2481  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: NBA 2020-2021 betting on: December 29, 2021, 01:35:45 AM
Merry Christmas to all NBA bettors here:

Here is my bet for this game:

Bucks -10.5 against Magic
Sixers -4.5 against Toronto
Cavs -3.5 against NOP

Hopefully we can continue or winning streak on tonight's game. I still the game is still very close between Sixers and Toronto. While Bucks and Cavs have a good lead but we can't discount a comeback coming from Magaic and NOP.
2482  Economy / Speculation / Re: Why the bitcoin market has been dumping so much for months on: December 26, 2021, 05:02:07 AM
And maybe beginner investors are afraid that the market may turn out red next year and as early as today, they are selling off to make profits still or just have some cash this holiday and be ready to buy when the market crashes and goes into bearish next year.

Everyone has his/her own reasons to dump in the last couple of months. But if you are a diamond hand, then for sure you will not be affected and won't simply sell your BTC at this price.
2483  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Avian is a scam(avn.network) on: December 26, 2021, 04:20:55 AM
Avian had they released two days ago they messed up bad and now they just want to do a roll back and screw over all the people who already purchased avian on the exchanges they are a terrible community that should be held responsible for their actions

I'm not familiar with this project, but if you say that they can do roll backs? It sounds very dubious to me that it is close to borderline scam. I mean they can do anything with it without informing the community and who knows, they can play around too.

So I will completely stay away with this projects, as the people behind are not to be trusted with this kind of move.
2484  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Finally Climbs Back Above $50k, but can it Remain there? on: December 26, 2021, 03:45:46 AM
^^ Yeah, as New year approaches, maybe there are some who are going to sell so I don't see the price hitting $53k, my best guestimate is that it will still be where we at right now, as high as $51k.

Right now we are ~$50k, meaning there are some sell off that is happening already and people are taking profits from the last 3 days of having a green candle.
2485  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Casimero vs Butler ordered by WBO on: December 26, 2021, 03:25:02 AM
Just make this fight happen and ever Casimero would win this one then he should aim for Inoue next on line.
Yeah, this match has been the middle ground and delayed the fight of Casimero for Inoue. It's what we want and this match should just happen and end. But good to know that the belt is still with Casimero.

I guess we're going to see the next development on this case. But they should listen to the voice of the people on which match we want to see for Casimero and that's with Inoue. There go the others too that wants to see him fight Donaire.

It's really up to Casimero, if he insists to his manager to get Inoue at all cost then maybe they can negotiate with Bob to seal the fight. However, if Bob says no as he wanted to milk Inoue more then we won't see the fight. Of course this is want we wanted to see, but boxing is business so it will make sense for boxing managers to seek more lucrative money fights instead of unification. Although in the end it will be inevitable as they are the champions in this divisions.

On the contrary, if they are looking for big money as this is business, would it make sense to match Inoue vs Casimero as there are hype around it?

And for sure regardless of the venues, boxing fans are going to watch it, even if it is going to be held in Japan or in the US. This is one of the most anticipated fight in the lower division and not Donaire vs Inoue.
2486  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: NBA 2020-2021 betting on: December 26, 2021, 02:52:04 AM
Another good parlay win:

Bucks vs Celtics is really a cliff hanger, and I can't really cheer for anyone because of my bet, Lol.

When Celtics are ahead by huge margin, I was with them, but when the Bucks are making a run, I cheer for them that they will win with less than 7 points.  Grin
2487  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Thurman vs Barrios - Feb 5 on: December 26, 2021, 02:31:24 AM
Very intriguing match, I mean Thurman is away from boxing for 2 years and finally decided to come back because there's a lot of fights around not involving him. So I guess it's enough for him to make a comeback and put his name into the discussions again. But what intrigues me is the fighter he chooses to make a comeback, he is a 140 lbs trying to get a feel of 147 lbs. So this is going to be an easy fight for Thurman.

I wouldn't say that this is an easy fight for Thurman, as you have said, 2 years away from boxing so it might take some time for him to get back into his groove. Barrios is big for 140 lbs so it make sense for him to move up in weight for 147 lbs. He may also thinking the same that it's going to be an easy fight for him since Thurman might suffer from ring rust in the early rounds of their fight. And he can score knockdown or on points on judges score card. And if he survived this fight then there is a good chance than the can win base on scores.
2488  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What happened to the crypto market now? on: December 25, 2021, 10:03:55 AM
If someone is really bullish in the case of a market correction and can actually understand the chart well and predicts the bottom then he can actually play risky and take some kind of loan and invest that money in the market to make good returns over investment. These corrections resets the market for another cycle either bullish or bearish, I guess we are still in a bull cycle and can see a new high in the year 2022.
A better cycle for the bulls to hit a new ATH, that sounds better and the cycle is indeed needed. Because the crypto market is a market with high volatility and with crazy price fluctuations.
However, making a loan is not recommended for beginners because it has a big risk. The loan will have interest and a repayment period to be made. if you don't have a good return then you will be in new trouble again.
Most importantly, don't panic and don't cut loss on the crash price. wait until the price improves.

Taking loans? It's a double whammy to me so I won't take that risk to go there.

It's better to really just invest the money that you can afford in this market because it's really volatile that we don't know what will be the price movement. It can either go down and up and depends on the sentiments of the people. So for beginners, it's not recommended to go down that path here. Sooner or later you might end up losing money, in my opinion.
2489  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Casimero vs Butler ordered by WBO on: December 25, 2021, 09:23:13 AM
Oh, that's good to hear that the WBO sided on Casimero on this one. It was really disappointing to hear that the fight didn't push through this December because Casimero got sick.

And it seems the boxing community is undecided as to what is going to happen to Casimero, whether he will be stripped or retain the belt.

And yes, all we can wish is for the fight to happen and Casimero fighting his mandatory finally next year.
2490  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Bullish Scenario - Minimum will reach $75000 on: December 25, 2021, 09:02:48 AM
If this scenario occurs then the current buy the dip will be very profitable.
I have never seen a scenario where buying the dips worked differently. It is profitable always.

Of course, there is no secret formula in buying the dip, it's always a win-win situation and profitable if you look at it long term.

But, your projected price levels up to $75k seems like into lower side compared to what we have seen people speculated for months. Basically I am also confident about getting into $100k levels in coming months but anything below to that seems not acceptable personally.

Maybe this is just a conservative estimates for now, as we all know 6 digits is the projected price everyone is looking. Unfortunately, we didn't even get close to it, and we are very happy to see it crossing $50k at this time. But I'm not seeing this holding and sustaining though. Sorry to sound like a little gloomy this Christmas.
2491  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Gary Russell vs Mark Magsayo WBC Featherweight Title on: December 25, 2021, 07:44:23 AM

The best PH boxer right now is Donaire, but sadly he's lose from Inoue. There're no PH boxer which is good like Pacquiao, probably we'll see in the next decade(s).

Donaire is still the best boxer now after he defended his title against Gaballo in a spectacular way but Magsayo's time to shine will be now if he beats Gary Russell, Gary Russell is a dangerous fighter only Loma beat him but with Magsayo's one-punch power he can overcome Russell's rapid punches, this is going to be a very exciting fight to watch at the start of the year.

Magsayo has beaten a lot of good boxers, but winning against Russell will be his biggest accomplished in his young career and could push him into the contention to fight for more belts next year. If Magsayo will have his timing perfect to hit Russell, that one punch power will be a big factor and Russell might think twice to attack and used his volume punching. So it will be a great battle and for sure not only Filipinos are exciting to see this match.
2492  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The hunt for exchange token on: December 25, 2021, 04:11:13 AM
I'm looking for a exchange token that I can hold unto for a very long time, I don't want to buy those that are already successful but something still very cheaper I only came across CoinEX token do anyone have experience with this exchange? How good is this exchange

Hmm, I think the hype around exchange token is over, if this is 2017 then maybe there's a lot of hype.

But currently, it was only BNB who become successful and to some extend OkEx, however, the rest of exchange token didn't enjoy the support after 2017 and most of them are down in the listing, you just have to check cmc for it.

So to answer your question, I haven't got any experience in CoinEx and I doubt that it will be a good investment for long term, just saying.
2493  Economy / Gambling / Re: Casino context on: December 25, 2021, 03:25:28 AM
Well, I'm pointing out the fun that you can have when you enter such contests. You're just preparing yourself of being happy while you participate in the contest. And about the amount, it's your decision on how much you're going to allocate. Much better to allocate only the amount, as usual, you afford to lose, and other than that, don't go too much if you can't take to have losses. And as you participate in a contest, if you're expecting to be the winner, then you better set your standards low.
Yep contest should be treat as fun only, if you're too confident and really want to win for profit... you'll probably lose more than the prize since you're looking to be the best and highest. It's true if you're indeed very lucky you can just spin 1x and hit the jackpot, you'll earn both of profit and the contest. But you should know this is a competition, where there'll be many people joining and want to win too.

And I would say that I'm very unlucky in this contest, even in traditional based casinos wherein I joined so many contest already, I never got any chance to win any and definitely not the car or a motorcycle.

I remember joining one slot competition though, it was really tough as you are giving a time limit to make your biggest win and again, same result, I thought that I can land a price in the top 5 because I got a good result. But in the end, it was not even close.
2494  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 NBA Season on: December 25, 2021, 02:49:33 AM
Lakers has lost again today against San Antonio Spurs with a huge 28-score difference (LAL 110-138 SAS) by the way it's their 4th consecutive loss just this week with ofcourse IT on the court. He only scored 2-points in 21 minutes play, so I think Lakers won't renew his contract as he is not that well suitable in the Lakers.
Their next opponent is against Brooklyn Nets, the only game left for IT to prove his presence before his 10-day contract expires but I think we already knew what would be the result of this game tho.

Yeah, Thomas had another unconvincing performance, and it looks like he is missing out on the opportunity to get a full contract. Regarding the upcoming match, I also think that the Nets will be able to win the Lakers even without key players. By the way, look at this video from the previous match. It's funny because Lebron was one against five Spurs players, and he was trying to attack the basket while his teammates were too lazy to cross from the other side of the court. As for me, this is a good example of what the Lakers still haven't mutual understanding on the court.

For me, Thomas has a good performance so far as a Lakers, it's that they really have so much talent that it's really hard to balance them out. Lebron gives him everything night in, night out but it was not enough because only a few team mates is helping him out and watching him do his 1:1. And if he pass them the ball, often than not, they are not hitting those open threes as well.
2495  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: NBA 2020-2021 betting on: December 25, 2021, 02:17:42 AM
Ok here's the result of my betting last night.

Never really doubted that both of them will win and cover that odds.

But it was a tough games for GSW and Suns. Thunder really make it very difficult for the Phoenix as they took a lead in the 1st-2nd half until the Suns got to the groove in the 3rd. But OKC made it close to really cover my spread.

While GSW was trailing most of the way and it took another high level defense to not let Memphis score in the 4th quarter.
2496  Economy / Gambling / Re: Pragmatic play slots not available in my region on: December 23, 2021, 06:15:00 AM
Which games are you talking about? All casino games have an edge over you. You won't have an advantage in any game in the long-term which is why your statement about high payouts doesn't make a lot of sense here.

Also, slots usually have a higher house edge when compared to other traditional casino games. If the games that you are interested in aren't available in your region, try similar games from the same provider or other providers.

Don't blindly depend on VPNs to try and play the games since you could get banned as some of the posters above suggested.
Slot games only depend on luck, then if someone uses a VPN to play, will he not be dangerous to him? because of fake ip

Well if the said casino disallow VPN then you are at risk.

But as others said, slots in pure luck base game so no advantage whatsoever can be done. Maybe in the early days, physical slots can be rigged, but not online though. Who knows, maybe in your just a few spins you got lucky and have a big win. And you don't need to be greedy in slots, if you think you win enough, then you can exit and withdraw your winnings and not push your luck.
2497  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Anchor 20% - getting weak on: December 23, 2021, 05:48:26 AM
Hey guys!

How do you see the risk of getting scammed with Anchor?
20% is alot but if you really put a serious amount of money into it, you seriously risk of losing it.

What do you think the endgame will be, unpegged UST or simply lower APY?

Do much risks in my opinion, so I wouldn't put 20% on it as you have said.

Mostly the end game right now is lowering APY, in the beginning most of them are in the competition as to who will give the biggest APY to attract investors, now it is the opposite, the market has been saturated already. So it's better to spread across your investors into several staking projects and not just in one basket.
2498  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin resistance and support price on: December 23, 2021, 03:48:24 AM
We're back to 2 day average right now, just short term averages.   What matters is we remain within the overall range of the last couple weeks, top end of that range but still contained.   Its fairly important to continue positively that we do hold basic momentum like the weekly and 2 day averages, so far Im not sure if we can break the range upwards over holidays or not

Right, it's good to be just above the overall range and the average for this week, however, it's going to be Christmas so I'm expecting some sell off still in the next couple of days.

In any case we should be ready for the incoming 2022, remain positive that we will have a break out run that can at least push the price to $60k levels and then see how it goes from there.
2499  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 NBA Season on: December 23, 2021, 03:07:26 AM
No matter how good Suns are, Lakers were expected to be at the top, or at least around the top, like even 20 wins right now with 12 losses would be fine for them, that is something I could see happening, but back on .500 again? I mean they seriously need to find whatever that "reason" is, and fix that issue. They are a bit old I get that, but they are very talented as well, they should be doing a lot better.

I guess injuries and bad team chemistry are the main reasons why the Lakers have such unconvincing performance throughout this season. Besides, I don't exclude that coach Vogel might be the problem because sometimes he makes controversial decisions. Anyway, the Lakers still have more than half of the season to fix this situation.

For sure, they have found the reasons already, but so far they haven't fix or can't fix the issues.

So it's really hard for them to really maintain that .500 in my opinion. Lebron James is pushing his body to the limits again and it seems he got injured on that losing game against the Suns.

I guess we can't expect the Lakers to win a championship for this year and maybe next year we will see another roster overhaul and this is failed experiment, getting veterans and experience players.
2500  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Errol Spence Jr vs. Yordenis Ugas 3-Belt Welterweight Unification Match on: December 22, 2021, 03:54:58 AM
I read that Ugas is a feared boxer in the 147 lbs and no one wanted to fight him. So maybe this is a step up fight for Spence, and after his surgery it looks like he is back to have another challenge and their belts are on the line.

I do hope that the winner of this will fight Crawford for the unification. Hopefully it will be Spence as the hype has been building up for a Spence vs Crawford fight.
IMO, Ugas doesn't make a feared boxer just because he defeated the boxing champion Manny Pacquiao before the man hangs his gloves. Ugas have just defeated Pacquiao by just a small gap in a unanimous decision. His KO rate is that good compared to Spence Jr.
Same here mate, I'm also rooting for Spence to win, aside from that Spence got the height and reach advantage and also Spence's moves will be enough to take Ugas down. Just my opinion.

I also disagree about Ugas being called feared boxer, he doesn't sell fights and that's why the division doesn't want to fight him. And I would say that he is a no name in the welterweight until he defeated Manny Pacquiao.

So now everyone is chasing him because he has the belt and one of the weakest champion in this division, just saying. But he will be making good money right now in this fight.
