Like a previous poster says. Fold the image {Horizontally and vertically} on those blocks and bring it together, it might form another image, when brought together?

If you need to fold something, you need to have markers, where to fold it right? {Those squares might be the markers}

Was just a thought.

Edit : Making this my wallpaper http://wallpapersfor.me/cheshire-cat/ for now, because that smile got me stumped.

Oh, OK.
Haven't tried it yet, I need to print it so probably tomorrow.

Off topic : I also started with ZX Spectrum! Great times... Reveals our age.

S4VV4S : Are those not folding lines?

Edit : B.t.w Searching for Art {Landscapes with smile face etc} The creator is a artist after all.  Wink

Sorry, what do you mean?

My search for skull island reveals Monkey Island, but the game characters in the image do not match......

Might be relevant: https://www.google.com.cy/search?q=skull+island&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ei=e_yyU-fUIKb64QSmjICYCw&sqi=2&ved=0CAYQ_AUoAQ&biw=1920&bih=969

Can not remember what I do step by step but get private key to this address: 1JPbzbsAx1HyaDQoLMapWGoqf9pD5uha5m. Think must repeat it.

That address seems to be active so I wouldn't be trying to get the priv key for it.
Not fair.....

Also, probably irrelevant but: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Crystal_skull

the aztec challenge video on you tube does have a "similar" face on the wall at 7:51 but i can't really see where you would go with it
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MdvUucZF_1I

Are those E or BTC on the face?
Probably E.....
2509  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: ARG Puzzle with 3.5 BTC Private Key Prize on: July 01, 2014, 05:53:59 PM
I agree that it looks like two characters swordfighting. After doing some googling on sword and shield in video games here is a list of games that probably AREN'T those figures:

The artwork looks naggingly familiar to me as something I played on the C64 in the days of yore (really dating myself here), but I can't quite place it.

I wonder if the figures go along with the background image in some way?

C64 game Aztec Challenge?

Trying to find it in my mame collection......

Let me see what I can come up with.

EDIT: Sorry, I don't have it  Undecided

These squares guys:

Look at my original result and you will see them (in black).

2511  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: ARG Puzzle with 3.5 BTC Private Key Prize on: July 01, 2014, 05:30:37 PM
So, I messed about a bit more.
Does anyone else notice the squares?

4 of them going to the left
5 going down.

20 squares......

EDIT: In almost perfect alignment.....

EDIT 2: I have converted it to CMYK (so that I have better control of color levels)
And I have adjusted the color levels.

Can you guys see the squares?

The area I've marked in the image, doesn't it seem to be lighter?
https://i.imgur.com/M4d8jBP.jpg

It's more clearly visible if you change the hue of the image, like this:
https://i.imgur.com/mRB9p4g.jpg

Yes, I have noticed that too

EDIT, there is also a small line in there which is even brighter.

Actually the first part of the brighter part.....

Shit, I was trying to make a remake of Wonderboy in Wonderland Monsterland  Undecided a while back for android and I had the full map.

Let me look for it......

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wonder_Boy_in_Monster_Land

EDIT: Yeap, probably Monkey Island.....

mirth is correct the art style is wrong for monkey island. it looks older yet the background is huge (for an old game) even if its fixed.

Here's what I got:

EDIT: I don't see any similar patterns  Undecided

Doesn't that look like two game characters fighting with swords - the left one holding a shield as well.
-snip-

It does indeed and if you concentrate to "not see a cat" you can actually see the rest as a langscape.

Hmmmm, any 8 Bit games that remind you of that?
Wonderboy comes to my mind......

Monkey Island, but the swordfighting scene has another background

Hmmmm, maybe the "face" is a skull from the game or a map?
A pirate map?

Now that you mention it, it does look that way...

Also, if you look at the face the eye are staring at the 7:51

`No, I give it up,’ Alice replied: `what’s the answer?’

`I haven’t the slightest idea,’ said the Hatter.

Why do I keep getting stuck at this?

Maybe because I haven’t the slightest idea either  Tongue
