Actually they were struggling a lot in defence until Dias came in. They bought Nathan Ake and had experienced players like Otamendi then which wasn't enough to plug the hole in defence but City defence line improve a lot after Dias came in and he actually quite early than the time expected. He is one of the key players behind the PL win last season.

Honestly now if I think back about last season, there wasn't any real team to give City a good contest. Chelsea could have been one or maybe Liverpool but one had bad run at start with Lampard with his strict selections and poor management and Liverpool had injuries to their key players.

But you also can't change players mind. Wijnaldum has been linked to Barcelona since January and he also wanted to move there. Wijnaldum is fine with low salary at Barcelona and he wants to play for the club. There was offer from Bayern who also offered a good wages but his wage demands were high. Right now he wants Barcelona and he is just demanding high wages from other clubs in order to wave the interest off him.

Right now Barca are also desperate to complete this move and have everything scheduled, just need a green signal from player.

I agree with this^^ Arsenal tends to think a lot when it comes to transfers. It always has been like that and we lose some potential transfers but yeah Buendia is a great player and with Barkley's loan to expire I can see why targetted him and it's a good addition but that puts Traore's position in contest. I have little doubt over getting him as enough time in Villa so I honestly would have loved it like the way it is, I mean stay at Norwich. But yeah if he keeps on putting performances like he did with Norwich in Championship then no doubt that he would be a key player for Villa along with Grealish.

Nuke was all NIP, they had good momentum on CT side but frankly I also thought that Heroic would answer back with 2nd map win and the stats they have in Nuke but they failed. also what a game LNZ had. ztr back to academy and I didn't had much expectations from LNZ but he did very good. He pulled off crazy last rounds for NIP to push the match to OT and he did well in Nuke as well. They have some good players in academy as well. Gonna watch some young ninjas matches from now on.

This is a good matchup and right now I think Heroic are playing much better CS than Nip who are still struggling to adjust but honestly they have a crazy team. This could also be a match where they find their proper form so not so sure if Heroic gonna win this 100%. Device vs Cadian willbe fun to watch tho..although device is like AWP godbut Cadian also tends to surprise at times.

Flashscore shows me Karlo Ziger also in their goalkeepers list so yeah they do have an option as third goalkeeper. There isn't a dire need especially when there is Mendy and the second goalkeeper - Kepa (not the best as first team keeper but can get the job done to some extent). They can proceed with academy prospects for fourth one but don't think there is a need. 3 is sufficient I think.

They are developing some good young players. I think Barcelona will solve their problems in 1-2 years of they develop their young players into something like Pedri, Fati, Trincao, Mingueza. They are a good talent in my opinion and will develop into a good player if given some time and playing minutes.

They are not good with their financial situation otherwise they wouldn't be doing free transfers. Right now they are working on Depay and I think that will be a very good signing and for a long term.

Question is does he need to? I know Chelsea has money but I don't think they need anymore players. They already have sent a lot of players on loan whill will be back. I think they will be busy more in selling some players and free up space rather than buying some in my opinion.

Well he just last year signed a new contract and the owner has high hopes from him. Just the next day heard rumour about giving Guardiola green signal for the Harry Kane move. He has bad tendency of acting oversmart sometimes and have to pay the price. The final was so much crucial and the team had to pay the price due to his oversmartness. Yeah it is quite true that he only had managed well established teams.. I would also like to see how well he does with making up teams. That is tough job..

Wow that's a good story. Sent my last merit I was saving , I really liked it. Brentford has always been a team producing some great players and to think that they have made players like Watkins, Maupay and Benrahma (didn't knew about him coming from Brentford) says it all how their coach and management staff would be. Well you have to be patient for changes to work and they did quite well. They didn't cared about wins & losses and they took lessons out of each. They almost made a team out of scratch and now they are in Premier league. They deserved it.

Yeah I also think so, anyone will bound to think about their career if they are a world class striker and yet fail to win a trophy so far. He deserves a better team and with better management. There are reports about Levy talking about Kane to stay in order to pull Conte in for manager position but I also don't think Kane will stay. He hardly has many years left until he gets old and he would like to achieve something.

Yeah it is but given his relations with most of the players it is a good chance that they might stay at Madrid still. He just arrived and things will just start on from here on now. I think some of the players would reconsider and stay at Madrid.



Well he started quite well with Everton and bringing in James Rodriguez and Doucoure  was a great move, it worked for a while until he got injured. I think part of its has to do with the management and Ancelotti's earlier relation. Players haven't changed much and he was the one who brought in Bale and so yeah he has good relation. I think that was what landed him the Madrid job again.

Well it was an open position after Zerbi left for Shakhtar Donetsk manager job and there is a popular figure free right now. Good move from Sassuolo and good chance for Porlo again to start from the basics and gain good managerial experience. Still I think he could be offered to become manager by some better club. It's not only Sassuolo that has kept an eye on. Remeber there are lot of clubs who have recently sacked their managers.

Yeah really a sensational one. I could also say the same for me about the best CS game I watched for sometime now. Normally it would be one sided but that match was woo...evenly matched and nail biting one.

I didn't put focus on casters... But I watched the highlights...seems like Harry to me...if yes then yeah he is really the best caster.

I also think he will stay at Villa. He also signed a contract last year and a long one(4-5years) when there was heavy rumour of him being second target of United if they are unable to get Sancho. That was bound to happen when you don't have holding midfielder. I also thought it was a smart lineup but defense was so sloppy in the first half. They were surprised by the Werner's pace and focused on him and forgot to check Havertz properly. Still it was wierd to have no striker otherwise they would have answered properly. Chelsea undoubtedly deserved it. Guardiola pays it off for overthinking like he usually does.

That's what you get for running too much brain. No holding midfielder nor a proper striker and there you have it.. 1-0 at half  time. Guardiola would be criticised so much if they lose today for how he chose the lineup. Still we have another half to see and hopefully he will change some things, it is really not working as we can see.

I kinda expected that. Guardiola have been playing Fernandinho and Rodri mostly in PL lately. I think still Man City defence should be able to handle them. Tuchel is playing smart and utilizing his options properly. I can see Chilwell and James putting in deliveries from left and right, Mount and Havertz making plays but it all comes down to the forward as well -Werner who is having a tough time.

Sterling is a bit of a surprise actually  . He have been struggling but I think he could give Azpilicueta some trouble out there although Foden would have been much better choice. Still a bit surprising lineup from both as if both are playing mind games..
