2501  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Question about token holders for a specific projet on: February 23, 2023, 10:07:14 PM
They adopt a strategy called supply suffocation. When the supply is small, if they succeed in selling half of the available tokens, the market capacity for that currency will rise insanely, and therefore they will pump large liquidity into the market and withdraw completely.

Therefore, the possibility of selling at a good price is very small because the differentiation is fast. They are currencies that start at a low price that increases gradually and then suddenly rises madly and dies quickly.
2502  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should I buy BNB now? on: February 23, 2023, 09:52:29 PM
Hi guys, Is it too late now to buy BNB? Or can we expect huge price drop in this year?
Buying BNB means that you trust the future of binance/CZ and that his management will have good plans in the long term, and therefore the price will increase according to the increase in demand for the currency.
Unfortunately, I do not think that the platforms maintain their position after five years, meaning that the period of golden days for binance has become numbered, and therefore it is not an appropriate investment in the long term.

Also, that currency is not for investment because the supply is unlimited and it was not designed to be an investment.
2503  Economy / Economics / Re: How rich would I be? on: February 23, 2023, 09:45:07 PM
It depends on your definition of a rich punch and on the amount that you can invest every month, day or week. For example, investing a dollar per day will give a return less than investing ten dollars from investing a thousand.
The amount of one million dollars is considered wealth in one country and an ordinary amount in another.
you can calculate it here ----> https://dcabtc.com/
2504  Economy / Economics / Re: Is There a Lesson for Economies and Entrepreneurs to Learn from Bankruptcy? on: February 23, 2023, 09:28:49 PM
It gives opportunities, but not during this year, but in the long term. Wars and economic, political and financial crises were the beginning of many great companies.
Many cryptocurrency exchanges have closed down or gone bankrupt, but they will open the door to new platforms as long as the market thrives in the long term.

As for the short term, things will be tough for everyone.
2505  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Mastercard to allow crypto payments in Web3 via USDC settlements on: February 22, 2023, 06:13:02 PM
1- paxos is banned from mining new BUSD by NYDFS most likely because NYDFS thinks BUSD is a security (it doesn't matter it fails Howey Test).
2- circle (registered in the same jurisdiction, working on the same currency) is not banned and goes with new partnership with Mastercard.

There is a huge difference between Binance and Coinbase, Coinbase is listed on the stock exchange, and I do not think that there is a possibility of price manipulation that may lead to its collapse just like FTX/LUNA, and therefore it is logical for MasterCard to choose this currency.
Also, the use of the currency to settle transactions, and therefore it is just a gateway linking the currency and digital wallets.

Are Web3 wallets becoming so popular? And pay for metaverse?
2506  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How Would you Describe Yourself As A Day Trader? on: February 22, 2023, 06:05:24 PM
Creating such a topic will give me 0 benefit from knowing people’s opinions.
you must limit participation only to day traders, and even these day traders, the answer must be for those who made gains and continued trading over a relatively long period of time, for example 6 months to a year, but just a random sample question will not give good results,
In the end, day trading does not mean that you must close your deals within 24 hours, but rather means short-term trading associated with reasons that make the price move in the short term (an hour, a day, or several days in the long term).
2507  Economy / Economics / Re: Blockchain.com playing with the company's money? Rumor or truth? on: February 22, 2023, 05:52:19 PM
Unfortunately, this site generates money for nothing but because the domain name is closer to the technology name, but from a technical point of view, they are very late and closer to honeypot  that collects user data and may sell it.
Their walllet has bad programming, and I believe that many have stopped using it, and therefore the site is dying slowly, as happened with LBC.

So selling it now is better than trying to happen like what happened with FTX.
2508  Economy / Economics / Re: Motley Fool Adding $5 million worth bitcoins on their Balance Sheet on: February 22, 2023, 05:33:13 PM
It's the first time I hear about The Motley Fool, but it seems that the amount of $ 5 million is not huge compared to its name. I tried to search for the company's net profits during the past year to estimate whether this amount is a real investment or is it a hedge against inflation by putting 1% to 2% of the profits in High risk investment.

Overall, it is good to hear some positive news after months of negative news.
2509  Economy / Economics / Re: How to spend money determines whether you can avoid unnecessary problems on: February 22, 2023, 04:45:43 PM
I think that the problem is related to the personality of the individual, as he gets used to a certain lifestyle, and therefore reducing this pattern or trying to change it makes him depressed, which prompts him again to either buy something expensive or try to hang out with friends and others.
The only solution to this problem is to be aware of the financial culture and then identify the important things in your life, and from them you will have a reason why you want to stop the rest of the things.

After you save money, a big question will come to you, what will you do with it, if you are not very financially aware, you will end up giving it to a broker or an uncalculated investment and then losing it.
So financial culture is the solution.
2510  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin - is the bottom in? on: February 22, 2023, 04:39:49 PM

Is the bottom in? If not how low can we realistically go before the start of the bull run?
According to @ImThour #Bitcoin Bottom was at $15,476, so yes you can say bottom is in.

His way is to compare Bitcoin 2018 vs 2022 you can read it ---> Bye Bye Bear Market Smiley

Whether you believe the analyzes or not, but we need a strong event to return to 15K, not to mention breaking the bottom to a lower bottom, which seems that it will not happen in the normal situation.
So without an exceptional event, we can say that we have reached the bottom.
2511  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is it good to accept crypto as a payment? on: February 22, 2023, 10:34:01 AM
Are you guys accepting crypto payments for your business?
Accepting payments in cryptocurrencies is one thing, continuing to use them is another, and keeping the bitcoins generated through them is quite another.
Stores accept payment in any currency if there is a demand for it, and the settings for accepting it are easy and simple.

From a technical point of view, you can easily add bitcoin to your site, but the problem remains in the presence of sufficient demand. This demand is achieved by individuals.

The important percentage now is that stores continue to accept cryptocurrencies.
2512  Economy / Speculation / Re: Can Bitcoin be trusted? on: February 19, 2023, 07:08:06 PM
When you talk about crashes, do you mean a technical problem? Or a drop in price? Bitcoin has been working for more than ten years without stopping due to a major error, and therefore you can trust it from a technical point of view, but in terms of price, everything is the same, but as long as the network is decentralized, the price will rise again.

Generally, if your problem is not the price, you can believe in Bitcoin.
2513  Economy / Reputation / Re: What a moment?!! on: February 19, 2023, 06:55:37 PM
Congratulations, you deserved to reach this rank early, but it looks like you haven't been active.
It's rare to find someone who reaches this rank and has a good trust record of doing business and yet is involved in constructive discussions, congratulations.

I just hope the scammers stay away from you. Grin
2514  Bitcoin / Hardware wallets / Re: Is Metal Seed Storage Safe in an Earthquake? on: February 19, 2023, 06:42:20 PM
Are there any reports from Turkey of people losing their cryptocurrencies due to earthquakes? I know that it is early, but most of us do not take such an option into account, and the operations to search for a piece of stainless steel metal in such debris will be difficult, as the focus of the authorities will be on saving lives or recycling the debris quickly, and not saving your coins.
2515  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Mortal Kombat ransomware forms tag team with crypto-stealing malware on: February 18, 2023, 06:26:32 PM
Despite the different names, the way it works is similar, which is that it tries to deceive the user into voluntarily giving his money to the third party, and thus with a little care you can avoid most of them, such as checking addresses several times, not downloading random programs, learning more, and allocating cold storage with a device Separate broadcast transactions.

With increasing awareness, all these attacks are expected to fail.
2516  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Kraken DCA Bot on: February 18, 2023, 04:49:53 PM
It's good that you made it open source, but why just Kraken? Does it work with different platforms? Or does it only work with that platform?
Is the time interval an hour as a maximum, or can many hours be added to represent a week, or once a month?
Also, in the event of any technical error, is it possible to withdraw to an address that is not in the white list, or can you add any address to withdraw.

I will give it a try if it works with OKX. Smiley
2517  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How do you manage risk in crypto currency on: February 18, 2023, 04:01:48 PM
Risk management is a term used to refer to many practices that lead to reducing the possibility of losing your money, and it is an assessment of the extent of the risk that you intend to invest in.
First of all, you must learn the basics about how Bitcoin works and how to secure your account, which includes how to create a wallet, cold storage, reduce transaction fees, and choose a good platform with reasonable fees.

Then comes the diversification of investment, which is not to put eggs in one basket so that you diversify your investments in many sectors such as gold, real estate, stocks, and others.

Then invest only in Bitcoin and avoid investing in alternative currencies if you do not have enough knowledge.
And managing psychological factors, which are greed, fear and greed.
2518  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Achievement through the help of bitcoin on: February 18, 2023, 03:33:07 PM
Your story is not clear or has many missing details, but it is great to see that someone has benefited from investing in bitcoin or that it has an impact on changing his life, and I hope that you will continue to develop your knowledge because it is the most powerful weapon, even stronger than investment.

The achievements of individuals differ according to their age, source of income, country and how to benefit from investment, and therefore you may get different results accordingly.
2519  Bitcoin / Electrum / Re: Connecting my Electrum wallet to my MyNode on: February 18, 2023, 03:05:13 PM
I was also able to connect my Blue Wallet connected to my node. For some reason, I can not get my desktop electrum wallet connected. I don't know what else to do than maybe uninstall the wallet and reinstall again.

Try to delete your old certificate (it may have cached), open certificates folder, delete all old certification and try again.
or connecting using port 50001.
anyway since Blue Wallet works its related to electrum config.
2520  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: ChatGPT and Trading on: February 18, 2023, 02:35:52 PM
Personally, I began to see that all that was happening was promoting that application. It was just an application that used artificial intelligence in the background to enhance search results, and not a miraculous tool to solve all your problems. Likewise, if you were so desperate to believe that an application would help you be rich, you are scamming yourself.

Therefore, trying to use it for other than what was allocated for it and promoting it as an effective tool is a waste of time.
