I think on some gambling review site, we might see it but that wasn't making sense since the verdict comes from their own research. We can't generally say that it's the real status of the site since everyone has different preferences.

The problem with bubble setup is, there might be a chance that Manila will shift to Alert level 2 any time. A waste of time, money and effort to push for that kind of setup. That's why PBA instead, set a timeline until the whole February to finalize everything.

There are already plans but needs lots of consideration. Aside from general terms by IATF, GAB or any government institutions, they also need an approval from the LGU where they will consider to setup a bubble type event.
