1800 EUROS FOR AN OUNCE OF GOLD! That is well over the current USD price of 1200, which is about 800 US dollars less than 1800 euros. No one could make profits trading on that whatsoever, thats close to 50% fees, which means gold would have to go up that much to break even...
its not an oz they are 50g bars

Will work out very expensive by the time you have purchased the other 31 pieces and the board. 0.8 x 32 = 25.6 BTC or at current exchange rate - $6348 Only joking

I'd go with silver, platin or maybe even copper ... gold is so last decade.
Platinum and copper are classed as industrial metals and the world economy is on a down turn, cant see these spiking much within 1 yr. Silver is also classed as an industrial metal but gets dragged around with gold.

Investing $2000 is not going to make you rich over a year.
BTC is a gamble has more potential upside in shorter time span but also the risk of loosing a lot more.
Gold has a lot of potential upside due to world economy going down the shitter but whether that happens in the next 1 year or 5-10 years is up for debate. I have invested quite heavily in physical gold as I believe the price will hit $3000/oz in the next 2-3 years and $5000/oz + within 10 years. I also have the luxury of being in no rush to sell so can hold out for the right time and price.

I need to launder some bitcoins that came from shady sources.
How this works:
You send me any amount of bitcoins(must be 0.05 or above)
I send you back 110% the amount that you sent me.
Message me through the site when you send me bitcoins with your sent amount and your wallet address
My wallet address is: 14eLhbQaXPsrQupT8dm2WnJMhfkXzjVgb3
Nice 1) Zero balance at that address. 2) Seen as you have dodgy coins (i.e. thief) why would someone send to you first as your also a newbie 3) If you do post an address showing lots of btc, dont forget to post a signed message from it to prove you own it

Seen as the miners were not advertised as "spares or repair" I would expect them to turn up in full working order.
For the seller then to say you should start soldering parts back on is a joke.
Your deal and contract is with the seller and not the courier. If the items arrived damaged its the sellers responsibility to refund you then recoup his losses by filing a claim with the courier.
In my eyes the seller's shift in attitude is slanting towards earning him a scammer tag.

A few standard things to aid the sale - 1) post a picture of the miner with a piece of paper with your username written on it, most people here do not like stock pictures. 2) State if you are willing to use Escrow as many people will only trade with newbie accounts when they have Escrow protection, escrow providers listed here - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=108716.0OgNasty, Tomatocage etc. come highly recommended.

anyone else think these gold bars seem to be in very strange weights, not troy oz or in Tolas?
OP cant do Escrow as he has no cash, not even $600 to cover the "offer" , sounds like the poorest bullion dealer I ever heard.

Any update in regards to HBO paying back those he scammed?
I thought you were going to repay the people he scammed out of the money you owe him? Just a poor diversion tactic. Common sense says he could just pay them back directly then refund remaining funds to SellingHBOGo but seems he's just using it as a stalling tatic.

Escrow? You are a newbie. We need you to use escrow for this.
You are one cheeky cunt! I suggest you apply your view on escrow to your own sales
