That's only prediction and we must prepare for the worst, follow the trend it will safe your asset. Mostly I ignore news because all news only about speculation, need big money and play in moment. I'm technical trader and use data ( number ) as basic analysis. If you agree with the news just take action but please use money management, something wrong could happen and good luck to you.

Right now many platform comes up but only few of them survive, not because their performance but because can't built good communication with members. Coins should always be considered in a safe storage, there are lot of wallets and platform that could be used to hold coins, both of this has good side and bad. Where will you choose to store or hold your coins, in a close source wallet (exchanges) or an open source wallet like electrum and Hodler wallet?
Until now I only use MEW as safe storage for my coins, use exchanges to trade but never hold it for long term period ( exchanges more risky ). People has different reason but I know that MEW is enough. As long you never share device & network, always check link address everything will safe. Meaning use platform/ system you know and never protect it with easy way because scammer/ hacker mostly use hard way to stole your asset. |

Everyone keeps saying 2019 will be profitable for the crypto community... but in life I've had to learn things the hard way.. which makes me always want to look into things in 2 ways no matter the odds
What if 2019 is the beginning of another dump?? What would you do as a investor?? Wait till your portfolio goes to zero?? ... or sell whatever is left of it??
I have great experience in 2018, never hold too long or break your own rules. If I out when reach take profit point my fund will never stuck like right now. I don't have many choice I hope still have good patience to wait for recovery asset. This year I'll leave crypto to built skill into forex market, I hope I can get alternative income from there. |

Ever since the market went red, have you guys received any tokens from the bounty campaigns you have joined? In my case, I haven't received any and I've asked the devs of the projects that I have participated in and they told me that they are following their roadmap and focusing on their product. Are you in the same situation as me?
Same like me but what we can do, just wait and try to join another bounty program or continue your trading/ off line activity. We already finish our job but get pay is developer decisions. In this red zone I believe developer must think hard and do something different to make their project survive. Not easy to face delay payment but keep patience and good luck to you. |

IMO it is possible to "predict" an incoming bear or bull run with very high accuracy, in that when a whale/bull/bear is entering into play at a given moment, he does it on just one or two exchanges, not many of them, right?
Suppose he is playing on Bitstamp one day.
Then big price changes happen on Bitstamp, and in very short time those changes propagate to other exchanges, right?
But i am sure they propagate with some delay, maybe 30 seconds, so that if you trade on a minor exchange, you have all the time to take measures before the big change propagates to the exchange you are using.
I still haven't looked into it making precise graph comparisons, as it takes time to do this research.

Have you found any kind of "patterns" that support what i'm saying?
For example, have you observed whether or not the big whales always operate on those few major exchanges (say Coinbase, Bitfinex, Binance and Bitstamp), and then the price variation propagates to minor exchanges ( say Yobit, Cryptopia etc. ) with an useful delay ? (at least 10 seconds)
I only see prediction, you're not whales. People have different strategy to face market risk and of course they have enough preparation about that. Bull and bear is about moment and moment can end any time they want. I interesting about graph comparisons, this is new and maybe can useful for my swing strategy. |

I think the x10 and x100's of several altcoins/platforms are to be seen in 2018 Enjoy the ride brothers and sisters For example The Movement (MVT) is already up x10 since I know it https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2068554.0 and the market cap is still way below 1 million USD (total supply 3,000,000). It could be a X100+  My MANA is also up x10 and growing. There are many good gems to watch closely in 2018 We hope so but for all altcoins become green again, this red zone taking too long. People will chose what the best for them even look's impossible but never give up is the best option. Just protect your asset and try forex market for alternative, similar but with 2 direction activity, something old for new income. |

when so long bitcoin and altcoin have significantly reduced prices, many traders are very panicked and sell some of the coins they buy at high prices, and because of their fear they will reduce their capital, they are afraid to lose everything, in panic and fear they will lose all the capital they use, it really makes the traders really lose, but now that the market is recovering, is there still a reason for a trader not to return to their trade? if for me this is the time for us to rise again and return to our trade, so that we can cover the losses we have suffered so far, so never think of stopping trading for example we want to return all our losses, and we can get more profits .
I think stop is natural because not everyone can survive but never give up is better than stop. Take time to relax and enjoy the profit is part of never give up, stop is leave market permanent and that's different mindset. For this topic is up to you but as long crypto ( coins ) can reach my take profit point I'll stay. |

We can survive by use our knowledge and skill create/ do activity create income out side crypto, meaning leave for now. Market in red zone for long term period and I see many strategy ( specially ) short/ medium already fail. If people use long term strategy ( invest ) their patience will against reality, not easy for this one. |

For your safety buy bitcoin, eth and xrp only, if you like challenge buy Pundi X and Npxs. This is bad time for buy or recovery asset but for me pundi x and npxs have stable price but high demand ( in their level ). That's good sign for investment strategy using medium long term period. Up to you my friend but use only 20% from your asset for buy those coins ( safe step ) and never forget to set your stop loss. |

2019 knocking the door. I have to prepare my investment plan for 2019.
I want to invest in some altcoin. First choice is Ethereum then Eos, Neo,
Ethereum classic (ETC). I think these coins have good potential for investment. Any kind of suggestions?
I think every coins have the same change to become winner, as long they still in number 1 - 5 from the best coins with high supply and demand. You already chose the right coin but how about your money management, is't good or just one shoot?. Think and analyze twice because market is not friendly right now. |

Bitcoin for short/ medium term period but stocks for long term, which one is more profitable I think stocks is better. Stocks already have legal law and many facilities better than bitcoin, besides that is more popular than bitcoin. So all depend on you but for beginner please use bitcoin as your learning place and tools. |

Folks, what a terrible year 2018 has been so far. I invested around 60K and now left with 5K. I did terrible mistakes and I hope there would be a turnaround sometime next year or so. Any suggestions?
Leave the market and built new way to make money, hope always there but not in crypto at this moment. Loss is part of risk and not only you get big losses, we all already have the same bad year. I can't suggest new way but do something is better than wait, search with your knowledge and good luck to you. |
