What about one or two guys working in such an environment? ![Tongue](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/tongue.gif) Will it be safe for two guys to fly in from out of state/country to view two guys working? ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif) Probably not, what with all that eBay equipment taking up so much of the precious floor space.

Update: Added a position in LTC-ATF.B1 to further enhance diversity. The fund is currently positioned as such: ![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=http%3A%2F%2Fimg.photobucket.com%2Falbums%2Fv718%2Ftimonex%2FLTC-DMF3_zpsa262d74c.jpg&t=663&c=3p3mNLKNsZ_KKg)

Torchat + basic verification are not exactly confidence inspiring. Do you intend to go through the advanced verification process?

How is it strange to check on an address posted by a BFL employee? Rather than making one a "creepy stalker type" I think it makes one appear prudent to fact check the releases coming from a company known to distort the facts. You know, the same company with a convicted crook on the payroll? Fact checking costs very little in this case, whereas being naive can cost a bundle.
Thanks again for doing the legwork PG.

Agreed, the lack of updates is disturbing.

Mining profitability will follow the same trend as before - down. Faster the rigs and network, faster it will happen. Red is mining, green is selling hardware. This is just 2 lines for illustration. No scientifically accurate data is used. So you admit you are just making shit up? ...with Christmas colors! Don't forget to mention the Christmas colors!

Well, I think it's still open because we're not on the BFL forums, where this annoying thread would be long gone by now. I couldn't get past the laughable bolded part... what were you saying? Think he was about to say that you're an unjustifiably arrogant assh0le. I could be wrong.

You've come a long way in a short time loufie, keep up the good work.

Not too worried about who draws a prettier picture. I want to buy from the guy that ships the most for the least the soonest.

Once OT personal attacks are removed from your post, you said absolutely nothing. You neither refuted anything I said, nor offered your own explanation. Try to check your anger and stay on topic Josh. Another fine example of your delusion. I refute your statements quite regularly... you just keep spouting the same nonsense over and over hoping that someone will believe you. Sadly (for you), the majority of the forum and the rest of the public disagree with you and your misinformation. But the basic premise remains. Stop posting lies and misinformation and I will stop posting and correcting you. Pretty simple equation there, I am only mildly surprised you failed to understand something as simple as that, as you'v shown very little aptitude of understand simple concepts in the past. Anything to add that's ON TOPIC? No? Just another paragraph of childish chest pounding and obnoxious attacks.

IMHO it's not me that's responsible for BFLs crappy reputation - it's BFLs long history of deceiving the community, their deviation of specification vs. real product (their FPGAs performed a lot worse than planned), their constantly delayed shipping dates. Ridiculous...it's all you. ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif)

So if the car doesn't start when you put the key in and turn it, do you no longer call it a car? If someone has removed the battery, it's no longer a car? Nope, I'd still call it a car. Though I may amend that and call it a...crappy car. ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) Is a BFL Single SC a Single SC without ASIC chips? Is a car a car if it has no motor?

You'd also have to be delusional to think they are alive. Clearly. Still, I don't understand why people conflate "incomplete" with "nonexistent". What strange dichotomous worlds some people must live in. Perhaps a more accurate phrasing would be "does not yet exist with respect to the bitcoin network". If no hashing for the network has been done by a BFL ASIC, then from the networks point of view they do not exist even if complete. Uh, no... Existence of an item or product does not depend on the use of that item or product. If a car is sitting on a dealer's lot, do you say it does not exist yet because it has not been driven? I would not, but the car on the lot in your example has been completely assembled and has all working parts (theorectically) in place and in proper working order.

Yes: 1806 | No: 1288 | Abstain: 2 .... 356 shares missing outside of what I control.
I vote yes with 748 personal shares. I vote yes with 1500 company shares.
Yes: 4054 | No: 1288 | Abstain: 2 5700 (4054/5698 = 71.1% Approval)
The mining revenue will be retained I'm disappointed that you've chosen to vote with growth and income shares that should clearly not have had a vote. Unfortunately as investors are now fleeing I can only join the herd and sell at a loss at this point or hold onto shares that have no voice.

I'm more interested in why anyone in authority at BFL would allow a company officer to post attack after attack on the most important forum that's relevant to their business.
I'm positive this has come up at company meetings, and I'll tell you the answer: it doesn't fucking matter. Everyone has made their mind up already, and no amount of influence or evidence will sway either side in the other direction. It's fucking insane watching everyone arguing day in and day out about the same couple of points with the same goddamn counterpoints. There have got to be several thousand pages of shit on this topic that could be condensed in to about 5 sentences.Try the decaf. These 5 hypothetical succinct sentences, being the sum of several thousand pages of shit, would only have evolved into what they are because of the pages of shit. BFL did not start with the reputation they now have, they've earned it. Had they begun with the reputation they have now on these forums, they'd likely have far fewer pre-orders and we'd have far fewer pages of shit to wade through. It's the forum equivalent of watching sausage being made. No, it's people like you who continuously post false information to bolster your flawed arguments. If you would stop posting false information, then there'd be nothing to respond to. As it is, you post so much bullshit that you can, quite literally, pick almost any random post you've made regarding BFL and demonstrate why what you're saying is false. For bonus points, even after being shown that what you are saying is a complete lie, you still maintain the fiction no matter what. You aren't the only one, of course, there's a couple others who are so thick headed as to be unable to admit that what you've posted is false, even when the evidence to the contrary is staring you in the face. Once OT personal attacks are removed from your post, you said absolutely nothing. You neither refuted anything I said, nor offered your own explanation. Try to check your anger and stay on topic Josh.

I just wanted to say congratulations on getting this stock up and running on BTCT-Co and getting the spreadsheet published.
I think that giving the existing equipment as well as the bASIC order as well as covering running costs from your 20% of shares has been a very generous starting gift to investors, and it makes this an extremely attractive investment.
Just to be clear, in the case of closing, I assume all hardware remains your personal property?
I'm not familiar with BTCFPGA. Do you know of a link where I can see how their development is progressing?
And, of course, thanks for the nice first dividend.
This has been a great start, keep up the good work! Thank you for the kind words. ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) No, this equipment has been given to bASIC-Mining, sink or swim. All equipment will be liquidated and the proceeds distributed to shareholders in the case of closure. You can learn more about BTCFPGA ASIC gear here: https://www.btcfpga.com/https://www.bitcoinasic.net/http://basic-wiki.com/index.php?title=Main_Page#Hardwarehttps://www.btcfpga.com/forum/index.php
