You have a good point there but here is the thing. Paul Pogba is speculated like that he is most likely to leave the team this summer at the very latest. His contract is already ending this summer unless he signs a new one. And for now, it seems like this won't be happening. Manchester United really don't seem like they are very eager to keep him at the team. If I were in their place, I would definitely give my best to do this. If Pogba leaves for real, then they will have to bring a new midfielder who can replace him in the best way possible.

Manchester United really haven't scored too many goals in the Premier League so far. Scoring only 36 goals in 22 matches is really awful. I call it as "awful" because Manchester United have many good players when it comes to scoring goals. But they are playing like they are incapable of doing it. Firstly, With the way Conte's team is set up, there will always be full reliance on the front two or three. Secondly, Tottenham does not have the depth that Conte needs to suit his style of play. 3-4-3 formation freezes out attacking midfielders that would have provided assists or help reduce the work load and they are lots of them in the team; Dele Alli, Locelso, and Tanguy Ndombele.
