are the owner of the fourth position currently. Strasbourg are definitely one of the impressive teams of the season.

The match between Atalanta and Napoli was really interesting today. Atalanta were seen as the favourite by bookmakers. And to be honest, they had a much better performance than Napoli here. But Napoli played very efficiently and took advantage of their several chances in the best way possible. And they won by 3-1 here. Atalanta players must be very frustrated after performing like this. It was not a lucky day at all for them. And Napoli are sharing the points with Milan now but Milan are still keeping their lead.

They really made it! And thanks to their victory, my bet has won too. But I must admit one thing here that it wasn't easy at all. I didn't like Real Madrid too much in their defense especially. They let Celta Vigo come too many times that they would have even lost points here. After this 2-1 victory, they must be really happy to be back on track again. Because the El Clasico loss was humiliating for them. They are closing in on the championship step by step.

Barcelona have five days left to play against Frankfurt in the quarter final round. The first match is in Germany and Barcelona's odd to win this match is 1.70 now. This is a quite favorable odd to bet on I presume. Barcelona are the absolute favourite in this matchup already and I think they will play big in the first match. And this would help them get a decent win to secure themselves before the match in Camp Nou. Barcelona are starting to feel the title now and this is another obstacle ahead.

Real Madrid are back to the La Liga again after a national break. And their opponent today is Celta Vigo. This is an away match maybe but I don't have any doubts about them to win this match. Because they got a really humiliating result against Barcelona the last time in the La Liga. Nobody was expecting that bad score. It is time to atone for this terrible loss and cheer their fans up. And a 1.90 odd for Real Madrid win is like a huge present for us now. I've already bet on Real Madrid to win today.

The second half of the Liverpool - Watford match is continuing right now. There are only twenty minutes to go for the final whistle. And so far, Liverpool have dominated the match completely just as most people expected. However they are still only 1-0 ahead now. This is a very risky score now and I hope to see Liverpool increasing the goal difference to two as soon as possible. Watford are not playing in this half at all maybe but this kind of situations are always worrying for the favourite team of the match. If Liverpool win, they will take the lead from Manchester City temporarily.

I can't wait to see the matches on this week. And the matches that I wonder the most now are Kayserispor - Fenerbahce and Konyaspor - Goztepe. Because there is a really strong rivalry between Fenerbahce and Konyaspor to have the second position at the end of the season. The team to finish the season there are going to qualify for the Champions League qualification round in the end. My opinion for these matches is like they both wouldn't make a mistake and would win their matches this week.

Union Berlin - Koln match can be another tough match of the week. This is an important match for both of them in the fight for the sixth position now. Koln seem to be a little ahead of their opponent to me actually. But bookies are showing Union Berlin as the favourite in this one. There is no huge difference between them in the standings now. Koln are only two points ahead of them. And actually their first meet ended in a draw by 2-2 in Koln. But I still believe in Koln not to lose and even win this maybe.

Manchester City - Atletico Madrid draw can be really fun for us to watch. But maybe we might see few goals in the second leg that is going to be in Wanda Metropolitano. But my expectation from the first leg is going to be quite high. Because all of us know how great Manchester City are playing in their home matches. They literally own those matches and make us watch a match with a high tempo most of the time. And I hope to see at least three goals in that match too. And obviously, Manchester City would advance to next round.

Juventus are going to have one of their toughest matches these days. And it is valid for their opponent in this match as well that is Inter. Inter have had a worse time period than Juventus these days and their form has dropped down quite a lot. And thanks to this, Juventus found a big chance to catch up with them this much. Of course we can't overlook Juventus' great effort like I mentioned. Although bookmakers favour Inter to win now, I believe that Juventus won't be the losing side here. If there is going to be a winner, it would be Juventus.

The most attractive matchup of this round is Manchester City - Liverpool. There is no more than one leg in this round and the match is in Wembley. There are still around two weeks to go for the match actually. This is a good amount of time to get ready for the match. And they are going to play in the EPL against each other before this match too. Something tells me that Liverpool are going to succeed in eliminating Manchester City in the FA Cup but it is still early to be sure of anything. And mine is just about a feeling too.

It was an amazing race in my opinion. And Perez was the most unlucky driver of the day certainly. Because he was leading the Grand Prix for a long time but the incident caused him to lose his place to Leclerc. It was a great fake by Ferrari by the way.    They showed it like they were going to have Leclerc in the pit right after the incident but Leclerc didn't enter. And Red Bull tried to counter Ferrari by having Perez before them but it was in vain. And the competition between Verstappen and Leclerc was incredible just as in the Bahrain GP. But this time, the winner was Verstappen.
