i have some byteball + black what is this worth ![Huh](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/huh.gif) 71,5328 mb on byteball 18.799.219 blackbytes ?? That's worth ~.00261 BTC or ~$14 USD. I would have told him to use a calculator. Now he'll keep asking you instead. i wanna use the calc, where can i find it ?? Most smart phones have calculators built in. Do you have a smart phone? And, if by any chance he does have a smartphone, he could learn to use either Blockfolio or other similar apps where he can track his crypto portofolio. But I don't think he will do that

Today a colleague of mine came to me and asked: so what will you be doing for the upcoming November fork? I said: I will hold. He looked at me and he asked again. I replied: I will hold. He was a bit frustrated after that answer and he asked once more: come on, stop it, what does it mean to hold? I replied: Oh yeah sorry, my bad. I said: I will HOOODL. He probably tought I'm crazy and he walked away. ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif) Go BTC go!

Only pointing out that BitcoinCash is having a full rage bull run (up 20% as I write) and trading volume exceeds one billion dollar on a 24 hours basis. Good thing is that it looks like BTCbitcoin BTC price/volume are not affected: most of the trading has been done in Korea (bithumb, coinone, korbit). I did not know luke was so influent there ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif)

I really hope Satoshi has all the money he need to remain anonymous until the end of his life. At this point, to reveal his identity would be catastrophic for his life, his family and his creation. Satoshi donated us the last tool to keep our financial freedom in this 1984 world

On Electrum you go on Coins tab and you spend them from there, one by one. Didn't you know that? ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif) I was a Core man, but have been using Electrum recently and have been quite impressed. Watching-only wallets, like Armoury offers, was a deal sealer for me. I'm planning to have a machine that is online 24/7 on a fast broadband connection so that I can set up a full bitcoin node that will help the network and that will be used with my Electrum wallet and all my other lightweight wallets. Electrum is my choice since 2014, I would say that it has everything most bitcoiner need. ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif)

I see your point. I did my transfers with coin control for every single address I had. A bit of a pain but fees were already paid by Roger and Jihan. Sold @ 0.14 BTC... And I'm living happily after then.
You did very good there! Congrats. How did you send your coins with coin control? On Electrum you go on Coins tab and you spend them from there, one by one. Didn't you know that? ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif)

@Jimbo Can you please explain why are you keeping on giving updates on Altcash prices? Are you still invested in that? ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif) Yep. I'm waiting until I can sell them without risking the anonymity of my bitcoins. The price has been fairly steady after bouncing up and down. I think the market may have discovered the value of this altcoin. I'm willing now to play wait and see. ____ I post the prices daily because lots of others are also still holding what they got gifted in August. I see your point. I did my transfers with coin control for every single address I had. A bit of a pain but fees were already paid by Roger and Jihan. Sold @ 0.14 BTC... And I'm living happily after then.

Between yesterday and today there have been lots of ups and downs. No word about maintenance and such so it can be some DDoS. Is safedice.com down?
It's not just you! safedice.com looks down from here. http://downforeveryoneorjustme.com/safedice.com

Memory Lane... This new assbot made me think when we had our Chartbuddy companion telling us the price situation every once in a while. If you were there don't laugh at those prices where holding strong was a must.

If you guys are posting your usernames wishing to be credited some bits on SafeDice I think you don't know how SD works. I don't think there's such a giveaway. You may try registering on SD and, if mods are around, ask for a small tip.

Please let us know when Bitcoin Gold will be available to withdraw. I would like to personally thank thesourc3 for being so helpful in the last weeks. This new way of dealing with investors/players will slow pay off. All of you noticed that investments are going up again.....

Reading all the Bitcoin stories you guys have feel quite similar to mine. I guess after 5 yrs in Bitcoin land I learned from Fight Club 1st RULE: You do not talk about Bitcoin. 2nd RULE: You DO NOT talk about Bitcoin. 3rd RULE: You buy Bitcoin.

No way! This world is the best! "If the majority of Bitcoin Gold GPU miners use this client, there will be no premine on the Bitcoin Gold blockchain" Scam the scammers! Awesome
|
|
|
Bitcoin Gold codebase also contains a private premine of 8,000 blocks (100,000 BTG)
A very good reason to dump it hard. At least BitcoinCash did no premine scam. I remember these bitcoingold guys talking ICO at the beginning. They changed their mind many times and now here's the "small" catch. Beware.

Let them talk. I don't care about whatever they say anymore. If you got how bitcoin works there's nothing a journalist, an economist, a CEO could say to make me think that Bitcoin is a fraud, a bubble, a ponzi etc. I know what bitcoin is. ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif)

Liquidity is not over yet. We are on the Stairway to the Moon and every step we make is going to cost a lot more every time. 6k bounced pretty soon but it'll come back. Only one thing worries me a bit: upcoming forks. I was not afraid of BCH but I fear 2x. We have to live to see it.

Since 1997, for more than 20 years, the technology sector and so-called “analysts” have described Amazon, the $474 billion electronic commerce and cloud computing company, as a bubble. Analysts in the finance sector have treated Bitcoin in a similar way, since its launch in 2009. https://twitter.com/BrentBeshore/status/920683424163254273/photo/1As Adventur.es CEO Brent Beshore revealed, for more than two decades, analysts and investors in the finance and technology sectors have called Amazon a bubble and criticized the company’s business model. Today, Amazon is the largest electronic commerce conglomerate ahead of Alibaba, the Chinese e-commerce giant, and has also been competing in the traditional retail sector against Walmart, through the acquisition of Whole Foods earlier this year. This project being listed on Bitfinex is quite something. It looks like the people behind this project have good networking skills. In this world networking, both in social way and in the IT way, is the key. Congrats
